I went in to get phone service and Maxwell helped me. He made my experience fantastic! He was helpful with creating an account and helping me know exactly how to connect my accounts together when it becomes possible. We recently moved our lines, 8 in total, from Sprint to AT&T. As much as the improvement in cellular and data quality deserve to be the highlight of this review, it was the work and experience of our AT&T rep Paulina that has impressed me most. It took us 3 trips into the store and even though her store was not the closest to us and we had the ability to do everything online we chose to let Paulina do what she does, which is: happily, quickly, and professionally take care of her clients. I would recommend you do the same.

Thomas was awesome! I upgraded my phone and was able to get a great deal on accessories. He also was kind enough to take a look at my bill and made suggestions to help lower my bill. I love AT&T and the service I received

Paulina is amazing!! I’ve been an android user for years and just changed over to Apple, she helped me switch everything over from my old phone so I got to keep all of my pictures. I’m not very tech savvy and she was able to make the switch so smooth! After she raved about the watch, I ended up leaving the store with one too. Giving this store a 5 star rating simply because of Paulina. I went in with my Spanish speaking mother to get phone assistance and it felt like I didnt need to be there in the best way possible. Paulina spoke Spanish and made my mom feel so comfortable, she answered all her questions and had a positive attitude the entire time. If you get the chance to go to this store ask for Paulina you wont regret it!

Parking is not reliable. Staffing varies. Phone setups are sometimes difficult and need better qualified staff at times.

Brandon help us out a lot. Went in to look at starting a new line with the iPhone 12pro max. Everything went good and quick. We went back next day and added a second line with another 12 pro max with a number transfer there was a couple speed bumps with transferring the number however Brandon kept working on it and got the issues resolved. He explained the cost of the phones from one time fees to monthly charges. We enjoy the phones a lot and brandon service was amazing so we went back yesterday and added 2 Apple watches onto the plan. We will continue to go to this location as long as Brandon is there. Thank you for your time, help, and great customer service. We also brought our under 2yr old daughter with us on 2 of the 3 visits and he was very nice to her and kept making her smile which is always a plus in my book.

Visited for an upgrade to my iPhone 7, which was handled quickly and courteously by Vanessa, and I left with my new iPhone 12.However no paperwork was printed, and the E-receipt sent via email after I was home showed a new monthly rate about $75/month higher than I’d been told. I returned the next day - Vanessa and another associate said to “disregard” that email, as it reflected “approximate rates” in NEW YORK, and does not reflect my current rate plan snd applicable discounts.ATT should be prepared to provide a document at time of transaction showing your new monthly rate!

Went into the store today to get a new phone and it was a bit of a weird experience. I open the door to be greeted by a guy not wearing his mask correctly. He asked me in a rather weird way why I was in the store today and I told him I needed a new phone. He directs me to a sales rep that is standing right behind him, who is also giving off much friendlier and professional vibes than he is, we take a short walk over to a table while I wonder to myself, what the purpose was of the first guy? Turns out, I think he is the manager or shift manager. My sales rep was Brandon, and just like the other reviews say, this young guy was top-notch at his job. Fast, polite, (and as someone with prior sales experience) he did a great job at the casual upsell and reading me as a customer. Manager guy then stands right next to me (mask still not on correctly), and interrupts Brandon to ask what phone I am looking for before sauntering to the back. Brandon does his thing and gets me set up to pay for my new phone while making good, casual small talk at the slow points of the interaction. But wait, manager guy is back to swoop by and drop my new phone on the table without saying anything before sitting at his desk, which is in my line of site. During the course of buying my phone I am constantly distracted by this guys mask falling under his nose and him not caring at all. Eventually it falls lower, and lower and I can see his mustache and mouth. He would fix it and then it would happen again, over and over. Manager guy was literally the only person in the store not wearing his mask correctly.About half way through my transaction, Manager guy comes by, interrupting Brandon again to try to upsell me on accessories. I dont bite (even though I need a phone case) because his mask is down AGAIN. Also, how unprofessional to keep interrupting an employee doing his thing?! Sales goes through and Im happy with my purchase and sales rep. I may even move over to ATT Fiber because Brandon did his check and its available at my home address, which I didnt know.5* for Brandon, hes good at what he does and read me and my limited time very correctly and professionally.1* for manager dude that didnt seem to accomplish anything during the time his people were making sales. Also, get this dude a new mask.

Very clear communicator (and he was training someone at the same time). He offered to put on the screen protector for us too! We got in and out efficiently. Excellent experience at this location.

We visited Reno and had to buy a new phone. We first visited the Plumb lane store on Saturday 9/5/20 but was turned off by the very rude attitude of the agent who initially helped us. Did not get the name but the guy is wearing glasses. He had zero customer service and does not know what hes doing. We left hastily and tried the Kietzke Ln store. Paulina helped me get my new phone and answered all our questions. She is very knowledgeable. I give her 5 stars. Also when she checked my account status the Plumb Ln agent did not even reverse the transaction. Paulina had to fix it. How bad was that experience? This is quite long but thats how the experience was do bad at the Plumb store. So if youre ever in Reno and need to go to an AT&T store go the the Kietzke Ln store.

As someone who has been terrified of being around people during this pandemic, going to a cell phone store was not high on my list of exciting things to do. I went to this at&t store and was pleasantly surprised with the amount of care they are taking and how safe they are being during this crazy time. Everyone had masks and gloves on which made me feel safe immediately. The guy who helped me (Casey?) was so nice and understood that I was uncomfortable and helped me take care of my phone issues very quickly so I could get back home. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. I will be continuing to go to him for my cell phone related needs just because he actually seemed like he cared about my well being.

Excellent customer service from Chase. He was prompt to greet me though the place was busy and full. His expertise is evident by his ability to understand my not so technical description of my questions about my phone. Walked out with a perfect portable phone charger and again, was able to assist me with my questions. Am happy with my service and glad I didn’t have to go to Apple!

I honestly hated AT&T and was planning on cancelling my subscription with them. They always have terrible customer service. This time it was different a young lady named Paulina really helped me out and made me change my mind about the company. I would recommend going with her she’s the best and will help you with any questions you have. She also went out of her way and convinced me not to cancel my subscription with them.

We went there and had a great experience. Courtney helped us and she is very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend going there and seeing her for any of your cell service needs.

The workers here were very helpful with my concerns and were making sure that all were taking COVID precautions. I just wish their check in process was a little less chaotic, when I showed up it was a little busy and not everyone was getting checked in right when they walked in so it was hard to know if we were going in order of when people showed up. There was a table with a worker at the door, but weirdly, they were not the one checking people in.

I went to plum store and the other day I went there and they were busy and the one guy said I needed to wait outside and it was into the 97 degree s and told him I cant do that I would pass out IA 66 and he told me another store to go after asking him ...I will never do business there again also ..I used to go there to help me with my other phone and was not satisfied with the help ..thank you

*Post-shutdown review* I did not know there was an AT&T store in this area. In fact, I placed my order online for store pick-up and went to the Plumb Lane store! Oooops. Luckily for me, the young lady that I spoke with at this location (Veronica) was patient with me when I realized I was at the wrong store. So ... I left the Plumb Lane store and made my way to this one, called the store and spoke with Veronica and she brought my order out within minutes. The entire transaction took less than 10 minutes - from parking my car to leaving! Whew!

The representative flat out lied to me about having a work phone and being able to call customer care for me because she didnt want to help me. I caught her in the lies and she fessed up that it was her work phone and apologized. She also lied about what authorized users are allowed to do policy-wise because again she didnt want to deal with it. I caught her in that too. She tried multiple times to send me to another store and lied about inventory in stock before going in the back and finding my device. She didnt go over one-time upgrade costs, the terms of the agreement, return policy, timeframe, or fees. At all. And was shockingly rude for much of the transaction. And to top it off she didnt give her name or wear her badge as AT&Ts employee policy dictates so I cant even give her name in this review (my only consolation being they can identify her internally based on the survey I gave, not that I expect them to do anything about it). Worst experience I have ever had. Completely unethical, unprofessional, misleading, and rude.
