I am beyond happy with the help and work Eric has provide to me. I could not figure out why my pc wouldn’t boot up. Eric found out why and worked with my budget. I highly recommend his friendly and knowledgeable service to anyone.

I had a pretty bad experience with Erick. I had a Mac battery replacement, which he promised is an original part (I have this in writing), but it stopped working after 3 months. He initially told me that he has asked for a replacement. That was six months ago. He then stopped responding to my messages. He will send you a contract that says repairs are guaranteed for 30 days and will fall back on that, while promising the original part(and charge that price). I dont believe original apple part would fail in 3 months.I had hoped for better service from such highly rated service, but my experience was pretty bad.

From out-of-town and needed my laptop repaired. Found Erick on a google maps search and took a chance. He looked at my computer within an hour and I was able to pick it up the next morning. He was professional, courteous and got the job done or a reasonable price.

Erick was awesome to deal with. He fixed by issues quickly and after most other repair shops were closed. He went above and beyond to ensure that he not only fixed the problem, but also gave me additional software and guidance.

They give you a free estimate for your repair. This is helpful, because other shops charge for diagnostic.
