Worst UPS store i’ve ever been to. They wouldn’t even let me email them a UPS label (that they make money off), instead asked me to set-up an account on their computer>email>print. UPS at Rolling Hills has such nice staff, always go above and beyond to serve you quickly. This store if it was a coffee shop be like bring your own cup if you want to buy coffee. Smh

After reading all the latest, poor reviews. I was apprehensive to come to this location. I rarely write reviews but felt I needed to. Seems there’s been some changes within the employees. I had the BEST experience this morning. I needed to drop off a package and get a Passport picture. The 2 young men who helped me, were more than helpful and extremely kind. I was in and out quickly without issue!! A big thumbs up to them!

I couldnt be happier. Tim was extremely helpful, answered all my questions and got the PO Box I needed for my business in a very professional manner. Theyre a very busy store and still I noticed how efficient they were with everyone.

What is WRONG with this store? They constantly hire these little girls, that are on some insane power trip. I am there to ship out a package, not get orders barked at me. What happened to all the nice GUYS they had? The new Asian girl thinks shes the Sheriff. NO thanks, plenty of other UPS places. Who needs greif at UPS when you can just turn on the news.

I dropped off two returns for amazon on 12/30. The first item was picked up and returned with no problem. The second items, two PS 4 games were not. The UPS Store said the package was picked up for sure, but when I filed a claim with UPS they closed the investigation and said there was no pick up of the package. Very suspicious, especially since it was video games. In the meantime, Im out the money.

Ive used services at this location many times. The staff have been extremely courteous, professional and efficient.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional service. They were not helpful in finding solutions to simple issues. You are better off going through FedEx or any other service. Better prices and better treatment.

Went in to buy a stamp and mail a bill. Was told that I can’t buy a single stamp but could purchase a book of stamps for $14.00. Don’t know when they changed this policy but this place is of no use to me if I can’t buy a single stamp. I don’t mail things very often so buying a book of stamps would be a waste. Beyond frustrating.

The customer service at this location is the BEST ever!! I recently needed to get a few things printed and after a bad experience at the FedEx Kinkos down the street, I stopped in the UPS store to see if they might be able to help. Not only were they able to meet my needs, but the associates working - Blue and Britt, went above and beyond to help me out in a time crunch. They were patient, friendly, helpful and really went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my printing jobs. I will be coming back to this store simply because of they way they helped that day! Keep it up Blue and Britt - you guys are the absolute BEST!!

This is a brand new store - I was in a week or two ago and they were still setting things up. Both staff (one may have been a manager) were incredibly helpful - they had all kinds of information, provided all kinds of service (UPS mailbox, USPS shipping, quotes, boxes, copies, even notarization!) and with a super friendly attitude. I dont know what the other 1 star review is about - its a shame that one person can have a negative experience and it results in what looks like a bad rating for a vendor. This is a great UPS store - check them out!

Id give this store five stars for location, because its very convenient to us. But when our old UPS store closed, we didnt receive a discount in moving to this location as we were told. Sometimes the waits here are very long and it took quite a while to open a P.O. Box in this location. Now after four months, we still dont seem to be receiving all our mail. The address of this property is somewhat of a concern as its on Avenue I, which can look like a number or letter, but is actually a letter. (Unsure if thats why we have issues receiving mail, or if its because of the USPO. Regardless, the I is a rather awkward street address and its unfortunate the adjoining road, Pacific Coast Hwy., couldnt be used instead.) Shortly after we opened our account, the entire wall panel to our box was unlocked after store hours. But since we werent receiving mail and apparently few others had any mail behind this panel either, it probably didnt do any damage. Also, the one time I called this location and left a message, they didnt call back. I probably should rate this store lower than 3 stars. However, as this is a relatively new store, Im hoping they can get the kinks out of their operations soon.

Always understaffed. If you want a notary services, it is very difficult to catch someone there, as the person usually takes a 2 hour lunch break at inconsistent times from day to day.

They charge 1.50 per label printed. Havent been to a ups store that does this in years. Get with the times.
