I really like coming here! I have always been satisfied with their work except this last time. I got an ombre but one hand is better blend it then the other hand.

A high quality cut at a very good price. The lady that cut my hair was very friendly and gave me a very nice cut. Will definitely recommend her.

I cannot recommend Susan high enough... the salon is clean and well kept. My nails always look beautiful and last without breaking or chipping!

After my nails had dried, Susan filed paint off of the top or sides off of every single one of my finger nails. Unfortunately, I only noticed it on two in the salon, as I couldnt see the rest until sunlight hit them. I also had paint on multiple fingers and when I told another nail tech, she wouldnt take it off for me, and told me to peel it off myself. This isnt the first time Ive been disappointed in services Ive received here. She was also very rough with my cuticles. My friend also showed her nail tech a picture of how she wanted her nails to look and they look NOTHING like the picture, and instead look awful.

Came in for a nail replacement because I broke one if my nails. They put my nail on crooked and the acrylic was and still is very uneven. I told her twice, but nothing changed after she tried fixing it. She asked if it was okay, so being annoyed at this point, I just said whatever. I will NEVER come here again. Dont waste your money!

Quick and inexpensive manicure. My nails were poorly cut though and the paint job was ok. Can’t complain too much for the price. They were super busy and seem to have a lot of regulars. Pretty nice that they have a lot of chairs and I saw that they tried to get groups seated together.

The owner made my eyebrows and one left me halfway through, dont make her eyebrows there, she doesnt know anything, she just wants to collect the money and not do a good job, Im so upset 😡

I came here for the first time on the 29th of december 2019. Only came because my sister didnt want to wait at another place, I was the only one to get acrylic nails done both my sisters and mom got pedis and manis gel nails which were good. But I wasnt so satisfied with my acrylic nails because of how they were filled not only that but the nails they use are CHEAP and highly noticiable.But what did frustrate me is that today is bearly a week since I got them done and one nail feel of on its own! YES ON ITS OWN!!!! Oh by the way I came from Vallejo to get my nails done and they didnt even want to give us a discount for have all 4girls getting em done but okay w.e thats fine but they charged me like quality nails went they are not that great quality . NAILS ARE ATLEAST supposed to last 2weeks! Not 1 and fall on their own withought grabbing or hurting your nail. I didnt go back because they probably are not going to use better quality either way but I did take pictures so you all see how clean cut this nail fell off oh and it feel off in my gloves that I used to gout to run on 🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️😤!!! PS everyone knows that a nail breaks off when you hurt it and it will hurt when it does and WHEN ITS ACTUALLY GLUED ON /PUT ON CORRECTLY.I didnt mind getting hurt while getting them done but she also over filled one and I told her and yet she fixed it and still kept filling from the side I told her not to.

Used to come here a lot and thought the service was great. However, I stoped coming here simply because I wasn’t getting my nails done. The reason why I’m giving such a bad review is:-they don’t do your nails right because they are paying attention to other things other than your nails-when they are putting acrylic nails on and using the machine the ladies will most likely cut you with it..again because they don’t pay attention and they are doing it so fast.-they don’t want to let other people go so they will hurry up with you and this causes for your nails to come out horrible (i.e. glue on your skin, uneven filed nails)-another thing I noticed was that when one of the ladies was giving a pedicure to another woman she didn’t wash her hands and went straight to another woman to continue to do her nails. If that isn’t unsanitary, then I don’t know what is.

Susan and her team do great work - fast - efficiently - conscientiously. Susan’s Nails is a good value!

Skip this nail salon...nails (toes too) look ok when walking out. Too many chips and breaks even on gel or shellac. They dont use the proper filing techniques. Any cleanup filing done after polish is dried breaks the seal opening nails up to splitting and breaking. There are much better salons to choose.

I took my gf there for her first acrylic nails,and the pedicure was perfect but the nails they were rushed and poorly made,le left and saw them so we came back and the lady seemed mad or something when we asked if she could redo them so she started filing them and was so rough she cut my gf 4 times on her fingers,for acrylic nails its not the place for everything else its good

First time coming here and I hate it, the way they did my nails was absolutely ugly, the shape wasn’t what I wanted the color was not close to what I showed them and they filled one a lot so it’s all looking wierd and they have 3 people working on your nails so just imagine how your nails will end up looking like, do not come here,
