Went for my first cleaning and had a great experience! The office is clean and everyones friendly and professional. Im glad I found this place :)

Satisfied with my visit. It’s just a bit annoying when I have a 7am appt and no one is there. The first appointment of the day should be 7:15am.

I had an appt yesterday at Dr. Roys. Every time I go there, they are very attentive, and they always ask if everything is okay. They make you always feel like you are number 1 as a patient. I have never had a bad experience in all the years that I have been going there. I am a very satisfied customer.

The office staff is friendly and efficient and Dr Roy has an excellent chair manner to make you feel at ease. She is knowledgeable and takes good care of my teeth.

Dr. Roy and her staff are professional and courteous, but their compassion and concern for patients through procedures is unmatched! I love how Dr. Roy really involves patients in deciding treatment options and when to execute them! I absolutely loved the hygienist I had for my cleaning this time—Nicole! She was gentle and did a great job! In addition, she asked if she could put some Vaseline on my lips to help prevent dryness from the vacuum! How nice is that!

I’ve gone to Dr. Roy for regular cleaning and to get cavities filled. Each time I’ve been to the office I’ve had an outstanding experience. The receptionists at the front desk are friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Roy is excellent. She takes the time to explain what she’s doing and gives recommendations for teeth care and maintenance. I had a lot of questions around my cavity procedures, and she patiently and comprehensively answered all of them. The cleaning and procedures were painless. They also answered all of my questions around insurance and co-pay, and laid out my out-of-pocket costs clearly.

My husband went in for an annual check up last year and was told he needed 6 root canals. He visited two different additional dentists who came to the same conclusion he only needed one root canal and 4 fillings. They just lost 5 patients from our family!

Dr. Roy is a great dentist with a gentle touch, and for the first time I havent been stressed about going to the dentist. Shes always open to answering questions and doesnt brush aside my concerns.

Had two sessions. First session with Dr Roy was great and I was actually looking forward to going back. Second session with Cindy was hell. My mouth feels savaged.

Weve been very happy with Dr. Roy and her staff-- she does good work (and only what is necessary), and its a friendly, welcoming office. My twin toddlers love her, too, and are actually excited when we take them in for a check-up.

Dr. Roy and her staff are very professional and courteous. The dentist took time to explain what she found during the exam, outlining the course of treatment that prevents teeth from breaking suddenly and/or needing root canals -- if youve had either experience you know how expensive and time-intensive it can be. I trust a dentist who wants you to avoid high costs and preserve your natural teeth!

We love Dr Roy as our dentist. We were patients of Dr Hennefarth for years and Dr Roy has been an excellent choice to replace him. Great service and you always feel like she has your best interest at heart.
