My mother was selling her rental house and found that they had some standing water under the house so she called out serve pro. Derek came out and was professional courteous and did not take advantage of her for being a senior citizen. he found that the only standing water was in the wheel well to enter under the house. he quickly took care of that. he was amazing this company should be recommended for the people they hire

I had smelled what seemed like sitting water in a room in my house. Since they had helped long ago with a pipe that broke under my house (they cleaned it up well!) I tried them again. David Enwald came over as soon as he could, and determined there was no water damage under the house. They were extremely fast and fair. I would hire them again. I was so glad nothing needed to be done this time, and the evaluation was free, so I am keeping Mr. Enwalds business card on hand - just in case....

Starting with the very first phone call to process of the remediation all things occurred just as the crew company claimed it would. Wayne has good work values, he is genuine, kept an open line of interaction and every single thing was done in a prompt manner. It was the best and most straight forward deals Ive ever had with any kind of service provider. I would certainly 100% recommend this company to everybody with mold troubles.

I will highly recommend Servpro, I was panicking when I came home to my entire home flooded. I didnt know what to do. My friend referred me to Servpro as she recently had them at her house to fix her mold and she said they did an amazing job.I was impressed with how soon they showed up after I called and how quickly they set my mind at ease. Worst company ever

HOLD OFF BEFORE YOU HIRE SERVPRO OF RENO SOUTHWEST, IT COULD COST YOU THOUSAND OF DOLLARS!! My deficient and inadequate estimate from Servpro of Reno Southwest was $1,050.00 MORE than Coits. Additionally, I figured the amount I saved by going with Coint, just on the water portion of the incident, was in the neighborhood of $3,000.00 to $4,000.00. Coit followed the guidelines for this type of water leak. Coit put this indecent as a Category 3 event; which dramatically altered what the insurance would pay and what I would pay. The change was to my benefit and there was no finagling to achieve this, Coit simply went by the regulations or industry guidelines and standards. At one point I told my insurance adjuster that it really appeared that someone is getting a kickback for keeping your cost down, however, she assured me that no such inappropriate business practices were being used. I would not hire Servpro of Reno Southwest to mop up a coffee spill. In the end these people were never hired to do anything and I thank God for that. The amount of problems that resulted from their lack of concern and inattentiveness concerning the estimates and work to be done is nothing compared to the damage they probably would have done had I hired them to do the work. If I could have given them 1/10 of a star I would have.
