Emailed Paris Thompson and Ryan Dominguez at EBMC about graffiti at a nearby childrens park, and within a week the graffiti was gone. Park looks 100x better now. Much appreciated.
Multiple calls over several days for property service, no return phone call yet. That was five days ago. The Problem is still not resolved. I guess they just dont care.Update: finally spoke to the person in charge. There were some communication issues that have been corrected. Management that failed to return a phone call has been corrected. Problem should be solved to my satisfaction.
Can I give zero stars? I sent an email to Kevin Berg at Eugene Berger regarding excessive trash in the open spaces in our neighborhood, only to be blown off. I was told that they are hiring a new landscape company and would address the issue when they could. THIS IS NOT NEW. When I pressed further he then told me that he would send someone out tomorrow (which would have been 01/17/2020. See attached pictures taken this past weekend 01/25/2020. A middle finger to some of the people that fund your paycheck. NOT ACCEPTABLE.
DO NOT MOVE INTO ANY PROPERTY THAT THIS COMPANY MANAGES. They dont care about anything other than generating revenue. They will make mistakes every quarter and fine you for other peoples properties. Sold my house because these idiots dont know which way is up.
Been here since 2005 this company increase price money goes to their pocket they are rude when u call. And lost payment in past that was paid in fines. Call them about not able to get out due to snow they said call city it’s there job not ours. They only fine not pay for maintain at all. If I had be rich leave right now
I recommend EBMC for property management, our property became vacant and they were able to qualify a tenant and get them moved in before the months end- saving us tons of money! Special thanks to Sean for making the process easy, efficient, and professional.
HOA fees appear to go directly into their pockets, they offer no services.
Not responsive on anything
EBMC manages 3 condos that we own in Reno. They recently got a new property manager who is in charge of our properties - Sean Burke. He does an excellent job, not only in communicating with us, but also in resolving any issues that may arise. When we recently had a vacancy, he was able to quickly find a responsible tenant to fill the vacancy. And a recent plumbing issue was found to be caused by the tenant, so he saved us from having that charge. Very good attention to detail - I highly recommend Sean at EBMC.
I have been with Eugene Berger Management for over 15 years and my experiences with them have been terrific. Staff are great to deal with, quick to act when I need anything and pleasant to deal with. Also willing to accommodate our board when it is possibility inconvenient for them. I would recommend them to any other association as one of the best in our area.Wayne PortsSouthwest Meadows HOA

Woken up to pounding on my roof. You would think a company would give notice to the residents of 2750 Plumas St. That the ROOF WAS BEING REPLACED FOR THE THIRD TIME IN LESS THAN 2 YEARS...THIS IS SO INCONSIDERATE ... I WANTED TO SLEEP ... I DO NOT HAVE A NORMAL 9 TO 5 WEEKDAY JOB! THANKS TO THIS COMPANY, I AM TIRED AND IRRITATED. GOING TO WORK WITHOUT ANY REST! THANK YOU!!!

Non-responsive; everything, yes everything, is confidential; pretty much selective enforcement of rules. Little imagination to remedy problems and company does not like volunteers to assist in problem solving.
I have called this company, many times since I have owned in Crystal Lakes Homeowners Association, ALWAYS to get the voicemail of the person who handles CLHA account. She has NEVER returned a phone call. Management doesnt seem to be what they do.
A problem I had with EBMC I sent a home owners association payment in early (6 weeks) they kept the check for a few weeks then returned it, in the meantime I went on vacation upon my return had a payment slip in the mail that was now over due. This is an impossible company to do business with. If they are going to provide poor service with staff, please at least have functional technology. Online payment system is 1990 technology and very frustrating.
Contacted them about changing an address for about a year. Continued to send second notice fees to the incorrect address. Even after they finally changed the address, they never sent first notices only second notices with an attached fee.
A necessary evil.
