Not covid friendly.No sign outside of shop capacity for covid.No sign recommending masks inside.They allow customers to go in without masks.They allow customers without masks so go in at the same time as other customers, and the shop is very small.On top of that they are very expensive compared to other shops near Hillsdale.Despite the above, the work was done well but I would still not recommend them if they are not proactive at ensuring the safety of their customers.

I brought two tops to Redwood Shores Cleaners, because so many people recommended them on Nextdoor. I went to pick up the tops after a whole week today, and they were done wrong. The style of the tops is that they dip down evenly in the front and back. They were both too long on me. The man in the store measured them on me when I brought them in and seemed to understand what I wanted. But then he conveyed that to the driver who picked them up, and the driver (presumably) conveyed that to the person who actually worked on them... or maybe there was an additional intake person at the place that worked on them. Anyway, they shorted the front but not the back on both tops, and the front is almost straight across on one shirt, and its wavy on the other! The backs were untouched.I tried them on again when I picked them up today, and the man agreed with me that they should have been shortened in the back. Then, when I told him one of them is also not short enough in the front and the sides arent shorter than the front so its straight across, he argued with me and insisted that thats what I said I wanted. I basically asked him to make it the same as it was originally but shorter by the number of inches we measured at the time. He kept arguing with me and saying that the tailor is going to be upset with him!!! So I told him I thought he should be more worried that a customer is upset with him! Dont ya think? But he kept saying I was changing my order, which is not true. Its a rare experience for me to see a business argue with a customer, especially after he said he agreed that I had asked for the front and back to both be the same length on both tops.Anyway, it was not a good experience for me, and I ended up walking out with both tops, and now I need to find another place to correct the errors. Lesson learned: I will never take my clothes to a place again where I cant speak directly to the person who will do the work.

We have lived in the Shores for more than 15 years and have always been using Redwood Shores Cleaners. Steve and his team do a great job with all of our clothes. We also love that he delivers and provides wonderful customer service. Highly recommended!
