The main service I contacted Stanley Steemer, was to steam clean a shower and tile floors. I also had the upholstery on a loveseat cleaned and disinfected.Mauricio, the technician assigned to my project, was wonderful. He phoned me when he was ~20 minutes out from arriving and was well within the 2 hr. time margin I was given. He answered all my questions and explained my options. The shower and floors looked nice and the loveseat smelled fresh and clean.I have used Stanley Steemer before and will continue to use their business. I am so glad I went with Stanley Steemer. I was able to get a quote online with no hassle and that was my end price. I chose the 8am to 10am and John Van Zile the tech was here shortly after 8am. We spoke for a few minutes about what I needed and he went over the procedure and what he was going to be doing and the time frame. I went to my room with my newborn so John had peace to do his work. He went the extra mile by vacuuming the dog hair, since there was plenty to remove. When he was done he packed up and made sure I was happy with his work. He said he was trying to go quick since he didnt want to disturb my baby. John. I really appreciate all your hard work and thank you for looking out for our comfort. You did an excellent job!

We just had a baby 7 months ago and was looking for a safe company to clean our carpets and tile. I was talking with my neighbor and she said that they only use Stanley Steemer. She gave me a coupon she had just got that said they are asthma allergy friendly and they use EPA safe cleaning products. So I looked online and watched some videos and read up on this company. I called them out to clean, the crew was very nice and friendly they explained everything to me. The carpets looked great and the tile looked new. I could not believe how good they came out. I was happy with the vent cleaning... they wore masks and booties which was appreciated. The prices seem a bit steep and the kitchen floors where we got the tile cleaned don’t look much different. It also seemed steep to cost $250 to spray some disinfectant into the HVAC system. All In all the house seems cleaner, and the guys were really nice.

I can’t say enough good things about Scott McIntyre and Richard Shea. I am super excited to have such a fresh home. These boys knew what they were doing And they arrived in a brand new truck with new equipment and spent a lot of extra time in my home making sure my stands are gone. I like that they use organic chemicals and that they did not use fragrance. They didn’t cover up the stains they took them out. They’re going to be coming back to my house soon.I’m going to have them do all of the upholstery next time. They did better than the other people have done.

Friendly respectful technicians! Tile floors cleaned very well. We opted for a clear coat protectant which is a good idea if you have animals. The floors and grout look like new again!

Stanley Steemers.. does great work no question and we relied on them for years, but the service fees are nothing short of outrageous. I bought the new Hoover carpet cleaner for $108 and it works amazingly well ! Carpets look fresh and new. Sorry Stanleys..this machine is literally a going out of business plan for you. Great ease of use, no leaking, kills stains, quicker drying than the Stanley service. With a little effort I was stunned with the perfect results.

Ricardo and Dawson arrived on April 9th at 115pm after calling to let me know they would arrive at 115pm. They checked everything out and explained their service and suggested how they would proceed to do my carpets that had 5 pet spots that they would treat and clean to my satisfaction. I found them to be professional and easy to talk with and their high quality carpet cleaning met all my expectations. I let them know I would recommend their carpet cleaning services in my neighborhood. They left my house and property clean and about 30 minutes after their arrival. Cant say enough about how much I appreciated their high quality carpet cleaning. Will call them annually to take care of my carpets. 👍

They consulted with me about what I needed done, I told them do whatever you think is best, they did exactly that.They did a great job, the carpet looks great. Thanks again fellas!Took maybe 30 minutes from the moment they pulled in, to the time they left for my large living room.My estimate said they would be here between 8 am and 10 a.m. usually I assume that means someone shows up closer to 11.These guys were here shortly after 8 a.m.Punctual, professional, and good dudes.A side note, while they were cleaning my carpet I was loading a couch into my truck by myself, and one of the fellas ran over to help me.(I didnt hear him over the sound of the cleaner until it was already on the truck) He didnt need to do that, but that extra mile is the reason Ive used this company before, and will continue to.

When I asked the agent how much it would cost to do my kitchen floor, he told me around $100. So I thought that was fair. What he did not tell me was that it would be another $55 to do the sealant.When he asked if I wanted them to do the Laundry Room floor, I said yes. Did not ask how much that would be so thats on me.But I was oh so surprised when the total for the work, the mat and the floor cleaner was $291.94. I think they should be required to tell the customer that the sealant is extra, I probably would not have had it done had I know it was going to cost me almost $300.00 for 1 good sized and one small floor space.The floor looks beautiful. They did a good job, but I think they were not upfront about the total cost.

Rich and his assistant Chase did a fantastic job on my heavily pet stained, cream colored carpets! My carpets now look brand new! Rich was so friendly and professional, went over the cleaning process thoroughly with me, and Chase and him were done in under an hour. Chase was very friendly too. I would highly recommend this top notch team of Rich and Chase, and have signed up for the 15 month plan, on Richs recommendation, so my carpets can stay this clean and beautiful all year long. Also I find Stanley Steemer prices very reasonable compared to other comparable companies.

For one room it cost $127, the guy wasnt happy and was super defensive of his work, but it only took twenty minutes. The carpet was terrible before and after. I wasnt satisfied with the work. I had to rent a rental and it was so much better I would recommend the big green from bissell it was easy and it was cheaper to use.

Stanley Steemer arrived on time, and the two gentleman were pleasant and thoughtful. The carper and furniture cleaning was for a wheel-chair bound 72 yr old disabled friend. Richard was especially considerate of her needs, and showed a friendly and caring attitude toward her. He spoke gently to her about her furniture, her cats, and her carpets. He greatly encouraged her so that she would not feel uncomfortable. Richard also encouraged us to get the disinfectant for the carpets, and I think that helped so much. When she returned to her apartment after the cleaning, my friend was absolutely delighted with the freshness and smell. I highly recommend Stanley Steemer.

I have used this company for years and they always did a great job. today they sent out a fellow who was lecturing me and treating me like he was my boss. He kept speaking negatively under his breath and eventually stomped out. So Id say call Carpet Tender, they are reallly nice to work with

Your personnel were punctual - they promised to be here between 9am and 1pm today, and were here at 9:20am, calling us prior to their arrival.. They did a pre-treatment on our rug for pet urine, and then shampooed the living room, hallway, and one bedroom (the other 2 bedrooms are always closed and not used). Although they said we would have no after smell, due to the pre-treatment of an orange scent, it has been 2 hours, and the house smells terrible. I just hope after it dries it will be better smelling. The men that did our rugs were very thorough, very personable, and wanted to address our rug cleaning expectations. We ALWAYS use Stanley Steemer, and will continue service with you, and dont want to blame the employees for the odor. When you have pets, its expected.

Though I didnt like the 4 -hour arrival window, when they did arrive both young men were professional and prompt. Chris, who operated the equipment, was careful and was even able to get a tea stain out that had been on my carpet for a couple years. Only 4 stars because my sensitive nose didnt like the smell of the solution they used.

Used them a year ago and they did a fast and amazing job. I then used them again Monday 10/07/19 and they were there at a reasonable time, but the young kid did a fast halfass job on the master bedroom while the older gentleman did an amazing job on the other bedroom and hallway and area rug! I will have to call to get the master cleaned again, but over theyve done an alright job.

Just awesome. Ricardo and Dawson did an excellent job. The ducts and internal HVAC system of our one-year old Tim Lewis Home in Monte Vista were COATED with thick layers of drywall dust and paint! I wish I could give them no stars! They were recommended by our insurance company when we had a flood in our basement. They insisted there was no need to cut into the walls to check damage when even the insurance adjuster said it should be done. We found out later they couldnt because they dont have the right license, of course they never told us that.On top of that they did an awful job! They ripped the baseboards out, and I do mean ripped leaving huge holes to repair. They left the nail filled baseboards in our main area where our two small children play! I attached a photo to show the long rusty nails sticking out, these were left in a pile on our floor. We had to throw them away ourselves. They didnt remove all of the flooring in the laundry room.If your insurance company says you have to use them stand up for yourself and say no, you do not! They only care about making the insurance company happy not the home owner. DO NOT USE THEM NO MATTER WHAT.
