PLEASE READ....They changed the glass on our Iphone and it was a disaster. You could see where they messed up it had imperfect that created pressure points causing the phone to lock for hours at a time. We took it in a second time and they said there was nothing wrong. We lost all our pictures over 50k . Management refused to refund our money. They are not an accredited buisness. I checked the better business and they are not accredited... Now I know why. They will not stand by their work. I tried to speak with the owner and they refused to provide information. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else.

Great service and fast turnaround. Walked in with my Lenovo Thinkpad P1 Gen 2 because I couldnt get secondary M.2 ssd screw unscrewed (only a month old OOTB). They had to drill it out and replace it and they installed my secondary ssd, formatted, and tested it all out for me. And very reasonable price. Thank you Bijan and David.

Customer Beware. If you have a newish Apple product I would seriously consider looking elsewhere for repair options.I took a 2018 iPad Pro in to replace a broken screen (not shattered) and when I got it back the Face ID no longer worked. The Face ID functioned flawlessly before I took it in (even with the screen crack.)I took it back and they tinkered with it for a few days and said there was nothing more they could do. They offered me a small refund (a fraction of the price I paid).I tried to save a few bucks by not taking it to an Apple Authorized Service Provider, something obviously went awry during the installation of the new screen, and now I am stuck with an iPad Pro without functioning Face ID and a lot less money in my pocket.If you have an iPhone 8 or below you should be fine. The workers are nice and courteous, and you cant beat the location if you live in North Redondo. However, if you have any Apple product with Face ID or other advanced tech, I would suggest you take it directly to Apple or at the very least an Apple Authorized Service Provider (which I believe Wireless Planet 310 is not.)The technology on these new Apple devices has seemingly gotten to the point where small operations like Wireless Planet 310 can no longer be guaranteed to fix one thing and not break another, nor can they be trusted to make it right if something does go wrong.Dont be foolish like me: Pay a little more once instead of having to pay a lot twice.

Have taken a couple devices there, always first quality work. Last one device was unfixable, but no charge for the work that was done.

Warning! Hustlers! Not satisfied at all. I went there last year, and they tried to full me. After changing the hard drive, I wasn’t sure how to reinstall the software on my Mac, and they said that there was a “small detail that needed to be fixed in order for the computer to work”. I seemed suspicious to me, so I went to the apple store and got my software installed for free in 5 minutes. No “small details” needed to be fixed.I won’t be surprised if they take the good parts from your devices and change them for old ones without you knowing about it. Bad karma, guys.

Knowledgeable decent folks,& reasonably priced. First they fixed my laptop punctually. Later they imported data from my old flip phone to my iPhone, which AT&T said couldnt be done.

I took my laptop in to get repaired. It was not charging and they looked at it and basically said yeah we can fix it, but you will put 60% of the full value, just get a new computer for an extra $100 and it will be way faster. I appreciated the honesty and that they didnt just fix it for a profit. Its great finding honest people in the city.

I bought a used Macbook from this store today earlier, I paid $380 and left the store, I didnt do anything is wrong while using the computer but after a few hours screen wasnt attached properly and came out, I felt bad with that and went the store back, told them I want to return it because I started to have a problem only after a few hours and thats not my fault, they started to I need to come back on Monday, if you are selling something you have responsibilities, you shouldnt sell it if you dont want to take the responsibility, I asked the guy can I get a receipt for sell and he said he already got the serial number and I dont need to get another receipt(I dont think thats right), I have OfferUp conversation, I have a different CCTV record Im going inside without a Macbook and Im leaving with a Macbook, they told me to wait until Monday but I said I didnt do anything wrong and I paid cash for it, why I need to until Monday for that? Because I trust you guys and get the computer? Ill wait until tomorrow and find my rights by filing an online claim by the Federal Trade Commission which is protected the consumers.

Recently went there to get a battery replacement for my iPhone and the service was quick and very friendly. When I got the phone back there was a little issue and with no hesitation they checked it out and resolved it within 10 to 15 minutes. My go to place from now on! Highly recommend! The guys were very nice. Threw in a screen protector on the house. Took two hours but there was a guy in front of me. Hope I don’t break my screen again but if I do I’m coming back!

I took my iPad in for screen repair. Two days later I get it back with no fingerprint recognition. It worked fine when I brought it in. Now I will have to buy a new iPad along with the 129.00$ they charged me. What’s up with that? Does not seem like good business to me! If I had known better I would have just bought a new iPad in the first place! Would not even offer me a discounted price! Will not be sing them again.

Chris Olson at Wireless Planet was extremely pleasant, professional, and helpful. He diagnosed the issue by conducting a ton of tests and didnt even charge me for it. Plus, he gave me additional info about going to the Samsung repair center and let me pick up my phone the next day. Seems very honest, reliable, and friendly cell phone establishment. I would recommend it.

They were able to replace the charging port on an S4 active without issue. They dont have some bs liability waiver you have to sign and the tech didnt shy away and decline service by claiming it was to risky like the guys at rapid mobile repair did.Friendly, professional, and outstanding customer service.Thanks Wireless Planet.

Chris was great. I brought in my 3GS after I replaced the battery but it still wouldnt charge. Chris worked on it and diagnosed that it was a problem with the main board and wasnt worth fixing. He didnt even charge me for working on the phone since he wasnt able to fix it. What great service!

Dropped and cracked my iPhone 6 screen and just wanted it fixed ASAP. Wireless Planet did just that and for a much lower price than what Apple would have charged me. Screen was fixed in less than an hour.A few days after getting my screen fixed my display started to fade to white - the LCD was having problems. I brought my phone back and without a question the guys at Wireless Planet fixed the LCD for free, even though they couldnt know for sure that the problem with the LCD was a result of the screen replacement a few days earlier.Very nice people, will definitely be coming back if I have any phone/computer problems.

My phone was fixed in a timely manner and service was good. Everything on the phone worked. Only complaint is you cannot see your iPhone screen with sunglasses on. They use cheap glass and its a huge inconvience.

They were awesome! First of all I accidentally cracked the screen for my Chromebook and they were the best price out of the three that I called up. They already had the part [lcd screen] in stock so the screen was ready in around 45 minutes. The customer service was awesome and so friendly. Couldnt ask for more!

Cost was okay. Fixed my screen and everything, but two major issues are responsible for this low score.First, after being fixed, my screen was way less sensitive, ie you have to press noticeably harder to get it to register. Second, touch ID no longer worked.Wish I had gone back right away--when I went over the next day, Sunday, they were closed. And I dont actually live in Redondo.Very frustrating all around.

Didnt spend much time here but the vibe wasnt good. Eventually found the same quality service elsewhere for far cheaper.
