Got a manicure and it was a wonderful experience. So gentle with my hands and put so much effort into making my nails wonderful. Plus its an affordable price and they are so nice. Love it!

The salon was clean. The women who did my pedicure, Anna was rude. I’mUse to the nail technician to at least let me know when she’s done and direct me to the drying table. She just got up and left to go to another women. She didn’t bother to put my sandals on before she painted my toes which I thought was weird. But place was clean. Won’t be going there again.

Ive been to this place twice now. They are extremely professional and very friendly. It truly has been an amazing experience. Every time I come to Reno, my wife and I spend a couple hours away from the kids on a date and this the place we choose to come. Its very relaxing and nice. You cant beat the Amazing Jelly Pedicure procedure here. I can never get just a regular pedicure again 😁

The place was clean but the nail technician butchered my toe when I asked if she could get my ingrown toe nail out. It is now inflamed and infected. My boyfriend had a good experience here so thats why Im leaving 2 stars.

The salon was beautiful and clean. I never, ever get my nails done but I wanted to do something nice for myself. This was the perfect place for me. Everyone was very welcoming, it was easy to make an appointment, Kim was very sweet and made pleasant conversation. My nails look very clean and classy and simple- exactly what I was going for. First time at Amazing Nails Salon- I did schedule an appointment just to be on the safe side. But, they also did accept walk-ins while I was there(good to know) I had the mani and pedi and I’m so happy with how my nails turned out. Everyone was friendly and did a great job. They were a bit short staffed that day but, they still did great. They have seating for little ones also. I would definitely recommend to anyone and will be going back.

I missed one appt, I usually just call when needed but made a appt for 2 weeks out. I forgot about the appt. I called and went in and they advised me that I missed my scheduled appt. I apologized but felt like after that I was treated very badly. She rushed through doing my nails I felt embarrassed. Just saying if you miss an appt do not go back. They have plenty of nail salons in reno and will go to one where they appreciate my business.

Do not waste your money here. Worst waste of $60 on a pedicure Ive ever spent!

I called and made a appointment for a fill and I drove there and they wouldnt see me because they dont dont do ombre pink and white so I drove all the way to the other side of town for nothing I was very upset.

Very clean, massage chair was comfortable, and liked how organized the colors were. Pedicure wasnt the best I ever had, but was ok.

Was in Reno for the day so came here based on the reviews-super friendly staff and clean salon-however slightly disappointed in the pedicure. The other salons I go to, their price is based on time (pay 55$ and the the pedicure last 55min) unfortunately this wasn’t true :/ from the time I sat in the chair to when my polish was complete was barely 40 minutes and it seemed like they just went over the motions of a pedicure. A pedicure is a treat to me-so a little bummed I didn’t receive what I thought I was paying for.But again very friendly staff! Only leaving this review Incase you have never been to this salon like myself

Ever since moving to Reno Ive been searching for a nail salon that will do a good job and wont break the bank. Ive been here twice, both times Amy did my nails and shes done a great job! Shes very gentle and the manicure always comes out looking amazing. The rest of the staff is very friendly and welcoming as well and you cant beat their pricing for the quality of work. Im very, very happy I found them and will continue to come here.

Omg this is the best nail salon I ever been to ! Every time I been here there has been customers from the bay saying they need a place like this in the bay (you know cuz Reno is a tourist town) the entire staff is super professional and pretty friendly tbh. They seriously run a good business even with covid. The salon is super modern with very nice equipment. I recommend setting a appointment because with covid they only have a few people inside the salon which is nice and helps everyone feel safe. They have plexi glass in between work stations. Every time I have come here my mani’s and pedi’s have been perfect and they are pretty quick too! This staff is very skilled. I am so glad to have a salon like this in Reno! I actually found out about them through their amazing reviews just like their name! Best salon in Reno and the Bay Area for sure.

Beautiful new salon! Super clean and well kept.Loan and Kim are really professional and friendly. They do a wonderful job on my fingers and toes. They listen to what you want to make sure it’s done right. And the environment is really relaxing.Endless nail color options. They have such a beautiful variety, there is no question there is a color for every person or any occasion here.They also have some super fun designs, all hand crafted by Loan herself.It’s bright and cheery in the salon, and there a quite a few pedicure / massage chairs. Even 2 smaller chairs perfect for the little girls in your life. Mommy daughter nail day!! This is something I would like to try with my little girl soon!Outstanding job ladies! Can’t wait till next time!!

First time here and I was a walk in but they also take appointments and did a phenomenal job on my eyebrows and pedicure. A hidden gem and will be coming back here.
