Our daughter had a potty accident and we needed the rear seat of our SUV deep cleaned to remove the odor. Lee from Auto Pride met with me and came up with a custom detailing plan to focus on this area (in addition to doing a normal detailing). He wasnt sure he was going to be able to do it. When I got the car back it looked really clean and I didnt smell the odor, but it was still smelling strongly of cleaners. He said if in a few days the odor was still there to come back. Its been about a week now and the cleaning smell is wearing off and it appears the problem has been resolved. Lee also gave us a reference for an upholster since we have a tear in our back seat weve been meaning to get fixed. Lee was very professional and was attentive to my needs. I will likely go back again for detailing in the future.

Guys I feel robbed. These were the worst $ 30 that I spent. They didnt do any of the services that I suppose to receive. At this point I feel frustrated. I lost money, and the most important Time with the images you are going to see why. And just judge yourself..

I had my Tesla fully detailed yesterday. Autopride did an AMAZING job. My car looks better than it has in years. They cleaned every nook and cranny. I was surprised at how clean the interior was when I picked up my car. My only regret is that I couldn’t personally thank the crew for such a good job as I was in a rush.

Im never disappointed when I come here to get my car washed. I dont look for 100% perfection, only I can get it to 100%, but I dont have time to wash my own car. Coming here is the best thing I can do for my car! The service here is AWESOME!! Thank you for all you do Auto Pride Redwood City!

$29 standard wash. They do an excellent job and a manager checks over every car before giving it back to the customer. They also have unlimited wash plans which seem reasonably priced.

Spent $50, feel robbed. They did at most a cursory vacuum inside. Tons of small crumbs left in seat cracks. Only half the surfaces were wipes down. Spent 30 minutes finishing the job. Last time I go there.

This place was incredible. They dont just vacuum they also use compressed air to get junk out of the cracks. The car is machine shaped and rinsed, but the entire car was is done by 2 people by hand. Then a team does the finishing touches. Lastly, your car isnt ready until a supervisor inspects the work and says it meets standards. This is my new favorite car wash!

They did a decent job cleaning the car, but considering the top package I paid for, I expected fewer streaks on the body and a better job on the inside. That said I would return, just not splurge on the most expensive package.

$170 for a wax and wash and my car had streaks all over. For such a premium price Id expect better than poor service.

They could pay more attention to dusting the inside. Always have to have them clean again. Also, windows are clean but they could roll the window down and wipe the rest of window. Wheels...they could do a better job.

One of the best car washes in Redwood City. First they hand-prewash your car, then the run it through an automated touchless soap and spray, then they meticulously wipe down the interior and dry the exterior. Really great service, and a basic exterior wash isn’t too expensive, if that’s all you want. This really beats all the crummy automated brush washes around here, those always miss spots on your car.I highly recommend this location. I get my car washed here every week.

They have high prices for the work they do. My cars roof looked like it was never washed. I thought that platinum was the best choice for a good wash. I wont be back poor quality of work for how expensive it is. Make sure to go online and use the five dollars off coupon. Also they scratched my rim without saying anything to me very unprofessional.

Machines and hoses are normally not operational. They need to maintain their equipment Way better

First time and got the $25 wash, they did not vacuum the seats, poorly vacuumed the floors, did not wipe car down properly. When I went to pay they DO NOT accept DISCOVER, told me I can come back and pay later, I made sure to go to the bank and cash out to pay right away. Staff was nice but due to the inconvenience and poor service NEVER COMING BACK.

They did such a though job cleaning the inside and outside of our car. There were some stubborn scuff marks on the car that they asked if they could use solvent on to remove, and voilà -- scuff marks were gone. They dont try to oversell you on a higher-priced wash either. I asked the attendant which wash I should buy to guarantee removal of the scuff marks. He told me to get the cheapest one because the guys would just use solvent to remove the marks.

Very professional and trustworthy. They found my husbands wedding ring which had fallen between the seats and placed it in a safe area where I could see it. Im deeply appreciative of their honesty and attentiveness.

I would give zero stars to the management! Instead of fixing the problem they were arguing and trying to convince me that they are right . Very sneaky approach when confronted about them not beeing honest about the way they direct the traffic to the washing station. Expect to be treated differently and make you wait longer based on the amount you spend in the services . I was a permanent customer but never going there again!

Good for the money. They started after a while not to clean my car that good. Alot of areas not touched and paid for the top package. Went to the San Carlos one and was very impressed.

Great service with good integrity from everyone working here. Because the prices are good for the quality of the wash, this is our go-to car wash venue. The last time I was here, the machine broke down for about 20 minutes, and they came around and gave everyone who was delayed a coupon for a free wash. They honored that coupon today, which was more than generous. Will continue to come back in the future.

I had to spend another 20 minutes going over my car to complete the clean. Yellow spots from birds that the employees didnt see on a white car. Interior cleaning totally incomplete. Had to wipe down the dashboard, clean the radio screen, get all the little areas around my shifter and cup holder area. And lastly, why do they not have enough dry towels? Half the stuff in my car was still wet. So disappointed. Either the employees need more pay to care more or better vision.

Although this place can be busy, its a great car wash to have around. Their prices are good. You can usually get a coupon online for most of the services to save a little money. Ive had a couple times where I had to point out some places that they didnt wipe that well. as soon as I pointed out though, they were there to quickly clean it and then often did another pass through just to be sure. They do try to go the extra mile. Plus, they have free coffee while youre waiting. Something I never hesitate to enjoy.

$16 for a quick exterior wash is a bit more than Jacks on El Camino, though the staff was friendly and seemed very caring over detailing and drying the cars. Also saw some lovely classics and sports cars go thru, which kept me entertained waiting for mine. The restrooms were clean and gift shop has a variety of things you might want! Easy access off Woodside, about a block West and across the street from Safeway.

Cons: Left a ton of dirt on the carpets and seats— stuff that could be easily vacuumed up, not ground-in stuff. I had to ask someone to go back and clean the cup holder and console between driver and passenger seats, which had been left completely uncleaned. For $35 dollars and the volume of cars they push in and out at the rate that they do, they do a pretty decent job. There was still dust on my dashboard, the glass still had some dirt marks, and my front bumper still had a good amount of bug guts on it, but overall I was pretty content with the car wash.If you go on their website, they have a $5 dollar off coupon for their silver, gold, and platinum packages as well as other random discounts for their larger purchases.One very big plus is how friendly their staff was. They have a guy calling out every car, who then walks to you, walks you to your car, and kind of waits for you to inspect it. I pointed out some pollen and other random dirty spots and they cleaned it with no hassle.Not a perfect car wash, but for the price and convenience of not having to do it myself, its solid. Will come again.

Had good a compete detailing done here. The job was done well except for few white spots that had started showing up on the car after a couple of days. I had taken the car back and they agreed to redo the finish along with a 3 free full wash coupons.Who dosent make mistakes, but all is well until a business acknowledges and makes up for it.

They were truly amazing. I wanted an interior cleaning. I have two dogs who shed, and I brought my car from southern Cali so of course full of sand everywhere. My car had not had an interior cleaning in 5 years. They left it so clean, they removed all the hair, all the sand, my seats looked like new, my floors looked like new. I am really happy I found this place. I will definitely be taking my car here again and I highly recommend them. Thank you!!!!!

I have to agree with Laura Hauer. The last few times they rushed my car so fast that they didnt get my wheels, my lower bumper, or the back of my side mirrors. They were still full of bugs from my road trip. However, today they were amazing. The soap guys did a great job covering my whole car from top to bottom, the wheel trim gentleman was very particular, and the manager did two sweeps around my car, both inside and out. I was very pleased to see the attention to detail.

I have been coming here for a year and a half now, and would have given it 5 stars the first few times. Now I have to give it one. The last few times I have brought my car here they have gone so fast they miss most of what is dirty. In watching them, if they couldnt palm it to clean it, it didnt get done.None of my air vents were cleaned, there was still dust all over the top of the console, smears all on the inside of the console where you could clearly see where a cloth had touched or not touched. The outside still had pollen and dirt all over it because their wash didnt get it thoroughly enough, and by the time there was a station for my car for them to start wiping it down, all the water had dried. They had to rewash my windshield, rewash my hood, literally rewipe every bit of the exterior of car. Because this had happened twice previously I knew to walk around my car and check it all. I finally gave up. I will not be bringing my business back here.

Consistently seem to miss the back of my car. The back of my car always comes out covered in suds. Then the suds dry on before they get to my car. Then they forget to wipe down the back anyway. The other locations for Auto Pride are more thorough even when theyre busy.

Really nice place carwash. I got the unlimited full service for my two vehicles. Cost $50 a month per car. So if you at least wash you car twice a month you are getting your money back. I usually go twice a week. Dont forget to tip the guys on the way out, they work really hard for that.

Very bad work here. I asked the lady to wipe the spots at the front but she refused to clean them and complained that I didn’t pay for wax. It’s not something hard to remove here and has nothing to do with the wax. Also the wheels are not cleaned at all and they didn’t want to redo it. Won’t come back.

First time going here. Paid for the platinum special (45dls), had over 10 people work on my car and they still manage to leave spots on my car untouched. Corners of the window, dashboard and carpet areas dirty.

Duckys is better. I always have to ask them to wipe the grease off of my wheels or clean the windows better. They are very nice here though.

My wife took my car for a car wash but they didnt vacuum my carpet good and my seats are leather and did not wipe them down i can see spots on my seats and they forgot to put armor all on my tires.

Worst car wash experience ever. I paid for a hand wax and the car was done in 15 minutes.The wax was applied in some spots and not all, was not even polished off. The car was a mess. $80 for a joke wax.Don’t waste your money here.

USE DUCKYS on El Camino. Every time I got me car cleaned, I always found lose pieces of trash on the floor. Always forget to whipe the inside of the exterior mirrors.The manager, Lee, cannot seem to do his job right. I forgot to press the most important key when switching your plan so no you have to pay another $50. Way to not do your job right. And even the general managers cant change anything on the system.

Theyre okay. They do a pretty thorough job cleaning and waxing my car but Ive had some interior damage that was just left for me to discover on my own a week later.
