I have now brought two of my friends here to get their nails done with me and they officially love it and now go nowhere else to get their nails done! All the techs here are super friendly and helpful. I get my nails done by Mimi and she is amazing! Sometimes I just give her an idea of what I want and she rolls with it and I always absolutely love what she does!

They took their time to do a really good job with each customer, including myself! Nails came out GREAT! Will be coming back here.. great service, wonderful nail shape, everything was excellent!

They have thousands of nail colors and the quality is top notch-my nails and toes last so long! I drive from Incline Village every few weeks to get them done and it’s 100% worth it! I love Mimi! She’s always quick and does exactly what you want! I moved here from San Francisco 6 months ago and I found her off someone who was in TJ Maxx with the cutest nails that she did. She is so prompt when you text her for appointments, always accommodates me!

I was nervous about getting my nails done because I didnt know where would be a good shop to go to. I found color nails and was interested in it because it was close to where I was staying. The lady who did my nails was so nice and friendly.

My daughter and I love coming to here for our pedicures. The atmosphere, the treatment and the kindness of the staff really make you feel like your royalty which my daughter loves! They didnt rush I like other places do.

This is my favorite place to go. Theyre so good and Im always satisfied with my nails. I go for a fill every 2-3 weeks and theyve never broken or come off.

My tech did my nails this time around and she did a really good job. Every step of the way she checked to make sure it was what I wanted, and she was really nice, and it didnt take long at all. I love the set up ofthem and can see myself returning many times.

Great customer service! The staff is very attentive. I’ve seen most of the mail techs work there and are all amazing but I can’t say enough about Hannah. She will not let you leave her chair until your nails look perfect and beautiful. She’s great with designs!

Mimi is amazing and wonderful. Ive followed her to this studio when she bought it and moved in. All the ladies do an amazing job. I always go with my cousin and Daughter(when she is in town). I work as a Bartender. Before with other salons I would have issues with lifting. Not with Mimi! Ive never had an issue. She is an amazing artist. Today we tried the new volcano cbd pedicure not only did it smell amazing, it felt wonderful! Definitely give this salon a try. Plus they said they are starting eyelash extensions and waxing soon.

I didnt think anyone could fix the Disastrous nail nightmare I received at another salon in town. Jackie not only got the bad Gel nails off. (I paid 65.00 for that disaster) Not Cool!!! She did it with no pain. All is well once again. Thank you again Jackie. They look beautiful. Ill be back..💜

I recently moves to Reno, NV. I went to another nail salon but they never listened to me on what I want. And my nails always broke within the week of salon treatment. So I went on another search and I came across Infinity Nails via Goggle search. They introduced me to SNS dips. They listen and do the job great. So much selection in colors and they are so friendly. I love that they call every costumer Honey. I recommend this place!!!

Made appointments for 3 people for the same time slot but were all taken at different times..I had a gel fill..nails are filed crooked and the nail art looks like a 3 year old did it lol They were nice but we probably would not return again.

This salon is very nice. They have the best services in the area. Their prices are quite cheap. I got a luxury manicure last time for $25, good deal. The lady worked on my nails took her time on every detail of my nails. Really love how my nails came out. They welcome walk in but recommend to make an appointment. Love to share this place.

New owners, used to be Highland Nails . Very nice husband and wife, and already improving the business. Previous owners were great too. Did a great job on my wifes nails and were pleasant to talk to while i waited. They are also having a 25% off sale starting 12/7/18 for a week.

I had Gel liquid color for $40 from Luxury Nails today and i really loved the results and color on my nails, its so beautiful. They had plenty of color collections so i had many different choices. My lady was so nice, she helped me pick the color and did a fantastic job. The interior of this nail salon was very clean and well organized. I didnt make the appointment but i only waited about 10 minutes until my turn. The price was affordable also. I would love to come back soon. Good job Luxury Nails!!!

Love this place

It is kinda far from me but i still visit them often because of their amazing work. I couldnt find any other places that has the best services, reasonable price and relaxing atmosphere like Luxury Nails. I got Gel Powder Color for $30 today and i really loved the color of my nails. The technician helped me pick the color since they have a lot of different colors. I got a lot of compliments for my nails from friends and family. Thanks to Luxury Nails. Highly recommended!!!

The man who didnt nails refused to cut one of my nails down after multiple requests even though it was significantly longer than my others. He commented multiple times how I should grow my nails or get fake nails then my nails would be pretty. He took two smoke breaks and came back smelling like an ashtray. My experience was ruined by him.

The Owner did my nails and they look great, Ill try her again.

We are visiting from out of town, and this is by far the best place Ive ever been for a pedicure and manicure. They are very nice, and very good. I look forward to coming back to Reno so I can get my nails done here every time! Hot stones, oil and hot towels are a highlight, as well as perfect shellac. My fingers and toes have never looked so great! Cant recommend them enough!!!

This is my regular nail salon! The staff here is absolutely amazing and they always know exactly how to take care of me, they know that Im a regular so whenever I go, they always take me right away even if I dont have an appointment. For sure recommend this nail salon!

I don’t recommend their gel nails. I hardly even use my fingers and they have hardly lasted 2 days without chipping.

I got a regular polish mani/pedi. The services were very relaxing, and my mani was perfect, but the toe nail polish was so thick that even after 45 minutes drying it smeared in my shoe on the way home. Next time I will make sure the polish being used is a thinner consistency. I would definitely come here again and give it another try. Michael did a nice job.

Very poor service and awful nail job. Absolutely wrecked my nails. Its been 4 months and Ive just managed to grow them out from how terrible they were.

When you go get your nails done you go to get them done how YOU like not how the nail technician wants. And thats exactly what happend. They werent concerned with how I wanted my nails done. The technician I got was rude.

This place was not my favorite . It could have just been the Nail Technician I had . But - I was not happy with the nails I had . The Smile line from my French tip was not clean, There was no arch on the top like there shouldnt have been & some of the acrylic was over my cuticles, which causes lifting . Also My nails were AAACHING so badly I had to take Advil . No - Im not over exaggerating . I just didnt have the best experience here . The salon is nice & you get a pretty view of the mountains . But I just wasnt happy . I returned back the next day to ask for a refund because I wasnt Happy . They didnt give me a full refund but they did remove my nails & gave me 75% of it back . They basically charged me 25% of what I paid to get them removed in order to get my money back . Uhm .. Ok . Whatever . So I did that . I wasnt happy so might as well get them off right ? Well my nail beds still hurt . But I got them off . It just isnt somewhere Id recommend . I went to cosmetology school so I know what Artificial nails should look like . Especially if the owner is doing them . They should have came out better .
