Its the staff that really make this place. The owners are friendly, helpful, and willing to explain things when the test fails or rejects. The staff are great at making the customers feel welcome and even staying a little flexible with hours. No appointment needed and the service only takes a few minutes! Plus its the cheapest price in town to register your car.

Ive gotten probably 15 vehicles smogged here and it is always fast and efficient. You also handle everything outside so no waiting in a sad little room.

I pulled in knowing my check engine light was on. Honestly I didn’t think it would fail due to a stuck thermostat but it did. The person doing my smog didn’t even check to see if the light was on to tell me A check engine light is a automatic fail. So I had to pay the $21 for someone else’s negligence on the job . Oh but wait I was told to come back when it’s fixed and it’s only $16. What a great deal I get. Ripped off first to come back and pay the second time. Not happy at all. It’s not about the $21 im upset about. It’s the quality of work everywhere you go. It’s sad.

They charge around $10 more than other places in town. Otherwise, its a good place to get a smog check.

Great experience. My registration was a week late and I thought I’d have to go to the dmv. All cars 2 years or older require a smog so I drove to this place and they were still able to handle the whole thing for a $3 registration fee to them. $$$ well spent! Whole process took about 12 min.

Use this location annually for probably 6 years now, as of 2019. I pass up 5 other Smog Check options on my way each time. Always fast and always friendly.

FAST and AWESOME service! Went in with my mom to get a smog check and registration renewal today and we were out of there in 5 minutes! We didnt even get out of our car. PLUS we got a free pen! Will be coming back and referring all my friends and family to this place!

Alberto was the friendliest guy ever. He answered my questions, and was very thorough. I was in and out, smogged and registered in only 15 minutes. I would very much recommend him!

Except for the scam of having to get new cars smogged, this place is great. There is rarely a line and it takes about 5 minutes from the time I pull in until I leave with my car smogged and registered. Even if I am late on the registration they just add on the late fee and your all set.

More interested in making $35.00 than helping your car pass its Im test. Go to blazing wrenches the first time.

Getting a vehicle smog checked isnt a hard thing to do. But some places make you wonder. Here put me at ease.

Awesome! Super honest and fast. I recently moved to Storey county from Washoe. Being the dumb dumb that I am, I didnt realize that I wasnt required to have a smog check for Storey country registration. When I asked the gentleman if the DMV would update the county based on my new address, he said Oh you dont need a smog for Storey county. This happened right as I was signing my CC slip from paying. Next thing I know, he is handing me back my money because he felt bad that I paid for something I didnt need. Truly a kind man and excellent business.
