We have lived here for 4 years and have enjoyed it. We like the gated community and it is nearby so many places. Carlos is the best because he is able to take care of any maintenance issues we have very quickly. Jennifer is good with communicating with the residents and she is always available for us to come into the office at anytime. We really love all of the amenities Constellation offers.

I have been a resident at the Constellation for 1 year and I have found the administrative staff and Carlos (maintenance) one of the best property management teams I have encountered in the past 12 years. They have provided quick and effective responses to whatever my circumstances presented. The complex grounds are always clean and well managed. Carlos is very friendly, accommodating, and quick to resolve any unit needs. This guy is awesome! Melanie and Jennifer are effective and efficient with their excellent customer service practices. These ladies manage with ease and grace. Great team, clean complex, and worthy of considering if you are seeking a quaint living community with all the conveniences less than 10 minutes away from your door. This gated community is exceptional and a perfectly hidden gem. I would be remiss if I didnt mention the one con I have encountered. If renting a car port please beware of the drips of condensation and white paint that accumulate on the windows and body of your vehicle during the wet seasons. I do hope the new management will consider repainting them soon. It does come of with a car wash but I dont always have the time.

Weve been living here since 2011 iirc, and intend to stay for many more. Its well off the road so theres no through traffic, only people who mean to be there, so its nice and quiet. Jennifer has been very prompt and helpful when any little issues have come up, and Carlos is always friendly and knowledgeable. Its a nice place, highly recommend.

Why aren’t you living at Constellation?!I wholeheartedly love living here.The few maintenance issues I had were resolved SAME DAY. I have not experienced that living anywhere else, they would rather tell you it will be put on the work order and you see them days after.CARLOS is so good at his job! he is dependable, efficient, and just know that the problem will be fixed!He is definitely one of the best asset at this apartment complex.Jennifer is so easy to talk to about any issue and I can feel confident leaving her office knowing I’ll get the issue or concern dealt with.The team here at Constellation makes living here so warm and comfortable. From start to finish, the rental process went extremely smooth. Any questions we had were quickly responded to by Jennifer. Our company has had multiple corporate leases at various properties throughout the Puget Sound area, but this was by far the best experience we have had. Thank you so much!

This home has been very good for the price. It is secluded by a long driveway and secured by a gate after hours. The neighbors are very quiet for the most part, and the walls contain noise very well, although the doors do not, which is not a major problem. Carlos, the maintenance guy, is extremely polite and has swiftly repaired everything from changing a burnt out specialty kitchen light bulb to replacing an old water heater for us, and Jennifer is a very friendly property manager.Its not the cleanest, the stone stairs are not cleaned by staff, but are replaced after cracks appear. For the price, it has been a safe and comfortable home for us the past 5 1/2 years.

Living here at constellation is great. It has a gate which gives you privacy. If you have kids is wonderful they can play outside and play basket ball. Jennifer is the manager shes wonderful and Carlos the maintenance person whos always there to fix anything. The only thing that this apartment complex needs to work on is there parking its an issue.

Been living at Constellation Apartment Homes for about 3 years now. This place is great. Jennifer, the property manager, is extremely friendly and very interested in assisting any complaints or concerns Ive had. Carlos is a wonderful maintenance manager. You can expect your maintenance tickets to be responded to swiftly, and handled professionally. The location is minutes from downtown Renton and the 405 freeway. Looking forward to another lease here.

Ive lived here for a year and these apartments are very quiet and I feel safe here, the staff amazing, Carlos the Facilities Manager is quick and reliable when theres a work order put in to fix something hes at your door within 5-10 minutes of the work order being sent, Jennifer the Property Manager is nice and very knowledgeable with the area and the resources in the community, I love living hereJanet H

Both Jennifer and Carlos are the best in keeping the people here in Constellation happy and satisfied. They are always willing to help you even with your personal problems. I highly recommend the Constellation! My husband and I lived there for 2 years. Its a quality apartment for a very reasonable price. Definitely the best in the area. Its a short, easy commute to the city and its close to some great restaurants and shops. We loved being right next to the middle school where we played fetch with our dog on the large, well maintained fields and exercised around the track. Some of the reviews mention trouble finding parking, but we never had a problem and could always find a space. The apartments are very cozy, especially in the winter with the fireplace place going. The large closets and mirrors in the master bedroom were really nice as well. We never had any problems with pests or noisy neighbors and never had any large maintenance needs which was nice. Carlos, the maintenance man, is truly wonderful and helpful as well. At move out, I had challenged some of the charges, but the current property manager, Melanie, was incredibly reasonable and professional and adjusted our final costs accordingly. I highly recommend if youre looking for a nice, quiet, convenient apartment for a great price!

I have lived at Constellation for almost three years now and I lie to you if I told you I wouldn’t live another 3 years in this great community, if I wasn’t moving back to my country in a couple of months. Besides being a beautiful community it is quiet, organized and clean. The neighbors are awesome and say hi when they see you but also mind their business, everybody’s very nice. It is very quiet at night past 8 PM, very good for sleeping. The maintenance guy Carlos is on top of everything all the time, things get fixed very quickly (very skilled and hard working guy), has become a personal friend since we’re both hispanic. Jennifer is very responsive with a good attitude, every woman that has worked in that office has been that way. No crime in this neighborhood at all, zero, from what I know. It is also a gated community. Seattle, Bellevue is not very far away. The mall (Southcenter) is very close, post office and good restaurants nearby. Airport is also very close. I’ve had a very pleasant time here.

Ive been living here in a one-bedroom for just over a month now. So far, I have no complaints. Staff is very helpful, friendly and are always on top of things. They are very responsive and willing to help you with any questions or concerns. Floorplans feel very spacious and are a great price. If youre looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom place in the Renton area, this is the place to be.(Edit: Even after being here for close to a year now, I have no complaints! I wish the units had a washer and dryer but they keep the laundry facilities by the offices very clean. Jennifer has always been very quick to address any issues or concerns. My dishwasher wasnt working so I gave them a call. Jennifer answered the phone right away and sent the maintenance guy (Carlos, he awesome!) over to fix it within an hour. They keep everything very clean and tidy around the units. You feel secluded and safe up on the hill. Huge thanks to the Constellation team for creating an environment and experience that truly makes a place feel like home.

My roommate and I moved in at the beginning of Covid. Our place was falling apart and we were told it would get fixed. It took them 5 months to replace the broken dishwasher and when we left the drawers were still falling out, the cabinets continually fell off when randomly opening them and everything was scratched up. At move out, i called multiple times asking about cleaning process (which pretty much ends up to be your whole security deposit, even though there were no damages to the place) and she said “lightly clean”. When I got my bill it was ridiculous what they put on there that wasn’t clean, i even went to the extent of scrubbing the bathtub and the fridge as well as wiping down everything and vacuuming so I didn’t leave it a mess. Along with all the other mandatory random fees that came throughout the process. I’ve never written a bad review for somewhere but warning when you move into this place! Every phone call I’ve had with the new management has been less then okay. She comes across as very rude and not wanting to help solve your issues. Management before was super nice and the groundskeeper/ maintenance guy is AMAZING!

I decided to live here for a short temporary living situation. It was great for a short lease, but I wouldn’t stay for a full term. I just like living in a house with more privacy and space. That being said, Laura in the leasing office is the best! She was helpful with getting all the paperwork done when first applying the move in process with her was super easy.

I have been living here for 24 years (next year) it has been through 3 different management companies and at least 7 managers. Jennifer is one of the best ones ive had, makes me feel welcome and appreciated and Carlos, the man can fix anything.

The fact that you are trying to evict someone for not being able to pay rent during this epidemic is unacceptable. Really shows your compassion for your tenants. This is more business than actually caring.

It was O’shea’s first day on the job but it didn’t matter - he expertly answered all of my questions, and clearly already had a thorough understanding of the apartments. He made the move in process easy, and I’d recommend O’Shea and Constellation to anybody looking for a new home.

We met with the managers, Norman, and leasing agent, Ronald, about renting there. The apartments were great and correctly priced for the quality. They are very customer focused and did everything possible to accomodate us.

I wish I could give 10 stars! I have lived here since March 2012 and have had a great experience this far. I love my apartment! I love the open living and dining room areas. I am in a 2 bedroom which has a great balcony courtyard view. I love the manager that is here now, Alicia, she gets things done. I miss Mica! She was the last manager here. Jeremy has taken care of all maintenance in my unit since hes been here. He is always professional and respectful and very trustworthy to go in my apartment when I am not home.Thank you for reading my review! I will be here for years to come!

Only good thing I can say about this apartment complex is the maintenance staff is beyond professional, the management sucks and they pass off a “remodel” with cheap painted cabinets, they think painting broken doors is acceptable, and everything that’s put in seems like it’s cheap made in china materials, examples ‘ kitchen cabinet broke of because it was wood glued in because of the 8 other screw hole, towel rack falls off because it was screwed in a patch, yellow stained tubs after bathtub paint came off etc, the management also like to throw charges at you whenever they can, very limited parking close to none! Some residents have to park outside the gates! Basketball court has been destroyed for 3 months and the pools been closed 75% of summer, I don’t recommend living in this place

I have lived at Constellation since July 2016. The apartment is decent for its price. Water/Sewer/Garbage are not included in the rent. They charged those expenses base on on occupants. The down side of this apartment is no washer/dryer in the unit. The laundry room is located next to leasing office which will be far way from some units. It is the same for the recycle and garbage dumpster. The neighbors here are nice and quite. They just remodeled our apartment, so the interiors and appliances were good when we just moved in. However, the closet doors are cheap materials, so they are easily pop out. Maintenances are really fast. I put in the order request the night before, they would come and fix your stuffs the next day. This is gated apartment, so I feel safe when I live here. However, the gate was broken recently, they were trying to fix them. The management teams are just changed. Will see how they manage the apartment

Horrible place to live. The apartments are over priced and cheap. The cabinets literally fall apart. The service from the office is a joke. If theres an issue and you try to contact them about it theyll take forever to get back to you. Theres also no parking. I highly advise spending your hard earned money somewhere else.

This place is shady at best. I have family here and time and time again my family has requested the apartment above them to respect the quiet hours with no change. Then the sheriff needed to be called on several occasions to file complaints for noise. Only for the noise to continue after the sheriff leave. Management is aware of the issue and has been mute even though the lease contains a quiet period during certain hours the only quiet is the management.Unfortunately, this is how things escalate and get out of control to the point of rage. The publicity from an incident that could have easily been de-escalated with the management addressing the concern and or fining the offenders will not shine a good light in the rental management. Negligence on the property managers part will pay out in millions of dollars in lawsuits if anyone gets hurt as a result. This I promise.

I have lived here for 3 years. My starting rent was $750 for a one bedroom, plus a $30 per month charge for water, sewer, garbage, and $15 per month pet rent.Since I first moved in, there have been three changes to property ownership, six different managers, and a rent hike from $750 per month, then to $810, then to $895 and now to $980 per month. Also, the water, sewer, garbage monthly rate is usually $42 - 50 per month, The pet rent has gone up to $35 per month, plus now there is an extra $5 per month charge for Misc, Charge.When you add up all the total amounts for rent increase in three years, I am paying close to $3,500 increase in 3 years! That amounts to a rent hike of over $ 1,000 per year. Most of us do not get a $1,000 year raise on our jobs!When I brought up this startling point to the managers, they say, Well, everyone else is doing the rent increase.Now my total monthly costs add up to close to $1,100 per month!Please dont post your canned reply that you posted to two previous complaints written by other tenants here on this page.Please review your excuses or lame justifications for hiking up our rent. Have compassion on your renters. We are heading towards being unable to afford rent anywhere and will face homelessness.Please consider setting a moral and ethical standard in the apartment rental industry and lower our rent to a more sane and considerate amount.WORK WITH YOUR TENNANTS. We want to stay here, but you are pricing us out of your apartment community.Most of us do not work for Boeing, Microsoft and high paying tech companies.Please respond.

I have lived here since July and it has been a pretty great space for me and my children. It is a relatively quiet community and reasonably priced for the location.

Rats, mold, bugs, druged out window breaking crazy people... We got it here. I am serious. If you have a family and care dont make my mistake. Take time and find a better place to spend a year of life.. So disappointed.

Really bad customer service! You only get one reserved parking space. But yet your allowed to have 2 vehicles per unit. I have two cars and they have been towed twice in a period of less then 2 weeks because their is no more parking space available. So now if were not home were thinking that when we get to the apartment there may be or NOT any parKing space aviable. We have spent over $790 on towing. We understand that if you parked your car in a place that states no parking we will get towed. But we had no option. My husband and I parked our car and went home to get settle after along day at work. We went back outside and drove around to find parking yet there was no space aviable. We did this 2-3 times on both of these two occasions that we got out car towed. Next thing we know our cars had been towed. You could see that their is alot of apartments vacant but the amount of cars is ridiculous. They should really have had by this time car permits. Im honesty really pissed of. Over $790 on towing because you come home and their is no parking space.And all they can say is Im really sorry we are NOT able to credit back any of the amount on towing charges.

Overall Im pissed off. I have been living here for almost a year and since management has changed I have had nothing but problems. I made a mistake paying rent which I gave an extra $800 and was told that they couldnt help me. Then I went to my mom whos an accountant and then the lady was magically able to help me now that I had someone who knew what they were talking about and I had my $800 back in a matter of days. I also got a notice today saying that my hanging plant needs to be taken down! Thats bullshit! My porch is clean and I am always careful to make sure the water falls into a catcher and not onto my neighbors porch below me. And every single Sunday there is some guy singing as loud as he possibly can with his music super loud for hours every Sunday and it took me four hours to get ahold of someone. That is bullshit. And I paid my rent late once because the 5th landed in a friday but I went in on a Thursday and Friday way before closing and no one was to be found! Locked up and everything. I cant wait to move when my lease is up. This is bullshit.

Had an appointment to see an apartment at 10:00. Waited until 10:30 and no one was at the office for the whole time. Management does not seem very organized.

I lived there more than two years and we had no problem with management befor the manger Janeel was nice but now they have so rude manger . she is nervous all the time and she dont have any experience with residents and how to solve problems her way to talk with residents is too harsh.
