Finally a UPS Store who knows what their doing and has such a polite, friendly customer service reps at the counter. Came to this location when Lemmon Valley UPS Store couldnt scan my QR code saying it wasnt one for them but for another shipping service and to check where.It shows it is indeed UPS - so I came to this location and the gentleman instantly scanned, printed the shipping label and handed me a receipt. So grateful for the help in getting my item mailed, even worth the drive over for people who want to help and know what they are doing. Thank you for switching my rough day around and being so friendly especially with kids around.

Went in to send a letter certified. I have poor eyesight, and didnt have my reading glasses with me. The clerk who took care of me, (Amber), was kind enough to to fill out the cards for me. Thank you Amber. Youre very kind and I truly appreciate what you did.

Thanks Amber at this location for amazing customer service! Amber helped me get my stuff packed up safely which took time and some heavy lifting and she helped me get my boxes to an appropriate size. They just arrived and they are all good, no breaks or anything! Amber went so above and beyond for me, thank you very much.

I had to return an item and the company gave instructions to put the item in the box it came in, attach the label and drop it off at a UPS Store and the shipping is prepaid. I go to this UPS store and they claim I cant use the box it cam in and would have to buy another box (17x11x2.5) for $6.99 with tax $7.57. So my free return wasnt free, I could have used a smaller box but they insisted that I not take it outt of the box it was in and put that into a bigger box that cost $6.99. I will be using other shipping services in the future and would recommend that you find another UPS store than #3120 off of 7th Street in Northwest Reno as this store is a rip off !!!!!

Needed to print a label. $5.60 to print one of your own labels? Ridiculous. Not doing business with UPS anymore.

I use this UPS location all the time. I use it for Amazon returns and they make it very easy. Last month I had to return a cable box to Spectrum and I took it to this UPS. In the past I have used it for notary signing. I have found that everyone is always helpful and pleasant . Every experience I have had here has always been friendly and professional and I have recommended this location to many other people.

Okay I am so grateful for UPS today, specifically this location and the employee Jennifer. I found out that I had not completed a form correctly and needed to get a passport photo, form notarized as well as fingerprinting completed and then all the forms overnighted.. And they did it ALL! Also I was super confused about the fingerprinting forms and was really nervous about completing something wrong and Jennifer was so patient and helped me figure out what all I needed to submit. This girl deserves a raise!! Thank you UPS and Jennifer !

I have a 3 treat old modem and separate router. They fail about 5 times a day. They used to run great but alas no more. I do pay for the equipment so, I would happy for a 2 in one modem/, router. Could you send a all in one, kit. I can send the combo bach or just trash them. Btw, my last few months were very.... expensivei have school and it cost me a fortune.

I had a prepaid label to return something to the manufacturer for warranty repairs and had extremely efficient, thoughtful, and helpful service from the associate (Amber?). I had brought my own box and packing material but was concern it was too large, Amber reassured me the box would work fine.She also provided tape to secure my package. Honestly, I expected to be suggestive sold on a difference box as well as charged for the tape. I worked in Customer Service/Sales for over 15 years and cant imagine doing the job during COVID! Amber is a rock star. This location is further away from me than the one on Keystone, but I came here because of the higher reviews. Glad I did! Would highly recommend.

Kinda hard to find in shopping center.

Horrible experience paid extra to have my package overnighted with one business day. A very expensive package at that. Order placed on a Wednesday Friday I received a notification saying it was dropped off at my house at 431pm odd because I was home and heard no one stop by I opened my door to find no package after 1 hour trying to contact ups with no luck. I called the company that sent the package They reached out to ups. Ups said someone Named Tim signed for my very very expensive package and that it was delivered. I live alone and don’t know a single person named Tim I then asked the few neighbors I had which none of these names are Tim if they had signed for a package today. I was then told at 8pm Friday night that it was a mix up and my package was not delivered and it would be delivered within 24. I then go to check the tracking number again and it says it’ll be here Monday. I did not pay an arm and a leg to get it overnighted to wait from Wednesday to go through the scare of this very very expensive package Being gone cause they delivered it to a wrong house to, it’ll be there tomorrow to now being told I’ll have it Monday. The customer service with this company is horrible. I do not recommend using them ever!

Called to see if I could get some paper notarized. Told me the lady leaves at 4 so asked if we are there before she can do them they said yes we show up 355 and the lady is walking out the door already. Paperwork takes a few minutes to do at the most. Ugh frustrating when you whole day consists of work and so little time to get things done

Awesome staff. Very friendly and helpful. I understand that no one is perfect but they all will work with you to resolve any issues to the customers satisfaction. Have had my companys mailbox and services there since 2008. Best UPS store in Reno!

There was an awesome lady today that helped my Mom. And everyone else, she went above and beyond!

I was being helped by a new employee. Im pretty sure his name was Austin. He was very friendly. And very new at his job, but that wasnt stopping him or me from getting a box there!!!! His co-workers were very busy with a large number of people that just so happened to show up right when i did. But they all took time to make sure Austin got it right. Thats teamwork. In the end Zhong had to step in and help Austin add all of my company employees names to the list. But after a small amount of time all my wishes were granted. Just hope this store is ready for all my Amazon packages.

We have a box for our business mail since 2016. The prices are reasonable and the customer service is excellent! Couldn’t be happier!

$5 to access a computer to print, $0.25 per printed page, meaning a double-sided black/white page is $0.50! $5 to access the scanner and $0.15 per page to scan. Service was mediocre, with staff ensuring prices were understood prior to doing anything. Equipment seemed old, and print quality was poor; the printed pages were very light, even with darkening the settings. Overall, I would only come here to print/scan/email it you are in a bind and cannot wait for any other option. Prices are ridiculous for the quality of the service.

Wanted to charge me $65 for 4 boxes. No shipping, just boxes. No miscommunication. I paid $5 for the 4 boxes I needed at another ups (they are all independently owned apparently affecting price).

I use this UPS store for all of my printing needs- $0.15 for color copies and $0.05 for black & white when you purchase a copy card. I just email them my file and they get it done quickly! Perfect customer service and excellent print quality!

Quick and easy. Friendly staff and open until 7pm on weekdays.

Notary only costs $5. (cash only under $8 I think) But was fast and easy.

I used to have a rented mailbox here. I found the service to be horrible. Staff were very often rude to me, and when I spoke to the owner, he let me know that he really didn’t care. I took my business elsewhere.

They were very conscious of the security concerns with shipping. Very customer oriented and willing to address concerns. Provided outstanding customer service did what they said they were going to do.

Friendly staff they work hard. Never had a problem there.

Arrived at 4:58 PM, hours say 10-5, yet, doors are locked?

UPS charges an outrageous surcharge for USPS stamps. (I was there to ship through UPS and needed stamps.) Fudging bologna! Thanks for the heads up, dude-behind-the-counter. Wont be using this store again. FYI you can go next door to Savemart and pay what the stamps actually cost.

This is not about a specific UPS Store-I have sent overnite letters by UPS all over the US and it is delivered generally by 10am next day. I was waiting for a letter in Reno,NV and 10am passed,11am passed, 12am passed. A call to the local store told me that they have until 8pm next evening to deliver. I have to wait all day because the letter requires a signature. I was told that if I paid extra it could be delivered by 8am-I knew that but had never required any thing but the regular service. I can only say that service in Reno is the lousyiest in the country!!!John F Moran

Great place to get quick quality prints.

Came in at 5pm they still didn’t have mail sorted. Said I would have to wait until the next day to get my mail! I always thought part of renting a box was actually getting your mail on the day it was delivered!

Terrible customer service. Some chubby little girl charged a $5 computer fee even though I never touched their computer, just emailed a single page file directly to the store email. Go elsewhere.

I love this UPS store, they have the best customer service. This is the only UPS store I will go to.

Service is mediocre at best. The clerks have a very poor attitude, get easily annoyed and appear as if they are doing you a favor.

Customer service isnt top notch for one.. but this store charges way higher than ups distribution.
