GE Appliance came on time, followed all COVID precautions and had the part we needed with him. Very knowledgeable, efficient and quick. Couldn’t be happier. Very pleased with the service. Only problem was trying to reach them by phone during COVID, very long wait to talk to anyone.
After the tech canceled my order and never fixed the washing machine had to go back and redo everything and get the part and get a new text to come out which is coming this Friday but I am not happy with the tech that came and canceled the ticket like what

Probably my worst service experience ever. A relatively new (and expensive) refrigerator stopped working and GE charged me $1700 to repair it. It never worked again despite more than half a dozen house calls (for which I had to pay my caretaker for admitting them). After several month of no-refrigerator I asked them to return the repair cost since they were clearly incapable of getting it working. Their response - get this - was to offer a discount on a new one. In other words, give us MORE money.Fat chance. Thats what Small Claims Court is for. See ya.
