The days that Dream2Clean come to both my business and home are special treats. It is always refreshing to have a clean and fresh start every few weeks. Online booking is a breeze, and the work is consistent. Even special requests have been made and completed. Those that I have referred love their service too! I hear fantastic things about the move-out cleaning.

I highly recommend Dream2Clean. The owners Larry and Renay are good business people and they care about their clients.I like the service because they clean without chemicals. They do a great job cleaning my home and taking care of things the way I like them taken care of. They are great with my little dog as well.I take advantage of the other service they offer to arrange for other vendors to do needed work like window cleaning, grout and tile cleaning and carpet cleaning. They arrange everything and I dont have to wait at home.Its a relief to have them taking care of my home. I am very busy running my company and I dont have to worry about my home when I know they are taking care of it. I also like that they respond to email as it is the easiest way for me to communicate. I can send them notes about my cleaning or other services I need.You will love working with Dream2Clean.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, nothing but DISAPPOINTMENT!!!I had these clean my home at the beginning of the month and it has been a struggle. They were very prompt getting me a quote and signing me up on a contract however the cleaning part was a bit of a disaster.I was ensured they were detailed oriented and go by a strict list. Yeah right see photos below...Anyways I called by the gentlemen (owner) who gave me the the original quote and set my account up, and to this day have not heard back from him. I tried text, phone, email and nothing not even an acknowledgment! He had his assistant call me back and attempt to fix the bad cleaning which would have been alright if it actually ever got done. She apparently has some bad luck and set several appointment over the last 3 weeks to clean me home that she had to cancel.Well I gave them a fair chance and a second chance now no one returns my calls... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, nothing but DISAPPOINTMENT.

We hired Dream2Clean to clean our retail store on a weekly basis. They send a reliable staff (same staff each week) to clean the floors, dust, clean the windows, and straighten anything that is out of place. We have a vinyl plank flooring in the store that we had cleaned with MopNGlo right after it was installed. This, combined with the salt tracked in during the winter left our brand new floor with a milky film that we could not remove. Dream2Clean researched and tested several organic cleaners until they found a solution that restored the floorings original shine and keeps it looking good each week.They are trustworthy and come very promptly at the same time each week. This is important, as the staff is alone in our retail store for a few hours each week at a time when the store is not yet open.

I met Larry and Renay from Dream 2 Clean through a business networking group in Reno, and they have been cleaning my condo on a regular basis for several weeks now. Not only are they professional, courteous, and show a genuine care for the environment, but they also do a wonderful job! I have a 5 year old Australian Shepard that sheds a lot, and, when Dream 2 Clean is finished, I am hard pressed to find any fur anywhere.Thanks Dream 2 Clean! Keep up the good work!

I am a Reno native and have been in the service industry 20+ years and I have never experienced this kind of unprofessional behavior. Larry Rickman (the manager I believe) is very rude and unprofessional. At first they were fine - but then after a year of cleaning our house they couldnt remember our lock box location, the combination, or the alarm code. After telling them three times and setting up new appointments, they showed up for service and still could not find the lock box 18 from the front door. Now they are cancelling their service with us because they dont want to deal with the hassle of working with residential clients. They havent been able to provide service for nearly 6 weeks and just cancelled our service - very unprofessional. Try someone else and save yourself a lot of frustration!

Larry and his team at Dream2Clean have done an amazing job managing the Bosma Business Center. Larry is very prompt with any concerns or questions and his staff is very professional and very detail oriented.

We have had this cleaning service for quite a while and they have always seemed to do a half done job. We have a small office that doesnt get that dirty, and yet after they have cleaned there us always something missed. We complained on several occasions and then finally called to cancel the service. I left several voicemails and emails and no one would get back to me, and they still sent people out to clean. It wasnt until I emailed their accounting department stating that we wouldnt pay the bill that finally Lawerence Rickman got back to me and claimed he never received any messages... I would not recommend this service to anyone, unprofessional, unreliable and flat out incompetent.
