I have been a regular customer so many years now that the lady Grace has become a friend of mine. I like her service; she always works for her best. She is very responsible so she keeps the deadline on time if any. I also have become to like her consistency and honesty. Her alteration skills are so wonderful that I always have more than satisfactory results. Even though the case is rare, when I am not satisfied in any way with her service and tell her about it, she tries her best to meet my need at any cost.

I purchased a bridesmaid dress used and needed to get it shortened/hemmed. Laras was among the cheapest options for a simple hem -- I called nearly every place in the area to get an estimate. I dont know how they are for more complicated alterations, but I was happy with my hem.There were also a few (unnoticeable unless youre looking) stains on the dress, and they attempted to get them out without charging me. The dress had already been dry cleaned by the previous owner, so I didnt expect the stains to come out, but I appreciated that they attempted and didnt charge extra.I was also very pleased with the polite and professional service.

I bring all my dry cleaning & alterations to Grace! She will also work with you to solve any issues. Parking lot is easy to get in and out. Location is convenient.

Jerry and Angelo took their time with my fitting and made sure to answer all my questions and provided a quality experience not only in the quality materials they use and fabric department but also with their service. They have a client for life because how first class the experience was working with Jerry and his team.

I was quoted a price of $18 to sew a pocket into two pair of pants. That was $36 for the two pair. I left the first pair and said I would pay the $36 when I brought in the second pair and picked up the first pair. I was told at that time that it would now be $40 because of the cost of the zipper(s). When I picked up the second pair I was told it would be another $40 and I now had four pockets. Never did I request two pockets in each pair. It is with great sadness that we are not able to use Nancys Tailors any more due to her retirement. This unpleasant situation would never have arisen with Nancy. I will certainly be looking for another tailor in the Redwood City area.

Grace does a wonderful job with all her cleaning and handles alterations as well. Very pleasant and great to work with. Highly recommend her super personal service.

Customer BE AWEAR! I sent in a $1500 Burberry coat for dry cleaning, and when I got it back, its a cheap KNOCKOFF. The fabric is softer, different collar shape, and cutting of shoulder totally different. I told the owner and she denied. I am going to file claim with business bureau, and talk to lawyer regarding the right procedure to pursue. DONT TRUST THIS STORE! I regret so much. Its my favorite coat, and they dont make this style anymore.

I needed to alter my dress in a couple of days, and my friend told me about this cleaners. I was so happy that I could wear my dress that fits me!
