Ridiculous management, 2 YEARS after my lease ended, they contacted some debt collector company to harass me for $400 for damages to the carpet, even though I already paid this $400 right before I left!I contacted latitude and they were unwilling to cooperate, I had to settle this on my own with the debt collector company.

Have resided at Latitude for close to one year and it has been such a pleasant living experience. It is peaceful, clean, the grounds are well kept and management is extremely kind and considerate. I appreciate the creative manners in which they build a sense of community amongst all who reside. Its a small community, therefore making it feel more like home.The management is top notch indeed and consistently professional. In my experience, they have been prompt, responsive, patient, informative, gracious and understanding. I have consistently been pleased with my home, inside and out; and the convenience of pet friendly options.It is useful to know what youre looking for in a home, environment, area, amenities and conveniences; considering family needs and desires. Latitude has much to offer and in my opinion, have gone above and beyond to assist in a positive living experience.

Just moved in. The finishes in are nice, especially the kitchen counters and cabinets and luxury vinyl flooring. Nice bathroom. The pond behind the complex is pretty and relaxing. Full of ducks and geese. The pool and gym are nice. The staff in the leasing office (Paola and Davery) are fantastic, helpful, and highly responsive. The garages are a bit narrow but there is lot parking in the complex. An issue to note is that Latitude uses a sleazy payment gateway operator called RealPage (an affiliate of Well Fargo) for online payments. I paid rent online using my credit card and was charged a whopping service fee of $51.06. I guess I missed the fine print mentioning the fee before I pressed confirm. But apparently, one can pay by echeck for free. When I complained, Davery promptly offered to help reverse the credit card payment and I repaid using echeck. Just beware if pay online here.

Have been residents here since June 2018. Have a 2 bedroom unit with eastern exposure so were looking out over the lake.To date weve been extremely pleased. The appliances, etc are all of good quality, fit-and-finish of the overall unit is quite good for apartment living.The on-site management is top shelf. Very responsive to tenant issues and the maintenance group is very quick (and thorough) to respond to any issues that come up. The grounds are very well kept up.Its a great location thats convenient to just about anything weve needed.Overall were very satisfied here. Would highly recommend.Would definitely highly recommend.

Great management and great property. Would rent again if I had to return to Reno.

The managers make up rules to interfere with peaceful living & want to enter your apartment often. The move out is so awkward, they will tell you that tiny holes from hanging pictures is extensive damage and will try to sue you. Find somewhere else to live there Is no peace of mind here

The view is nice, but that is the only nice thing about this place. The neighbor downstairs sent a lot of complaints on us, because our 2 year old was running a bit, which we tried to limit. The floors and walls are very thin, compared to the enormous rent you pay. Management did nothing except sending letters of threat that they will kick us out. We were fed up all that and moved out. And after that, the management asked us for extra money because there were major damages in the apartment. We walked with management just before handing them the keys and they said the only damages were the holes on the walls which were for picture or tv hanging and they were minor anyways. Bad management, stay away!

Ive been living here for about two months now.All brand new apartments, a bit on the expensive side but you definently get what you pay for. It is so close to things to do, pretty quiet, very spacious, and it has very easy roadways to get to the work. And another plus, the management is extremely kind and responsive.I only believe there needs to be more parking spaces.

It is not child friendly community..the staff is not helpfull at all..the rents are so expensive..
