Every time I leave Dr . Rocky I genuinely feel taken care of, him and his staff are invested in their patients and do whatever they can to accommodate with scheduling and even if I have to bring my small children along. I couldn’t be happier to have a dentist like Dr. Rocky and to have his wonderful receptionist who is always so cheerful! Such a wonderful dentist who really cares about his office and patients, I highly recommend !!!! Not to mention he does great work on teeth too LOL !!!

Dr. Dhaliwal was very professional and knowledgeable about his craft. I have severe neck problems he went out of his way with his assistant to make me comfortable and patient with the procedure. My brother sees him as well and we both recommend him and his stuff very highly.

I’m an anxious dental patient, i always get headaches after my appointments. But Dr. Daliwhal’s team were very knowledgeable, accommodating, and attentive. I still got a major headache after my appointment but I felt they did their best to be gentle with their tools and did great communication, so to me that’s A+

They are also friendly, warm, and informative. It is a calm, no rush atmosphere, where you can take breaks, stop, and discuss your worries and discomforts. The dentist can be scary, and they *know* that here and care about alleviating it as much as possible. I look forward to my yearly cleanings after getting two big sessions of fillings done!

Have been here a few times for deep cleaning, fillings and a crown. All good with the exception of new sensitivity in one of my teeth. I’ve also been calling for 2 or more weeks in regards to a bill I received stating I owed for a previous visit. I always pay my portion up front. Every time I’ve called the woman at the front desk tells me she’ll call me back but never does. However, she is always punctual about calling to move up any visits. I’m hoping this message will reach the office and we can come to a conclusion of why I’m being billed.

Just had two teeth removed here. Seriously one of the best dental experiences in my life (and Ive had a few!). The staff here are all amazing, and they go over everything in detail and list your options before performing anything. Cannot recommend these guys enough.

I have been seeing Dr. Rocky for over 10 years now. I think he is a great guy and takes time to talk with you. He has been very accommodating on my dental emergencies. Alice is a real sweetie pie and VERY good at her job. Sandra and Kelly make the front office a pleasure. Before they started, there were constant billing errors but now the front office is run with competency, respect, and friendliness.In general, I very much dislike doctors, but ya gotta have em so you mind as well have the best.

Love this dentist. Very friendly staff, and up to date equipment. The Dr. Knows how to make his patients feel comfortable and he keeps you aware of all the things he is doing. My sis recommended him to me and since then i have recommended everyone i know who is looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Dhaliwal has become my favorite dentist. I hadnt been to a dentist in years and had a bad stigma about seeing one. He was highly recommended to me and I was happy with my experience. Instead of lecturing me and making me feel guilty about not going to see a dentist for so many years, he went over how my actions caused issues on my gums and molars. He went over each thing he wanted to do and made sure I understood. He double checks his work and the work of his employees. I feel assured when after every routine cleaning he comes in and checks for any changes. His staff remembers everyone and are so polite. I am happy to have found such a great dentist.

This is by far the best dentist that o have ever been to . They actually talk to you like your human being and I listen to you and allow you to make your own decisions and theyre always happy to talk to you about anything Rocky has some excellent stuff working for him.

The standard check up and cleanings I had were good enough, but they pushed a deep cleaning on me (not covered by insurance) super hard after making me sit through a movie on gum disease. Everytime I walked through the office reception, someone was paying for or scheduling a deep cleaning.I have never had a dentist, before or after this experience, ever recommend or even mention a deep cleaning.

I moved here 2 months ago and needed to continue some dental procedures that my previous dentist started. I randomly decided to call Dr. Dhaliwals office from a list of dentists I got from the internet. I am so happy that I chose Dr. Dhaliwal! He and his staff are very friendly and accommodating. I felt like I was being listened to and they were not in a rush to eject me from the office. I am extremely pleased with the care that I have received and I look forward to my appointments. The office is also very clean and inviting and they use state-of-art equipment to make sure that you get the best care possible. Look no further! I highly recommend!

The worst experience ever. So I had 1 root canal and 2 crowns done there in the year 2012, but they broke my original tooth structure when they tried to remove the temporary crown to cement the permanent one. The doctor consoled me a bit saying he could do some buildup but he obviously did not, so the next year, my crown fell out when I was out of the country. I wrote to doc Rocky and sent him pics of it, but basically he is saying nothing can be done if I can not go to see him. fine, I paid another local dentist to have it cemented back. But with little tooth structure as gluing support, the crown fell out again yesterday not unexpectatedly. So I went to see them again, the assistant who broke it before is still there and she is honest to tell me that she still remembers it. But the woman doc in their office is trying to use all kinds of excuses to shunt their liability through the process. At the end of it, I was asked to pay $290, which ofcos I would disagree. In argument, the woman( doubt its the wife) became very impolite and told Rocky that she told me already, if it fell out again, I would need an implant, for which obviously I need to pay a kings ransom. So here I am, before I only had a leaking crown, now after pay them some $2000 to fix it, I have a fell out new crown and worse I will need an implant if it fell again. Poor work ethics, their eyes are just focused on your money but not the responsibility with it. I am shocked in USA, this kind of practice can still exist.

Although the Dr himself was good in limiting the pain while performing a root canal and tooth extraction,, they made me pay the entire amount ($2345) the day of the procedure. Because my insurance Company Blue Cross is slow in paying claims they tell me is the reason they need to collect the entire amount and make their patients who have Blue Cross deal with getting their money reimbursed thru their insurance, a practice I might add that none of any other of my dentist or doctors required.. Ive never been to a dentist that doesnt work with the insurance company first to make sure you dont initially over pay but they wanted and demanded FULL payment immediately after I was out of the chair. After visiting the office over 15 times in the course of 2 months and showing them the money was on the way TO THEM per my insurance company notice, they still refuse to forward me the money, telling me they had to wait until the money was actually in the office. However since I posted this comment on this site, theyve called and decided that although the money is still not there they would give me the money upfront. This issue could have been resolved well in advance to this if they had check more with my insurance company (who I might add is also at fault here) and paid me the money that the insurance company indicated by notice that they would be paying. Who needs the money more, A wealthy professional dentist or a senior citizen, veteran, on fixed income?. Obvioulsly, I would not recommend or return to this dentist, strongly recommend you look else where, like off of Ralston, Dr Wong for example
