A few weeks ago I dropped off my clothes here at Marsh manor Cleaners to get cleaned, then I came back like a week later to pick up my clothes and drop off some more and so I did. Now I had lost the receipt from the first time I went but hopping the lady can just look up my number or name so I can get my clothes that I have not picked up yet from the first time I came. She only gave me the clothes from the second time I went in, she told me that she did NOT have my clothes from the first time and didn’t know what I was talking about, I described to her to type of clothes I had dropped off and she just kept saying that there was no history of that clothes being there. I asked her to give me her managers name and number, all she would say is “No manager” “No number” she was being so RUDE, throwing things around and said I can’t give you number. It wasn’t till I called an officer to come and talk to her, wasn’t much they could do since the history only shows from the second time I went, she supposedly looked at the back and from to look for them but she said either I picked them up or dropped them off at another place. Which at this point I’m frustrated and disappointed because how is it possible that my clothes is “not there” . till she lets me speak to the owner and owner was no help at all either, all he would tell me was “I’m also going through a hard time right now due to COVID a lot of ppl haven’t picked up there clothes since last years and I’ve been loosing a lot of money” I told him that was not my problem, and proceeded to just hang up the phone on me. Horrible business NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!! I WIll NOT BE GOING TO ANOTHER CLEANERS. Lesson learned. BEWARE!!!!!!!

I took some clothing a week ago. The next week I came to pick up the clothing they said they didn’t have my clothes.When I asked the lady for a pen to write down the name and number of the owner she threw the pen at me that’s not professional. When I called the owner seemed very arrogant like he didn’t care to continue having business. Also i had taken a Gucci sweater I left the tag on it when I picked it up they ripped of the tag and the drawcord had metal and it was completely removed. It’s cost me 800$ now it’s ruined I can’t return it because they took the tag off. I’m disappointed I have gave them my business but now I will move to a different location. Beware.

Very nice staff and very prompt!I was looking for a place to drop off work clothes and came across this place:) I totally recommend this dry cleaning to someone that expects great customer service!
