Gus was awesome, very respectful, honest, didnt give me any run arounds and did a great job fixing my blue screen of death issue on my gaming PC, he figured out it was due to overclocking CPU, he was very polite, quick to respond and called as soon as the job was done, gave me a great price and was very professional, I will be going back to him if I have problems with any of my computers in the future, thanks again man I appreciate you and your services, god bless.

Gus was absolutely phenomenal in his support when I was having issues with a my laptop. He got the job accomplished for half the price I would have paid if I had gone with geek squad at Best Buy or many of the other mail in service repair options. If I had mailed it in for repair it would have taken weeks to get back but he had it fixed within a day! I can’t recommend his services enough!

Gus was SUPER friendly and knowledgeable when fixing my 2011 Mac desktop from not booting up anymore. Gus is awesome! Very welcoming in his place of business/home. Was very knowledgeable about my problem with my MacBook. I was in and out in around an hour with every thing fixed and he even gave me a quick tutorial on the Seagate external hard drive i had and hooked it up for me. I had a problem that needed to be handled immediately and he did just that. Not only did he give me the immediate attention I needed but he went above and beyond by ordering what was needed online and having it shipped directly to me. I paid him just the cost of the part and he put it on his credit card so it could be ordered right then. Thats all he charged me - just the cost of the part. Gus was very helpful, great price, friendly and fast. I had a problem and for some reason I tried 5 times and it wouldnt let me do it for whatever reason. Gus had it done within 2 hours. I have a business and the time I spent trying to fix it myself wasnt worth it. I wish I would have just called him first.
