Recently started going to this place again after the change in ownership and have had great experiences both times. Theyre fast, very friendly, and always seem to have a shorter line than the competition up the street Theyve earned my repeat business.With 3 vehicles, I have to get a lot of oil changes, and Ive been just about everywhere. These guys are worth checking out if youre in the area!

They are not only inept, but malicious. Within an hour of my oil change, my 2015 Honda Fit started making a strange noise. Turns out, the splash shield beneath the engine was suddenly loose and bouncing against the road as I drove. They literally destroyed part of my car to change the oil. They HAD TO have known this happened. My wife and I now have no way of either dropping off or picking up our daughter from daycare. Avoid these buffoons (or thieves) at all costs.

Perfect experience, no idea what others are on about. My service code said Engine, trans, and diff fluid, and I didnt want to bother with it. They were completely honest and up front about partial vs. full synth, my choice, told me trans fluid could last a bit but might as well do it, and said they didnt need to touch the diff oil at all.Overall, price-wise is comparable to Gregs or Buckys, etc., so about 1/2 of dealership prices, and the work was seriously on par with dealership quality.My favorite part was the guys doing the work werent poorly supervised novices. These guys were good people, knew what they were doing, and were timely to boot.Any job Im too lazy to do will be getting done here.

I really enjoy this place. They have been around forever and provide quality oil changes. They even topped off other fluids free of a charge. Simple, and they dont try and upsell you like other places. Very polite.

I never seem to have any trouble when I go to this location, they always seem to know what theyre doing at this place. I dont always need the other things that is recommended, but it is appreciated all the same.

Fast, great service, friendly people. Not the hard sell, on synthetic oil or unnecessary air filter changes like Jiffy Lube does. If your air filter is really dirty theyll ask you about it, but no pressure. I also like that they have cameras above and below each of their 2 service bays. Ive been going here for years and if Im having my car serviced on Saturday Ill drive 10 miles from my house (past the Jiffy Lube down the street and other oil change places). Highly recommended.

Good prices and fast service but they also go above and beyond. Went in for an oil change but had a bad battery terminal (I knew about it but hadnt got around to fixing it). They swapped it out for a new one and only charged me for 1/10th an hours labor, unlike a lot of other garages that would have charged a full hour regardless.Will definitely send anyone I know to Garys

Great job but it is not fair business practice to charge for synthetic oil without approval...it costs extra, then you quote a price for air filter and cabin filter but then the price is higher. Overall I spent $60 for things I would not have approved. UNFAIR and I will never be back at that place.

Would be nice if an advertised 11 minute oil change actually took 11 minutes unfortunately I have went here on two occasions for an oil change first time was fine other than taking 40 minutes for an oil change and a light bulb change second time was a few days ago 11 minutes turned into 30+ minutes again making me late for work a second time (I know my mistake for not learning my lesson the first time) the kicker about this visit is that they either jacked 2 of my rims or hubcaps or whatever they are or they put them back on so loosely that they went flying off in a 30 minute drive. Aside from the timing and rim issues they are fine though top off your fluids if you need it and check a whole bunch of other stuff but personally I have to say I will not be coming here again for the lack of speed but I give it 2 stars instead of 1 for the friendliness of the blonde dude who greets people as they come up by name I dont know how he remembers so many names lol and also for the random things they check and tell you what needs to be replaced like my tail light

Im still a noobie in maintenance for my motorcycle. I dont have a lift so I dont trust myself NOT to make a catastrophic mess if I change my own oil. Gary and his techs were very accommodating & friendly. Gary had noticed I hadnt a guardian bell on my new bike yet; which my best friend had given me last night so I actually had it with me. Gary insisted it be placed on the bike before I left; which he did himself. Ive taken both my bikes there for oil changes & will do so again. Thanks guys!

1st time here and very happy. All work was done professionally and used better oil, amsoil synthetic, than the dealership on my 1999 Kawasaki zx7r for the same price.

Fast, friendly service. Not the cheapest in town, but only waited 10 minutes for a oil change. There is a small waiting room, cant wait in the car.

They were quick yes and friendly but they over tightened the oil plug by a lot and I had to use my breaker bar/ torque wrench to get it off and then the oil filter wasnt tight, it took no effort at all to take the filter off and it was loose.

Best service, nice people. Ive been going to them for a long time and will continue to do so. Highly recommend them!

These guys are always so nice and let me know what else needs replacing or some TLC while also getting the oil change done quickly without an appointment needed.

Ill bring my car to this place before any work go to do asking how much money cost me for oil change $ 84 including tax and when after the job is finished coming with $119 only for the oil change no use this place

I was there, waiting for like 40 mnts, waited outside with the rain for 10mnts, no one came and talk to me, I decided to go inside because the rain was kinda hard, I waited there for 30 more mints and after that, a car came, parked next to me, and the workers took the car immediately and pulled inside, they started to work on it, and I was wondering why they didnt took my car first if I was there for 40mnts, I went and ask them, and a fat guy told me that nobody was in the car, how can that be possible, should I suppose to wait out side for 40mnts with the rain, thats stupid, and he didnt was nice to me or apologize, what kind of workers is this? Very very disappointed, I always take my cars there but this time was the worse, never will take my cars there again.

Everytime I come here, they will have a sign that says “Pick any lane”. Then when I pick a lane, they will be super condescending about how Im parked in the wrong lane and I shouldve seen the cone.

I drove up for my 2nd ever oil change, and the manager walked out, greeted me by name, and chatted with me while I waited.

Pulled in and was serviced immediately. 10 minutes tops. I got an oil change and it cost $90.
