Very polite! I came to visit family and took my little sister here as a sister activity. They had the best prices and did a fantastic job. They were really friendly to me and my little sister even though we were just getting our nails painted. I found this place on Google maps after walking out of another nail salon for being ignored and treated poorly. Whenever I visit Reno again I WILL come back! I will recommend to everyone.

So this place is a long way from home BUT I will say that it was worth my trip!!! I walked in on a late afternoon on Saturday and they let me know that the wait was going to be 30min so I went to grab food first. When I came back I still had to wait about 5-10min but no big deal for me. I ended up getting a gel mani ($30) and simply me pedi ($35) and nail art design (mine was $5 but price does go up depending on what it is). I highly recommend this nail salon!! They were welcoming and you could see that they had regular clients...which is a HUGE indication if they have regulars rolling in and hey know their clients by name.ALSO please note that i brought my own nail polish in.

They got me in instantly, without an appointment. The pricing was a little more expensive than I thought, but it was convenient, so I didnt mind paying more. The 2 women in the shop at the time werent very friendly, they seemed almost annoyed by me. I wouldnt choose this place again, unless I need a last minute, walk in appointment.

I love this place!! I get gel nails done here all the time because the prices are reasonable and they always do a great job! They are super nice and they take walk ins! Very professional and nice! I would definitely recommend for both mani and pedi!

Found the best place in Reno for nails. Im from out of town and found them on Google. Staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. My nail tech did an excellent job and I am more than happy with the final result. I just wish Id written down her name so that I could give her the recognition she deserves. Thanks Nail Forum...

Ann worked on my acrylic nails and she did fantastic. She was very friendly and did an amazing job. I’ve gone to Mira Day and Ocean nails and have had bad experiences on multiple occasions. This place did awesome and I would definitely go back again.

Walked in and was immediately greeted by multiple friendly staff! Very clean salon! Michelle was amazing! From start to finish I felt pampered because of the relaxing massages on both feet and hands. I just can’t say enough about how wonderful this shop is and I will definitely be back again.

Have gone there 3 times. Went out of my way to be nice. The owner was not friendly and this last time I got a raging toe infection from her cutting my cuticles too deeply with probably not very hygienic tools. I had to go to urgent care and get put on sulfa antibiotic. She didnt put any kind of foot protection on my feet after the manicure and I had to use the restroom and she just let me walk Barefoot through that filthy Salon this place needs a check. And the owner certainly needs a check for hygiene and learn how to treat customers.To the owner...Just so you know I wont be reading your response to me. I saw the comments you made to other people who found you rude as well.. good luck to you you lost a customer which Im sure you dont care about given your attitude. It felt like I had to entertain you and cater to you not the other way around this was really a miserable experience and you should know that.

I will never spend my money here anymore. After a week of getting a fill my nails were lifting and coming off. I went again trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and once again my nails are coming off and lifting after a week from getting a fill. I have gel polish so I am spending money to get them how I like. I am completely unsatisfied and will spend my money somewhere else. Not to mention my gel polish is turning brown and peeling off after a week.

Brought my daughter here, we got our nails done. The lady who did mine did a horrible job! My nails are crooked, and have a big chip in the acrylic! She didnt push my cuticles down or oil them like every other salon does. She was very ruff on my hands and I was in pain! The lady who did my daughter was simply rude the whole time! They over charge and dont even do Gel nails! Only Gel top coats! A horrible experience and will never go back! 😠

This is the best salon I have ever been to! I had a full set done by Ann and she just did a fonominal job. She did exactly what I wanted. I would defiantly recommend this place!

I loved coming here for my acrylic nails. Came to find out they were using mma and they had to pull the nails off. I’m warning others please don’t come here for acrylics. MMA is super harmful to your nail and illegal in America. If you leave them on for too long it can damage your nails for the rest of you’re life. If you go home and try to soak them you’ll know they’re mma because they will be gooey, if u go back to this salon they will pull your acrylicNail off instead of soaking them off.

Terrible experience here. Besides very rude customer service they had one person they said was able to do an ombré, yeah... she had no idea how to do it and I had terrible round fat looking acrylics with harsh white lines down the middle of my acrylics. I didn’t say anything, I felt almost embarrassed for her at how bad they were. then my toenails, the paint was smeared off 6 hours later when I tried to put on a tennis shoe, how and why had the nail polish not dried?? And to top it all off, I got my cast off my left hand The very next day and tried to squeeze in to get my last two fingers done real quick as I had only 8 nails with acrylics and two bare... it wasn’t that she absolutely couldn’t squeeze me in before my big event, it was how unbelievably rude she was about it when I asked kindly if she was sure there was no way they could fit me in. She proceeded to berate me in front of the whole store and went to her planner and said what you don’t believe me?! I apologized and said yes I do and told her that her bad attitude along with her poor workmanship officially lost her a 6 time customer at that point.

I went here for my first time trying to find a place i can go to. First to start they are very rude, dont wanna have a conversation, focus on everything else, look around when they do your nails. The top of my nails are uneven and they didnt do the design I wanted and got an attitude when I tried telling them, then out of kindness when I left I still said thank you and they rolled there eyes and shoed me out. Never going back my nails feel like there about to fall off.

Open on a Sunday thats the reason for one star. First time here advertise grand opening mani pedi $23 special. Im a guy I get basic mani pedi nothing foo foo close $23 to me is about all I should pay. did ask for a few specific instructions to an English speaking young lady if my instructions were ignored three time. So I didnt get the way I want it thats fine I will have to have my own way this means that she had cut down on her tip. Then were done he charges me $43 and while I was there I overheard egal get ripped off for $30 because she pressed too many zeros when she tried to leave a $3 tip and the owner says I cant give you cash back. Rip off do not go here.
