I visited the Computer Geeks shop this morning with an issue regarding my video card. I expected to pay $100+ and be without my computer for days. Instead I only bought a $10 hdmi connector & that fixed the problem immediately. Great, honest, thoughtful service! Thank you!

I have not made purchase what I want yet....but that is due to the possibilities being endless. Its really cool to see there are still independently owned, unique niche software and hardware shops where if someone puts in the effort they can be assisted in building their own ONE-OF-A-KIND personal PC . Takes me back to the days Id be in the garage swapping parts and building towers from scratch and selling them or giving them to people really in need. I will be back to this store soon

Based on the issue I was having with my computer, I thought it was going to be a very expensive ($700-1,000) fix. After a week of trying to figure it out myself, I brought it in to Steve at Computer Geeks. He ran an extensive diagnostic test and resolved the issue for a fraction of what I thought I was going to have to pay.I will always take my computer there going forward and will recommend them to anyone.

Theyve been around for quite some time so that tells you something. They do a great job with repairs and offer refurbished used computer equipment at reasonably decent pricing.

The DC Jack came loose, computer had fallen and case cracked, Steve diagnosed problem, ordered part and repaired. Also had a problem with camera, turns out conflicting virus protection, Steve was great in assessing and making a simple adjustment. I recommend highly to go to Computer Geeks for quick professional service.

Im a busy mother of 2, I work from home, and my laptop is my life. And this laptop stopped charging! I freaked out!!! I was ready to leave my laptop with them for a few days for them to check it out... but they took a quick look at it for me.. and fix it there and then. I just needed a replacement AC adapter for it. They gave me option to buy refurbished one or theyd order a new one for me. I love that they give me option to save me some money. They dont make shops like this anymore... they are bunches of honest guys trying to help everyone at reasonable price.

I have been going to the computer geeks for a long time. They have always been reasonable in price. They stand behind all their work. Very friendly and courteous. If they cannot fix it they will tell you right up front so as not to waste your time or theirs. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called Computer Geeks, to inquire about them fixing an old Del desktop that I have. They said that it wouldnt be worth it, since so much has changed. The person I talked to was named Bill. He was extremely helpful, answering a quite a number of questions I put to him.

Wow. I havent gone in, but the service I received over the phone without even bring a customer was PHENOMINAL. I called to schedule an appointment to service my laptop after thinking I had been hacked and talking to Microsoft for an hour and being annoyed with how sales-y they were being and Bill to the rescue!! He luckily took the time to explain that my phonecall and Microsoft warning wad the real scam!!! Thankful for a business that helps out and doesnt try to have me come in for a second scam😀😄😄😄 will definitely be using their services if I do need real help now knowing they wont try to just take my money. I have to say, I dont take the time to write many reviews but I said I would for the guys at Computer Geeks. They turned a bleek sick to my stomach situation into a great experience. Like most I have not backed up as often as I will now... Brought my dead PC to their Redondo location (They have three stores) and within two days I was back in business. I like how they explained all the work they did in detail when I picked it up too. I will definitely go back.

They replaced my keyboard. I accidentally spilled coffee on my laptop. They gave me back my old keyboard so I know they actually replaced my keyboard. I was reminded to back up my hard drive on an external dribe as there are some possible issues with the hard drive.

Computer Geeks did great work fixing my computer! Very happy with the results.
