We brought our brand new Tesla Model Y to Final Touch for a detail, xpel stealth ppf, cquartz pro ceramic coat, and power-coated black badges.Marcos was amazing to work with from our initial quote, to drop-off, and delivery one week before the window that he gave us. He was extremely flexible in explaining the process, any and all details, and was able to give clear answers to all of our questions. When we got our car back, the result is absolutely fantastic and cannot be captured through pictures alone. Every surface was covered (and xpel stealth, being a satin finish, is extremely easy to tell if surfaces are not covered correctly), and all of the edges are either tucked or seams done in places that I would not have noticed if Marco didnt go over the car with me and point it out.

Marcos did an amazing job with touch up paint and fixing a botched touch up paint job. Car came back looking 85-90% better, exactly as he predicted. Highly recommended.

Marcos is meticulous and thoroughly professional. Final Touch installed XPEL Ultimate Plus PPF and Opti-Coat Pro Plus ceramic coating on the exterior of my car, and Opti-Guard leather protection on the interior. The work is beautiful, and the protection is invisible but effective.

Marcos and his wife detailed my 2016 Ford Escape. It was dusty and dirty when they got it. 3 hours later, its a brilliant, spotless white.They are quick, friendly, responsible and do fabulous work. How can you go wrong? They are both very detail oriented and pulled the car out into the sun to make sure every spot was dry and clean.Unfortunately, theyre surrounded by Stanford construction, so they will pull the car inside and close the door.I highly recommend Final Touch for your car detail and/or wash.

We were doing research of where to do it and at the moment we were in Final Touch, Marcos and his wife answered every single question and guide us through the whole process from start to finish, giving us the expectations and timelines. It was such an extensive response that made us feel so secure about choosing them to do the job.We actually left the car with them and left for a trip for few weeks (so it was very convenient for us to do it in that moment), when we were overseas they took the time to send us pictures of the progress and asking us every detail needed, the communication was on point and the customer service was even better, and that is very hard to find these days.We absolutely recommend them, totally worth your money. They even send us a PDF with all the post care information and the products we could use as well. We give them 5/5 rating. Outstanding job!

Above and beyond from start to finish. Went out of their way to squeeze me in for an emergency cleaning (Im an Uber and Lyft driver; a customer had vomited in my car), cleaned more than I asked them to and did it all very well, cut me a bargain and even gave me a little bit of scented spray for the road.
