I only have good things to say about Mandy, the building manager at this location. She is easy to communicate with, super nice and friendly, and really listens to what you have to say. She also manages the building effectively and efficiently. Thank you for all that you do!

Third Street Flats has great amenities, quality apartments, and a luxury feel. The staff is always friendly. You pay above market value here, but it is still on-par with other luxury apartment complexes.They have recently struggled to keep up with maintenance of the pool area and outdoor area.I love the way my apartment looks and feels, everything works as its supposed to, and maintenance/office staff are polite and responsive.

1.5 year resident- Both Maintenance and Management staff is consistently helpful, courteous, and prompt- lovely people.-Location is as depicted, refreshing poolside views (heated year round, btw-swim in the snow if you like!)-Truly secure building...our dedicated parking spot in the gated garage has always been respected. We havent had an issue with missing mail or other tenants as can be common in multi-unit buildings- everyone Ive encontered has been pleasant and/or down to Earth in passing. A likeable and diverse bunch- very conducive to feeling at home, imho.-If you cycle, there is a secure locker area for you bicycle as well.- In addition, very convienient Urban Market & Bab Cafe (yum!) are located downstairs just outside of the entrance- forget ever having to drive back to the store for a forgotten loaf of bread, tomato, or quick treat, big plus.-All events downtown & a plethora of shops and activities are a 5 +/- minute walk away (when covid restrictions are lifted).Would undoubtably recommend, however it is worth noting that there are not many families with children in the building, guest parking is minimal (downtown this is pretty standard-just worth noting), and if you are accoustomed to greenspace/yard, a quick walk to the park by the Truckee River or Idlewild Park are the best way to get your greenery fix

I thoroughly enjoyed living here!! This by far is the best address in downtown Reno 3rd Street Flats was my first and only choice to call home when I arrived in Reno and Im happy to say I feel I made the right choice. The Amenities are amazing and the community director Lupe made it an easy choice.. Im a native Nevadan born and raised in Las Vegas and made the move to Reno recently. Having had my real estate license twice throughout my lifetime and working in the property management field I want to take a moment to commend Lupe who is a true professional..She is on top of the day to day operations and plays a key part in creating this amazing community. From the overall vibe to the first class residents and private/secure environment right down to the choice of finishes this truly is a 1st class place to live. I came from a home on a half acre so this was a different way of living for me which I must say I liked and will forever be grateful and never forget Lupe as she made my time at 3rd Street Flats Perfect!

Primary reason for the low rating is that it’s been a pain to obtain my security deposit from them since I’ve relocated from the state. Each time I call I never get an answer nor a follow up I moved out of here in September.I loved living here primarily due to how close everything is from here. Parking became a struggle during the summer time festivals, but you’ll end up learning where to park during that time. The amenities are also quite nice!

If you are relocating to Nevada and want to live in downtown Reno in a nice, safe apartment; this is THE PLACE TO LIVE. The location is fantastic!!! I cannot say enough good things about the management! It is only 1/2 of a block away from one of the Tesla & Panasonic company bus stops to Gigafactory 1. Feel free to email me for details.

Not a shared experience but a question.. do they have 3 bedroom apartments?

I have been very happy living at 3rd Street Flats. Both Lupe and Dan have been very efficient and friendly in managing the building. Because I am 89 years old and have severe eyesight problems, I have asked for special assistance from time to time. Both Lupe and Dan have gone above and beyond the call of duty in assisting me with my special needs. I really feel at home here.

My girlfriend has lived here for over a year and she has loved it since day one! The location can not be more convenient, great amenities and my favorite is the pool that’s open all year with an amazing view. Lots of cool restaurants nearby!

My boyfriend lives here. I love these apartments! I love the LOFT living feeling. They do have a beautiful pool and all the people that you run into are very nice. The office is always so cheerful and eager to help. Lupe and Kasandra are so welcoming. They are a bit pricey but if you can afford it then definitely live here. I do think they shouldnt charge you for parking with the price they ask for.

This is the most cleanest, quietest and secured building Ive ever lived in. At times I think Im the only one living here. The staff (Lupe, Kasandra and Danny) is very friendly and helpful.

I have lived here with my fiancé for about four months now, and it has been the best decision I have made. My fiancé has lived here for the past three years, and the 3rd Street Flats team has been there for us every step of the way. They respond very quickly when needed and put their renters at first priority! We have been able to move into a larger apartment, add new members to our family, and also another car to the mix all very easily and at our own pace. They also have in house storage for all of our things and a dog yard for our dog to play in. There is a gym, pool table, heated pool, and bbq all for us to use! I love being able to go downstairs and say hi to the people living here; it is like a little community. I highly recommend living here as it is tranquil, friendly and the staff make living here a breeze (Plus the apartments are beautiful and close to everything you would ever need)
