I have been a patient for approximately 38 years. Dr. Lew and his staff are 100% professional, sincere, patient and kind. I travel, at least twice a year from Martinez to Redwood City to see Dr. Lew and his staff. They are like family. I highly recommend Bay Creek Dental Care.

My husband, our two meanwhile adult and teen and mysekf are coming see Dr. Glenn Lew since 16+ years! Our kids where 2 and 5 when they went to their first appointment with Dr. Lew. They NEVER where afraid of their dentist appointments because Dr. Lew is a fun, patience and very knowledgeable person who knows how to calm your nerves when something unexpected comes up. His work is exceptional and he and his staff do everything to keep their patients satisfied and healthy. Our daughter even comes from a different state to see Dr. Lew - no way too long for a good treatment, I guess. We can highly recommend Dr. Lew and his team. They are simply the best! I just saw him yesterday and left the office happy and with a smile in my face. “They feel like family” - my sons words after a visit some years back when he was little. Well, they certainly do!

Not only do they do quality work - the Bay Creek staff are so nice and caring.

The cleaning and simple dental procedure went fine, but the customer service needs improvement.I was given an estimate for a routine, simple procedure and told that I would not have to pay more than the estimated out of pocket expense. Upon receiving my bill, the cost was almost 50% more than originally estimated. When I inquired with Colette Fontaine as to the additional cost, this was her response:The estimate we prepared for you was exactly that, an estimate.Thanks for the edification, Colette.I later called my insurance provider (whom Colette blamed for the additional cost) and was told that all the office had to do was call in to verify coverage with my insurance provider and they would have been informed of the actual cost for me, the patient. Had I known the actual cost I would have to pay, I would not have undergone the procedure as it was not necessary and my teeth were not in pain...but, they sold me on it.

Friendly, efficient and professional team. I always look forward to my visits and highly recommend this dedicated dental staff.
