Tim is great! I was in a trifecta of appliance hell! My dishwasher, oven AND warming drawer were all on the fritz! Tim diagnosed the problem with the dishwasher and fixed it quickly. Without me asking, he even went through and replaced the wheel attachments that had broken or fallen off along with those rack spoke things that you put cups over to keep them upright! The glass in my oven door had shattered (I’m not going to even explain that fiasco) sorry to say there was not much he could do there except replace the door or buy a new oven. But, the best thing that he helped with was my warming drawer! I had another company look at it and they told me it needed replacing which I was waiting to do. Tim looked at it and found it was only a reset switch that needed replacing. He did it right then and there! He saved me a ton on that one appliance! I will only use Mountain Vista from now on!

Tim insisted on taking a look and found it was only a reset switch and fixed it on the spot! I will only use Tim from now on. He’s fast and dependable.

My oven was repaired on the same day I called. It was a breeze. Tim was experienced, professional, and courteous. I absolutely recommend this company.

This company is awesome. We spent 3 days changing the heater element, putting it back together, just to find out it did not work. But Mountain Vista came in, fixed the problem, charged 25 dollars and was done in 10 minutes. Very nice people. Thank you so much.

Had Tim out for a look at our microwave that wasnt working. He went right to work on it, found the issue inside, and had it up and running in no time. Tim is very personable and has lots of information to share on what serves you best as to how to get the most out of your appliances. We had him out last July for our refrigerator with the same positive results.We highly recommend Mountain Vista if you need appliance repair.

Mountain Vista Appliance was absolutely fantastic. Tim, came out to our home to fix our dryer. He was polite and efficient and our dryer is working perfectly. I would highly recommend this company.

Fantastic!!!! THE BEST customer service weve experienced since living in Reno for 13 years!! Heres why: called to schedule, phone was answered promptly AND professionally. Appt time was next business day. Technician arrived ON POINT ON TIME with an identifying company shirt. Edwin went above and beyond with the whole service call. Professional, polite, provided education on the problem, extremely clean while working, no mess, absolute respect for our home. Service was was very reasonable. Mountain Vista is EXCEPTIONAL, hands down!

Horrible customer service. They did not finish fixing my oven and would never return calls. Pretended not to receive the work order from our home warranty company. Super bad experience. I would like to post negative stars..call someone else for sure!

Really pleased with Mountain Vista Appliance Repair. The repair tech showed up on time, was polite and professional, fixed my dishwasher and gave me practical advice to maintain it.

Tim is fantastic! He showed up on time, which is rare these days. He diagnosed, ordered parts and fixed 3 appliances another repair shop said couldnt be fixed because parts were no longer available. He had all this done in 4 days.
