I have an iPostal.com account here, and have found them to be super efficient. At some places if a customer is ahead of you filling out a form for mailing a package and you come to pickup your mail- the clerk will just stand there watching the other customer fill out their form and let you wait. Not these guys! If they have a spare moment its always hi, how can I help you?Yesterday I had yet another fast/efficient interaction at this place and thought I should leave a good review to counter all the people who just complain. Very happy to see they have 4.9 stars, its well deserved :-)

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Something went wrong with one of my shipments and they went WAY above and beyond to rectify the situation, get my paperwork corrected, and everything shipped out rush delivery. The error wasnt even their fault, it was just something random and unpredictable. The owner is the most pleasant professional I have encountered in a while. He took the time to review the documents I was sending to make sure they were complete and correct, thats not his job or responsibility, but it sure was helpful and made me confident in my documents.There are several office boss locations and this one is, by far, the best. This is one of those businesses I will go out of my way to shop at and go to, they are just so good Im glad when I have a reason to spend money there.

This location knows the meaning of customer service. Always friendly, helpful and kind. Im so glad they are here and they make my life easier.

I will not go anywhere else to mail, fax, copy, or email a document. The owners are super friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to be helpful.A few weeks ago I shared some personal information with one of the owners, and he went above and beyond for me! I couldn’t even drive when I got to my car. I literally broke down crying! We need more people like that-not only in business, but in general.You may pay a few cents more for your package to be mailed. However, it’s always delivered on time and in tact. The other fun thing....there are fun things to peruse if you have to wait for any reason-which I have I think once during the holiday rush. In closing The Office Boss is my # one choice for ALL mail/fax/copy needs!

Wow. My new go-to place for mailing. FED-Ex, UPS and USPS. They find the best way to ship for you and with great attitude and smiles behind their masks.

Great shop with super friendly and helpfull owner. Nice to see a locally owned business providing everything I could need from somewhere like Kinkos or Officemax. They can print documents, make copies, and take and print passport photos! I will definitely be back. 10 cents per page to print a document is certainly cheaper than buying printer ink for how rarely I ever need to print something these days.

Best customer service:After a hectic day, I ran out of packing tape and needed to ship a package for my business. Walked in with an unfinnished package and the man at the counter happily taped it all up for me not missing any corners or anything. He seemed genuinely happy to help me out. Ive walked in with open boxes at other shippers and they usually seem annoyed. After he sealed the box up he ran to the back before ringing me up for a roll of tape. After he came back to the counter he stated he just heard the Fed Ex courier come in and he made sure my package went out today. As I was leaving he said have a wonderful day, we appreciate your business!. More business owners/ employees need to take a lesson from that notch customer service right there.

I got my passport photos taken there. 30 minutes later I show up at the Post Office for my passport appointment. They could not use the photos taken but this store (they had some ruler device to measure and my pictures were not aligning). I was going to panic BUT the post office offered to retake them for FREE. Just letting the staff know at Office Boss that official passport photos need to be within the Post Office standards, otherwise they are junk.
