Great experience from start to finish. I got text messages the day before and on the day. The tech called me to make sure my car was not sitting in direct sunlight. Then texted me when he was on the way. It took him around 30 minutes to get done. He explained the whole procedure for me before he started and made sure he set expectations of what he would do and what could happen later.

He definitely exhibited a customer-first attitude. Regarding pricing, this was an insurance claim - however the pricing seemed reasonable. I would use mobile rock chip again.
