I will never go here again. The first photo is what I asked for, the second is what I got. I appreciate them trying to do the marble, but If they could not do the marble, then I wish they would of let me know. The colors were not what I had picked out as well, and the crystals had fallen off within 5 minutes. I paid 75 dollars for this.. not worth it.

I love it here! I never leave disappointed. All the nail techs are fantastic but Len (Lin?) does such an amazing job with mine. She is so kind and patient. Only place I will get my nails done. Also wanted to mention, the bad reviews are from bad clients. You cant blame punctuality on the nail techs or the salon. When a client comes in wanting more extravagant nails and doesnt specify when making the appointment, It might run into your appointment time! Ive personally never had to wait but would be more than willing to for nails these good!

Im a little torn as I write this review because I was really excited to come to get my nails done its hard to find a nail tech who is up with the current Styles ideas and designs. I read a lot of reviews about a woman in particular over there who can do it all, needless to say when I went in for my appointment today I got there at 1:20 and I was out of there before 2 design and all! It is okay as long as it doesnt affect the craftsmanship of the nail. Needless to say two of them are crooked theyre too narrow I specifically asked for them not to be as narrow as they were some spots close to the edges of my nail bed didnt get any acrylic she was very fast and could have taken a little more time so needless to say $85 later here I am. I dont know if Ill be back honestly.

They are never on time even if you make an appointment days before!A couple weeks ago I had an appointment at 4pm and I didn’t get started until 5:15!They say they are open at 930 am but no one is ever at the shop at that time doors are locked and lights off. No one shows up until like 10!Also if you are not a regular there they will pass you around and or rush your service although they say “walk in’s are welcome” I wouldn’t even attempt it, unless you’re okay with waiting an hour and a half. They are not staffed well enough to take walk in appointments!

I got a full set of acrylics that were absolutely beautiful done by queenie. they were $15 more than they told me on the phone though, and it was just a simple glitter nail. the pedicure felt really nice, but the paint is sloppy on a few nails. the shop was also pretty messy, and we were kind of rushed. my nails are very pretty but i was slightly disappointed with my toes

I have been to many nail salons and Ive never gotten them quite right, but when I went here I had a picture ready and she gave me exactly what I wanted and I am going back to get my Christmas nails done!

I was surprised by my husband on Christmas Eve with a Deluxe Pedicure from Reno Nail Spa. My 2 sisters and I went and OH MY! INCREDIBLE!!! I am a lifer now! My wife and I came here for manicures and pedicures before we got married and I asked in advance if they had hot stones for the pedicures and they said yes and I asked for the deluxe and they only use the hot towels and I felt a little rushed and it just wasnt as exceptional as I thought it was going to be considering everyone elses reviews. Though it was very affordable considering everywhere else we called. But we will be trying another spa elsewhere.

Highly recommend you go here and they do accept walk ins but I suggest call to make appointment a day in advance. All the nail technicians here are great.

Giving this place a 2 because Ive had mixed service. First time was AMAZING. I first went in about a year ago with my boyfriends mom, to have some dip acrylic nails that were done at another salon (out of state) removed. The tech was so skilled, she removed them seamlessly, and even coated a few thin areas on my nail bed to keep them strong before I had them done in gel. She did a beautiful job, kept a good amount of length on my natural nail, and the gel polish lasted almost 3 weeks before peeling.Fast forward a year. For Christmas, some friends got their nails done here (acrylic) that were designed and executed beautifully, so I went in for new years nails. First off, I had an appt scheduled for 3:30p, and then sat there as they took walk ins of customers they knew on a first name basis, until 4:15. They sat me 45min late, and the tech was so focused on going fast to get customers through, he didnt listen to any of the requests I made. I work with my hands, and so I needed the nails done short. After three trims, I settled for about 1 1/4 nails that I had to trim down at home after they (as I predicted) got in the way at work. The nails didnt look anything like the concept art I had brought in, but were still pretty in their own way. I was furious leaving the salon, but was trying to be optimistic because they would still be good for the week before I had to go back to work.Fast forward a week. So, 2 weeks after my acrylic appointment, I was booked to have the acrylics fully removed. After one week at work and cutting the nails shorter, it wasnt cutting it and I needed them completely off.So, expecting the mastery I had experienced a year prior, I walked in and sat down. I was appalled when the nail tech pulled out a new nail form, and used it to start WEDGING AND PRYING MY ACRYLICS OFF. It was extremely uncomfortable and I immediately asked her if that was how they were supposed to be removed (every other pair had always been soaked). She said yes, and kept going. After another nail or two, I asked her if she could soak them instead, as she was prying chunks of my natural nail off with it too. Again, I work with my hands and the last thing I needed was frail nails that would shard and splinter as they grew out. She said no, and right then and there, in hindsight, I should have walked out of the salon. I didnt, and after removing all 10 acrylics, she pulled out an EFILE and FILED DOWN MY NAIL BED. At this point, my nails were thin enough I could feel the heat and I started panicking. I questioned her again, this time my voice getting louder, and she said she had to file it down (after ripping up my nail bed) because it was all rough and the gel wouldnt apply smoothly if she didnt. Cutting over about another 30 min more of poor service with my anxiety through the roof, and lets just say while I walked out with bright white gel nails, it took about 4 days before I split a thumb nail in half. Straight cracked across the middle of my finger, blood and all, and a lot of cursing between walking out of the salon and now.Its been almost 4 weeks since this appointment. In the last 4 weeks, Ive had 4 nails snap down into my skin. The last nail thats the shortest still, is still very tender and is still snagging and splitting further back into my thumb. I literally have half a thumb nail, that broke just trying to pull my pants up 😤My nails look terrible.Long review, but after this absolute disaster I will never return. I not only told the technician multiple times that what she was doing was making me uncomfortable, but its two times in a short span with service more focused on rushing the customer in and out, rather than service. And this one cost me weeks of pain and discomfort, as they continue to snap as I wait for the base of my nail to grow out.I do not recommend. I will not recommend, and I will not return. Which is unfortunate, because I know there are at least 2 great nail techs that work here. There are just 2 more that I cant recommend, or return to.

Queenie and her staff are Excellent.... I Dont reside in Reno and I prefer Her or Any of her staff If available, that is. If you dont call ahead youll probably be Waiting.

I went in on Friday 10/19 and had a 1:30. They were able to get me in at 1 which was awesome! After I looked on their Facebook page and seeing they only charge $35 for a full set of acrylics I booked the appointment. My nails were ok. On my right hand the lady did the ring finger and pointer finger crooked. I ended paying $50. And my nails do not look like $50 nails. THEY ARE ALREADY LIFTING! They look like Walmart press on’s. When I went in to get it fixed she said I don’t see what’s wrong? Lol! All she did was file the side down but the placement of the tip is what is crooked. There are a few nail techs that are awesome but the one I got yesterday was rude and doesn’t do a good job. Also gets an attitude when you want her to fix her mistakes. I tried getting pics of the lifting but my camera doesn’t focus that close.

I got a pedicure and manicure from this place for the first time. My manicure was decent but my pedicure was HORRIBLE. I ended up getting 2 ingrown nails. Extremely painful. Never have I gotten ingrown toe nails. I get my pedicures done all the time. Not to mention, the lady was also in a hurry and ruff. I’ve gone to other nail places and never experienced this. I will never go back here again.

My manicure tech did an amazing job and went above and beyond to make my nails look amazing. However, the gentleman that did my pedicure made the nails very crooked and a messy paint job, almost as if I would have done them at home- with no experience. I am disappointed in paying such a high price for the pedicure when they turned out so poorly.

Ive been here a few times and I can honestly say Im never going anywhere else. I moved to the area a few years ago from Vegas and have struggle to find the quality and length I was used to. Until I came to Reno nail spa. I have seen Liam and Chi and they both do a fabulous job. I like my nails LONG and blingy and I have never been dissatisfied with their work. Chi will even do what she calls my style and just freestyle a look and it always looks great. I have not experienced any lifting or breaking, very minimal bling falling off and I am rough on them and wear them for 4 weeks. Only thing that may be considered negative is the price. But the price is worth it for the amazing quality.

We called asking if we could get a pedicure for husband a myself. She said if you come right now we could get one right away. We were driving already so we agreed. We showed up within 7 to 8 minutes and was greeted at the door There were other ladies who just walked in as we heard them talking they didnt have an appointment. After the 2 ladies finished I said we just called you and are here for the pedicures. She said oh sorry we are busy can you come back in 45 minutes? We said no at the same time. You said to be here in 10 minutes and we are. She the owner said oh sorry we are busy. What horrible service and a waste of our time. We just got the pedicures from another location. I cannot share how frustrated we were when she just smiled like it was no big deal.

I had an appointment at 12:30 with Chi. I arrived on time and she was not even halfway done with the client she was with. She was rushed and left my nails really ugly and bumpy. She didn’t file out the previous color just filed by the cuticle. And just went over my old color and design. Not going back to this place, $50 for a fill on plain black matte nails that she botched for rushing, second day and they’re already chipping. Don’t recommend this place or her!

My nails have been bad the last 3 times I have gone. I gave them a chance to fix their mistakes and they just charged a lot and did another bad job. No more.

I made a reservation in advance for 7 of us to get pedicures and manicures before a wedding. They accommodated us, were very friendly and did a fantastic job on all of our nails.

Husband and I went in for Mani pedis. It was busy and even though we had an appointment they started my nails about 15 minutes after we arrived. They definitely made up for it in their friendly and professional attitudes. I cannot remember my ladies name but we talked about how we were coating for our Anniversary, our kids (we both have to daughters) and places to eat in Reno.The young gal that did my husband Mani pedi was so fun and joked with him about getting gels done. The gal that did my nails give me a heart rheinstone for our anniversary, so thoughtful and I love my nails. My only complaint is I feel they over charge for adding rhinestones to nails. I buy loose stones ALL the time for DIY projects and you pay maybe $20 for a bag of 300 quality stones. You can make your money back without charging $10-$15/finger. I am not saying dont get blinged out. Just ask for the price first.I am definitely coming back and making this place a regular stop for us!

Sitting there watching all the other nails artists you can tell that they put their all into the service that they provide. Its our new go to nail salon.

I do not like this salon whatsoever. Ive been here twice and my first experience was bad but decided to give it a shot again and this time it was worse. I wanted each nail to be a different color but it was simple. No design, no diamonds or anything. Just 5 different colors and they charged me $5 extra bucks because I wanted to do each a different color. PLUS I already had nails on and just wanted to get a fill but two were broken and they fixed it but charged me a full set for TWO broken nails and then the extra $5. My lady was rude and whenever I tried to add something extra, she would only shake her head. I didnt feel very welcome there and the Service was bad in general. ALSO! The two nails that the lady fixed, she left them crooked and when asked if she can fix them, she told me they look fine to me. Like noooo, they werent placed correctly. Not coming back here again and it wasnt busy at all, they all kept saying to each other that it was a slow day. My total came out to $45 and I didnt even get a full set or anything dramatic. I was only trying to get a fill.

They usually do a pretty good job on my nails. I’ve had a few problems here and there but my friend claimed they are awesome, so I stayed loyal to them for about 9 months. Through out these 9 months I always had scheduling problems. I would call and make appointments and when I would show up for said appointment they acted like they never had any appointments schedule for me. Super frustrating. So I started scheduling my appointments with them after every nail session to be sure they wrote me down in their book. Then somehow one day I show up for my schedule appointment and shortly after another lady shows up saying she had an appointment for the same lady at the same time. And my nail tech told the woman it was my fault. But since I showed up first she HAD to do mine. For some reason I gave them another chance and set up another future appointment with her. She told me it had to be at 10 am not 9:30 like it usually is. So I call ahead on the day of and they confirmed my appointment. I drive all the way there and they tell me I have no appointment and that they never schedule appointments for 10 am. And continued to tell me that both of the ladies that do my nails will be out of town for a month and they I need to come back then... I’m blown away that you would treat a loyal customer this way.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Please stay away from this place. Chi, one of the nail techs there had the audacity to tell me I can no longer go into her establishment they are scared of bad reviews after i never did anything wrong. Maybe if they treated their customers with respect and charged a decent price, they wouldnt get bad reviews. They no longer care about their customers. Service has been lacking for a while. I ignored unsanitary area because I liked the shape of the nails but this place is not clean and are also never on time. Think twice about supporting this business.

Made an appointment about a week prior to wanting a fill. I read the reviews and asked for Chi. I only waited a few minutes before being seen. I am totally happy with my fill. The atmosphere was clean, the service was good and Ill definitely be returning. Thank you!

Im out of town and I went to this place because I saw good reviews, I got something so simple with no ring stones and kinda short nails just some glitter and I ended up paying $65, chi did my nails shes incredible fast but she put way too much glue on my finger nails that it was glued with my actual skin and it burned really bad. So I recommend to ask for a price before you get your nails done

If you get the old lady and you can tolerate rudeness and mistreating your limbs then stay cause shes actually does pretty good work, however she overcharges .If I came back to town I would wait for the woman behind the register, her work is nothing short of AMAZING !!

The quality of work you receive here is decent... My nails look okay and they didnt rush me. The techs are social and make jokes, so the atmosphere is good. BUT they overcharge A LOT. My friend and I came in for acrylic fills. My friend ended up getting a new set of long coffin shaped nails because her others were lifting and she wanted to add length. I got a fill on long coffin shaped nails. We BOTH got glitter and rhinestones, but at the end they charged me $55 and her $50. And while I was checking out, the nail tech said to me, It will be $55, but they want me to charge you $60 referring to his coworkers. I got a fill and my friend got a whole new set, and we got the same add-ons that took the same length of time (in the chair for about 45 minutes), but they charged me way more. Additionally, I chose a photo FROM THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE of a previous set they had done in their salon a few weeks prior, and they tried to tell me that they didnt have those colors. The set I got ended up not looking like the photo at all. I could understand if it was pulled off of Pinterest or Instagram, but my request was of a set that these people had done recently. Better luck next time! I recommend NOT coming here for acrylics.
