This was the worst place Ive ever been to. I was yelled at and was almost charged $10 extra for being difficult!! Even though they ripped my old set off my nails and cut me several times! He was completely rough with my hands. Argued with me the whole time. I tried leaving and he wouldnt let me leave. I had to stay and he did a terrible job! I cant believe I paid him. But I was forced To! Im on vacation and was trying to relax with my friend and ended up arguing with the owner!!! He was rude and not to mention the place was filthy! Also charged me an extra 5 for a new set which was supposed to be 25. And they called me a liar. Even though it clearly states on there sign and was told that when I called before I came in! They also ruined my toe nails. I asked to keep them square and she ended up rounding them and cutting them extremely short. Not what I asked. I was ignored. As a customer its not being difficult when Im asking for what I want, I expect it to be done to my liking. Especially if Im spending 60+ dollars of my hard earned money!!!

Had a girls day with my three daughter’s. We all had a great time. Our nails came out perfect. We all had a wonderful time as well as all the other customers. The place was packed and they all did a great job. Very pleased.

Love the group of people working here! Seriously, they take time to ensure a perfect job. Im always extremely pleased with the way my nails come out. Reasonably priced and clean interior!

I love this place, its affordable and good atmosphere. I always get great service and the girls are always really nice and thorough.I do have to admit that I have never heard anything good about the male manicurists. So i do recommend asking for a lady if you do end up with a guy. The guys tend to be a bit rough and pushy. But I have nothing but good things to say about the ladies.

Last week Id got a pedicure done here and the lady did a decent job for the price I paid. Today I went for a manicure and the male proprietor was horrible. I wish I could give a negative rating. His own hands and manila were filthy and had a lesion on them on which he had applied gention violet. He was rude, rough and had my cubicles bleeding. Didnt buffer the nails at all and proceeded to apply paint. When I asked to even out the nails, he said you go, leave

I had gel overlays done at another salon, and two of my nails broke like a week later. I was at the mall and thought, meh, why not just get them fixed while Im here.The wait was short, and the service was okay, but the nails are terrible. I asked her to even out my other nails with the broken ones and just do the same gel glitter fade that I had originally. When she was done removing the gel from my nails, she left quite a bit behind from my other nails. She barely filed and buffed my nails, so now theyre all bumpy and unevenly shaped. At other salons, Im used to getting my cuticles pushed back and trimmed, but apparently they dont do that here.When it actually came to the gel application, she had forgotten what my other nails looked like, (although I told her and showed her my nails before we started). So she just did a glitter tip. I asked her to fade it, instead of the harsh line, and she brought the glitter almost 3/4 of the way down my nail. She then said, I dont know, honey, I dont think we can do that here. I was just dumbfounded. Its quite simple. So she gave up and had someone leave their customer and had that person do mine. This person got the idea down, but it didnt seem like either one of them were truly invested in giving me what I wanted. So at that point I just let her finish with the top coat, and I got out of there as fast as I could.When I looked down at the finished product I noticed I had gel all over my knuckles, and the gel was applied so thick it dried off my nails, into the cuticles and on some nails over my cuticles. It honestly looks like a child did these nails.I would not recommend coming here. Its obvious they arent invested in doing the proper techniques, or making sure that the customer gets what they want. Plus, the nails are just terrible, in shape, texture and application.

Horrible paint job. Looked like a 6 ye old painted my daughters nails. And one of the acrylic nails are misshaped. Has I been there i would’ve requested them to re do it. Won’t be back.

Horrible wait and went with a friend and they didn’t even start her pedicure until mine was finished. 😡😠😔😞😕. They only had one person doing pedicures on a Saturday and all six chairs had people in them waiting with only one person doing pedicures. Very unhappy wiTh this place wouldn’t recommend going here I won’t be ever again

Went way too fast and cut my cuticles a lot. i drew blood twice and left with a cut on my cuticle. mynails are very very sore and it’s barely been 5 hours since i got them. he was super aggressive with the filing and it hurt really bad. also they DONT SANITIZE THEIR INSTRUMENTS OMG. i should have left when i noticed that but i was desperate for some nails. the place is dirty and messy too. my nails are uneven and they hurt super bad. would not come here again.

Worst experience ever! During the pedicure the lady had cut into my skin multiple times. Drawing blood three times. Gave her another chance and did my nails. I was utterly disgusted at the final product. I had asked for a purple matte color and a gold accent and got a hideous purple and orange glitter instead. The service was horrible I tried to tell her what was wrong and she did not understand. They saw I was unhappy and could not get me out of there fast enough so the other clients wouldnt notice. I do not recommend this place under any circumstances. I am completely and utterly disappointed and disgusted.

They are very friendly and do a great job, they always get me in when I call right away and if you are thinking of getting your nails done pick Tom he is great and I highly recommend!!

I know at times things may get hectic and you may have customers waiting but you NEVER rush your clients services. Overall I was not pleased with the services I received. My full set was sloppy and came up in less than 5 days. I normally shade in my eyebrows but went to get my eyebrows waxed, I asked the lady if I can get a moment to wipe it off and because she was rushing she completely disregarded what I said and went on to doing it, poorly at that. I know its my job to specify on what I want but how could you when the staff will not take the time to listen. Very poor service.

They didnt know what I was saying and made my nail think and look bigger than my actual nails. Ugly color too

I would give it zero stars if possible. I called ahead and they said my daughter and I could come right in. When we got there they only got one of us in. The lady wouldnt quit talking and she did a terrible manicure. She cut my finger and my cuticles didnt even get pushed down. My daughter left because we didnt have time to wait and then I left after I washed my hands. When I asked how much I owed (no polish or anything) they charged me $15. Awful place!!! Dont waste your time or money!

Poor service. Had a pedicure, felt like it was very rushed. They dont use plastic covers for the per tub. Doesnt do the nail paint job right. Dont have shine spray. I think, I can get a better pedicure by myself!

I did not have a good experience here. I wanted to get a set of gel nails I was really excited about them because It was my first time the lady I was paired with barely spoke to me which wasnt a issue I was okay with it then as she is cleaning up the skin around my nails she is aggressive going at my ring finger on my left hand and she drawls blood. She laughs and says sorry and continues. Drawls blood on right thumb now. Now I think this is normal because I really dont keep up on the maintenance of my nails like I should. She continues and then she is having trouble putting the Polish on my pinky nail ten minutes redo after redo finally she calls someone else over a young lady. She does each pinky she doesnt greet me or communicate to me what is going on. Now I have three associates surrounding my table all talking in a different language. Im super uncomfortable I dont understand what is going on. But I go with the flow because I am not a complaining type of person. Finally finished with my nails they start to do lotion and a hot towel and I think this is part of the experience or maybe making up for making me bleed no one asked if I wanted this done but went ahead and did it. After Im lotion up I go to pay thinking its 20 dollars like the menu says and I was planning on tipping five because of the issues I was having. He says 30 dollars. Im taken back looking at the menu then at him. I decided just to pay the 30 and not tip even though Im against not tipping but Im just confused on where he got that number. Then if things couldnt get worse my arms break out in hives and have burning feeling. I now am having a allergic reaction to the lotion. I take Benadryl and it gets better. But moral of the story is one I need to learn to speak up for myself and two this place needs better communication with their clients.

You get what you pay for. Very thin, uneven, badly shaped nails. Plus he cut me 3 times. Never going there again. I had to pay someone else to fix them. Super annoying!!

When you go make sure you ask for Lynn...she is super nice and friendly...she did my friends pedicure...but the lady who did mine was rude and didnt even finish the whole process...but my friends was totally worth the price

The worst pedicure Ive ever had. This place is dirty and unsanitary. She kept trying to buff off my gel instead of using acetone. She was rushing. Then tried to paint my nails with the gel still on and not actually filling my toes. One I told her she half assed it again. I finally told her to stop. Left without my nails being painted and they charged me $25. Save your time and go somewhere else.

First off, I will not being going there again. I have had my nails done somewhere else (really liked the place) I came here with my two daughters, they wanted their nails painted (anywhere else I have been when getting my kids nails painted they have always been clipped, any hangnails cut, and old polish removed.) We brought photos of what designs they wanted painted and they said that it was no problem they could do them. So they sent my kiddos off to pick their paint colors. I sat down and it was going to cost more to fix the two nails that had popped off and to fill them so they completely removed them and put a new set on. Which was no problem with me, they were running a special and it was only $25 to do that. I am very picky and love my nails to look as natural as possible. I dont like when they are left thick. This is why I have been waiting until I traveled out of town to get my nails done at my original place (This place is affordable, friendly, and does great looking nails). I absolutely dislike when a place overworks your nails, its completely unnecessary. Too much filing is not needed to get the shape when you know what you are doing and shape as your applying the acrylic.(Especially when all of this filing only results in thick lumpy nails.) Anyhow, while having them done he never really spoke, just tapped on my hand or fingers when he wanted another one or wanted me to move. As well as having me cock my arm in an awkward position in order for them to be in the right place for him to work. Other places have always had me be relaxed in my hand and wrist in order to move my fingers like they needed. This was uncomfortable. I chose a cute design from Pinterest and he priced it out for a total of $45 (That included the cost of the set) So I changed my mind and with a single color and an accent nail and that was $35) While he was filing and filing away he pulled out the emery style board and began to file at the sides of the nails (eek!) This is one of the things I hate about so much excessive filing instead of shaping as your going because you tend to get cut. And the third finger in I did. I kinda did a little jump and and ouch and he took the emery board ran it on his hand and shrugged his shoulders (as if checking to see if I was pretending it hurt me) The only non-complaint I have about my nails is that I absolutely love the gel polish. As for my girls, my oldest went first. She chose a coordinating neon colors one color for each finger, on which black polka dots would be applied. The Nail Tech did not clip, or cut hang nails, push cuticles back or remove old polish before applying her new polish. He applied the polish not caring that some of the colors we not fully coated and then topped them off with some white polka dots and some nails being black polka dots. They resembled nothing like the photo. My younger daughter went last, she wanted a solid pink color with her accent nail being white with a hello kitty face painted on it. This was stated twice to the tech and he said he could do it no problem. I watched as they painted them all pink, I was confused but saw him pull out the white and I thought he was doing the hello kitty. But apparently after I was done and could finally see them, he didnt do her design at all. He did random dots (not even like polka dots, he did one on one nail, two on another, three on another and a little flower type thing on the last that was done by putting five dots around a single middle dot) Im not one for confrontation, so I paid my bill and left. Needless to say I will never go here again.

This place was terrible, came here with my friend who is here on vacation to have a relaxing pampering time and all they did was do a horrible job. The owner was very rude, one of the ladies cut my friend while doing a take off and she had to ask her to stop so she stopped and had the owner Finnish and do my friends nails. He then stated that she was a very difficult person because she asked for him to be genital while finnishing the take off. He then proceeded to say he was charging her for the take off (which is suppose to be free with a new set) just because she was being difficult. Which is total BS. She then wanted a certain length and he stated since she wanted that length he waz going to charge her an extra $5 and they arent even long. I will never come back to this place. Not to mention my nails are croomed and some are much fuller then others they defiantly definitely dont take pride in their work.

Worst manicure ever. First lady who did my nails did a horrible job, polish was streaky and not done well at all. Lady got mad when I told it had to be done again. The lady made someone else fix it.

I’ve been here often for years but today they had a lady start on my nails and suddenly put me and my sister aside so they can help an angry customer first who had just gotten there. We waited over 30 minutes put aside. When another lady finally continued on my nails, she cut my finger 3 times!!! Knew she had cut me and still continued to scrape the filler on on cut and put alcohol on them at the end! Last time family, friends, and I ever go back!

Sadly, this shop has seriously deteriorated to the extent that the State Board of Cosmetology and Meadowwood Mall need to investigate. FIRST, they are posing a general health risk by REusing and NOT sanitizing instruments. I PERSONALLY watched the nail tech use cuticle trimmers on TWO different clients back to back and NEVER sanitized or sterilized the nail instruments and in fact cut the client. SECOND, the nail tech who was doing my nails, used an emery board on my nails, cut up my cuticles to the point of bleeding and put the emery board back in her drawer to REuse. The nail tech got up, blew her nose, wiping it and did NOT wash her hands OR use hand sanitizer before returning to the client. The nail tech who was doing pedicures, rinsed out the pedicure basin after my daughter and did NOT sanitize the basin, rather rinsed it, dried it and then refilled it for the next patron. The shop is FILTHY and has FILTHY practices. Folks, HEPATITIS C is blood to blood contact, it lives on surfaces like instruments, emery boards, Dremel tips, this is some scarey stuff what I watched. The sole proprietor of this shop is liable. LASTLY, I WITTNESSED TWO young black ladies walk in (their sign here says walk-ins-welcome) the ladies were told 20 minutes to wait. At the end of 30 minutes of patiently waiting, the staff here took FOUR other non black patrons (WALK INS) and left the two black ladies to sit. When one of the ladies said excuse me, weve been waiting over 30 minutes now. The male (owner) said you sit down, you wait 20 minutes. I literally heard the FOUR others asked if they had appointments and each of them said NO. This shop needs to be closed!

If there was zero stars I would get zero. Wife had a terrible experience and her pedicure looks really bad. I have called 3 times and no one will take my call.

The ladys were screaming at my mom and they messed up her nails. They had to take them off and my mom had to leave with nothing done and had to pay.

This place is horrible. I had acrylic put on my nails the old women who did them, cut my fingers and I woke up with sore nails. Her eye glasses kept falling off. Will never go back!

Horrible my nails looked like Ive had them on for a week, and when I complained they said they looked fine which obviously they did not . They were in such a hurry to leave that he didnt care how my nails came out . Im never going back there again and I suggest no one goes there for there nails!!
