They are so nice and like chatting with you. They are very appreciative if they make you wait when they are busy because they need the business during their slow times. We came during one of their slow times and they were short staffed but srill got to us in a rather quick time. The price list was IMMEDIATELY given to us so we knew exactly how everything was. They are so kind and respectful. Well worth everything.

Justine did an amazing job on my nails. My nails were so brittle, breaking, and just unattractive. So I went for a french tip full set and it came out amazing. She was super nice, took her time and you can really tell she pays attention to detail.Only complaint is there is no posting of their prices. If you dont ask before you start, your in for a big surprise. I will be back to try their pedicure though. This time I made sure to ask how much that was.As expensive as the full set was, she did an amazing job though. You get what you pay for folks. Thats why I skipped out on going to the nail place at the corner of my house. Its cheap in price, but their ratings and pictures you can tell they dont do a great job. Ill be back to best nails and spa for sure!

I got a pedicure and a bikini waxThe pedicure was awesome and relaxing plus my feet looks AMAZING.The main thing i wanna say here is about the bikini wax (how uncomfortable and awkward it can be ) but somehow Cindy made it so not awkward for me, she was quick with it plus made me trust her and feelcomfortable about getting it. She gave me the best service possible! Im definitely coming here again! Its gonna be the only one for me now!!! 🥳🙌

Very nice place, its clean and quick I love it. The employees are nice and the service is awesome. I got French nails and It was my first time and they got done in 15 to 20 min and it looks flawless ❤. I would come here again :)

My wife and I went to this establishment so that my wife could get her nails done. We were told it would be 15 minutes but 45 minutes later we still hadnt been seen. When my wife asked about the time 30 minutes in, the worker said 5 minutes and then 15 minutes later she still hadnt been seen. While were sitting there, we watched as 3 people who came in after us get called and served. To be fair, the people who came in after us could have had appointments. It was difficult to tell. Nonetheless, we waited 45 minutes when we were told 15 and we left without being served.

Its always a pleasure getting my nails done at Best Nails. They are ALL so very kind and friendly and do such a great job- regardless of who your nail tech is. Cindy has a great team behind her. Michael does a great job! I dont know what his trick is but whenever he does my gel nails they stay perfect for 3 weeks . If I wasnt so hard on my hands they would probably last 4 weeks- my pedicures have lasted that long. You wont be disappointed in their service or the quality of their products.

Cindy is the best nail tech I have found since moving to LA in 2002. She is patient and detail oriented. If I don’t like my polish or shape she takes care of it without any hesitation. Justine is awesome with eyebrows, my daughter won’t go anywhere else. All of my pedicures have been great with any of the staff. They are friendly, clean and most of the time pretty busy which speaks volumes of their work!

My first time here. I just got a spa pedicure with callus removal and my feet look amazing! It was a little more than I usually pay at a more local spot, but it was worth it.

Ive been going to Best Nails for 10 years now and I love it. Justine, Tammy, and Dao do wonderful work. Everyone there is so nice and friendly. Very relaxing atmosphere. They even do waxing, which Ive had done in the past and Justine did a great job on my bikini wax.

Only went here because it was the closest place to my hotel. Won’t be back again. A young man who called himself something like Johnny did my toes while an older man, who was introduced as Poppa, did my nails. The young man kept flirting with me the entire time and asking me for my number and really weird questions. He was also singing songs and talking about our “chemistry”, again, weird. My nails were perfect, but one of my nails lifted less than a week later. I went back to get my nail fixed on a Sunday and it took over five minutes to see me even though there were no customers in front of me. They all seemed to have to have a conversation about whether or not my nails were done there or not and who could do them for me. It was literally a one nail repair. I didn’t like the way they treated me the second time I arrived, and I didn’t like being flirted with as a customer the first time. Will find somewhere else to go, thank God I do not live in this area!

I enjoy my time here. Cindy is very accommodating. She always wants her customers to be totally satisfied.

This nail salon isnt super fancy, but its cheap and the ladies are super sweet. Most importantly they do a decent job.

I asked for a GEL mani and a GEL pedi. Only got the mani gel but got regular nail polish for my toes. The lady who did my mani seemed like she didnt have much experience. It was blotchy and polish came off in less than 2 weeks. Super expensive for a bad job. AND they had no Air conditioner so it was super uncomfortable and humid. I was sweating the whole time. Never again!
