I had to get my 2016 macbook pro fixed soon. The internal battery was expanding and the bottom case was splitting open at the sides. They did the diagnostic and let me pick up my computer and continue to use it while the replacement parts were on order. When the parts came in, they called and let me know when I could drop off the laptop. The next morning I was able to drop it off for the repair and get it back in the afternoon of the same day. They were very efficient with my time. The new case (and new battery) look like factory original (perfect). Ill be able to continue using this macbook pro and put off my big purchase of a new computer. Im very happy with every aspect of my macbook pro fix.

Good for mobile repairs, not so much for laptops. If you bring in an iPhone, the service should be quick. For MacBooks, it might be better to just send it in.I was hoping to get my laptop fixed soon since I needed it for work, and was not notified that it would take 5–6 business days. I had to cancel my repair because I could not wait that long.Other than the turnaround time, I thought the staff were knowledgeable and helpful.

This place basically saved my Christmas. I came in on the afternoon of Christmas Eve and they were able to do an iPhone battery replacement in under an hour with almost no notice. Very friendly staff, great repair work and only 30 bucks. Thank you!!

Very poor service. I needed a repair quote on a laptop, apparently a diagnostic costs 65 dollars (something that took 5 min at genius bar and was free). Very little effort in actually trying to help customers. Wont be coming back here again.

Apple will direct you here .. software updates are $99..keep that in mind ..Knowledgeable people

They were very helpful in recommending a screen protector for my iPhone SE. I have it in stock, but they recommended a good brand, and installed it for me for free. Best Buy would have charged eight dollars. Very friendly as well. I would definitely go back for any iPhone problems.

Im very disappointed with the service I received here and do not recommend going here for your computer. For background, I took my. MacBook Air in for fan issues a couple of weeks ago.1. They were not honest about the costs. I was told the $65 diagnosis fee would go towards the repair. Should my computer need a fan replacement the total would be $129. I specifically asked if the $65 would go towards the $129 and was told yes. However, I was later quoted $200.2. During diagnosis mobile kangaroo found missing screws. The last time I had the computer serviced was at the Genius Bar, but that is a different review. A friend familiar with apple repairs offered to help me replace the fan and when we opened the computer not only did we find missing screws but we also found a couple of LOOSE screws wedged between chips on the logic board. This could have caused my computer to short circuit. I get that it is not their fault, but for $65 they should have had the decency to pick up the screws and give them to me separately when I picked up the computer.3. This is only place that charges to diagnose. I have had good service from TecnoUno in the past. I am currently talking to Ron from Computer Repair in San Carlos and he told me the fan itself is $25 (much less than what mobile kangaroo told me) and the total is less than half of what mobile kangaroo wanted to charge.There are far better, more ethical places to repair your devices. Dont be fooled by the Apple Authorized marketing because clearly not even Apples genius bar can reassemble a logic board properly.

Very quick service! For people who don’t know, they are an authorized service provider for Apple! I got my screen replacement done (they accept the AppleCare coverage) within a day! And the guy at the store is nice too!

Literally the worst. Waited a month for for a new tablet screen. When I got it back the screen was fine but would cut out intermittently; was rare at first but got worse over two months. Took it back and was told the display was faulty but Id have to pay full price because Id exceeded a 30 day warranty period I hadnt been told about on getting the tablet back.Even if you dont get conned, the lines are always bad and the prices on the high end of average. There is no reason to gamble on this place, just dont do it.

I will 100% send everybody I know their way and am seriously considering cancelling our business Applecare contracts in lieu of just sending units to COMPUPOD for more affordable repairs!!!Trust Hugo and his team and you will not be sorry.

Diagnosed my issues for free. Figured it out and were upfront about costs and risks.Helped me out and their prices were reasonable. Only like 80 total for a 20 dollar part and labor costs. Easy recommendation.

Speedy service. iPhone 6s front panel repair came out to 179+tax. I arrived at 10:30 and itd be ready for pickup at 2:30. However, Apple-certified means no jailbroken phones here.

Please DO NOT use this service! Save yourself the time and hassle and go to a different service shop. I dropped off my MacBook Pro here a week ago with an expected 3 day repair time. I was to be called when it was ready. A week later I called 5 times before anyone even picked up the phone, and then 3 more times throughout the day as they failed to even call me back ONCE. THEN, once I finally spoke to someone who seemed to know what they were doing, he told me that THE PARTS WEREN’T EVEN ORDERED YET... unorganized, unhelpful, unapologetic, and incompetent. Very very surprised that they can remain in business with this level of service.

Just been in to Mobile Kangaroo and found the person in charge very helpful indeed! He was very thorough and good with problem solving so I cant thank him enough!

This place is a complete joke! I only wish I could find a way to report them to Apple as they so deserve to lose their authorized dealer status. Apple had assigned me an appointment there to have my iPhone 6 battery replaced and after attempting to call them 20+ times the day before and the morning of my appointment for the simple reason I DID NOT want to waste my time from work and a long drive only to find they did not have the battery I needed, there was no pick-up, no voicemail, just a simple, No one is currently available, Good-bye. And, sure enough, when I arrived thats exactly what they told me, no batteries and it would take at least 2 weeks to get one. When I suggested they may want to answer their phone every once in while, the guy accused me of having the wrong number. When I dialed the number in front of him the backroom phone rang, and someone back there called, Sorry sir, but weve been so busy these past few days, I havent had time to pick up the phone. I replied Good-bye! I guess business is so good they dont need to pick the phone or care if customers go on wild goose-chases. Good for them. Bad for us.

Very unprofessional team that doesnt care about customers. I walked into the store on Wednesday to ask if they can replace my S8 back glass. They said that they can order the part and call me when it arrives. I paid for the part and the service. They called me next Monday. I came with my phone and I was told that itll be ready in 2 hours (previous week I was told it would take 45 minutes - but its not a big deal). When I came back to pick my phone, I was told that they ordered a wrong part and they also already took off the back glass from my phone, so I wont be able to use it. It was Monday and I told them that Im leaving the city on Wednesday morning. They told me that the part will arrive tomorrow (Tuesday) and that they will fix my phone. I stressed few times, that my phone need to be fixed on Tuesday (and if they cant do it, I want them to call me). I came today at 3:30pm to ask about the phone, I was told that the phone will be fixed in 15 minutes. I came back after 1 hour and they told me that they cant replace the casing, because they ordered a wrong part, but it should arrive tomorrow! :) I couldnt believe in what I heard! I had to take my phone with a completely shattered glass (because they broke it while removing). Dont go there!

They dont communicate well. Took money first but didnt let me know the part was in. I called them and all went well after that.

Service and response are good but they dont give full disclosures, had a firmware lock on system and these guys were charging 129 USD, went to Hillsdale apple reseller they unlocked it for FREE.

Erick and Ulises were super helpful. Repaired ipad 4 and iphone 6, each just over $100. They did the Ipad in-house, and delivered my iphone to Apple warehouse where they installed new screen (and also fixed both phone jack problem and phone speaker problem!).

Never been more insulted by an employee in my life i go in to get the screen fixed on my rca tablet just for the guy there to say oh your device is cheap and garbage and why are you trying to fix this cheap device i did not come to your store for your dumb opinion i came in to see if you can fix it simple yes or no not your dumb ass remark
