This place is a joke. Not very profession at all. The lady was a rude B---H. Looked like Cruella DeVille. You can tell its a crooked company just by her attitude.

Krystal was so very helpful and thoroughly answered all my questions. I give her 5 stars and if there were more I would have given her more. We need more people in the work force like her. Weve shipped hundreds of loads with Freight Connection over the past four years. Shipping is complicated, and sometimes things go sideways. Whenever this has happened, and its very rare, the folks at Freight Connection are relentless when it comes to dealing with problems as they arise, and fixing them. Weve never had such great personal service.

This company will refuse to pay you they apparently don’t have any supervisors when you call I mean this is so unorganized unprofessional and very uncourteous I called the office and ask to speak to a different person multiple times and every time the assistant told me she was the only one there

I have to give them a star, but they do not deserve it. They email me everyday even though I tell them to stop. The owner calls people names when it doesnt go her way. They take weeks to book loads and get uptight when you tell them to cancel and that you are going to go somewhere else.Just a terrible company.DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

This people are irresponsible and a joke. Had my drivers for 13 hours at receiver and they dont want to pay for delay nor $350 lumper fee. They refused to sign our contract, refused to pay our services and refuse to give their MC or or company info. They wouldnt answer our phone calls nor emails. The owner even denies being in charge of the company. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!!

Hate this company. i used to do business with them and they used to be nice,respectful and responsible. right now they own me 2 invoices that are over 40 days. i been trying to get a hold of a supervisor or a manger with np luck. the girls picking up the phone cover each others back and leave you on the line for long periods of time or just makes it look like they are very busy. when i asked for a supervisor Krystal told me that company has no owner,manager or supervisor and transfer me to beatriz and she playing dumb and hanged up the phone. when i called back and another lady answered the phone i asked her for her name and she refused to give me her name and just stood quiet on the phone for about 3mins till i hanged the phone. CARRIERS STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM. ILL TAKE THE NEXT STEP IF I DONT GET AN ANSWER IN THE FOLLOWING DAYS. be aware!!!!!!!!!
