My office got Broken into I called these guys after midnight they showed up within the hour where extremely friendly very fast did a great job and had very reasonable prices

I just wanted to come on here and write a review (which I never do) to thank Bret and the whole Board Up Boy team fro there work they did at my house. Firstly, they came instantly after I called them. Which is rare in this business let me tell you!!! And once they arrived it was the boss Bret & one other worker and they were very polite, smart, and professional. I knew just by how he spoke with me that I did not have to worry about the job ahead. They finished up with the job in less than an hour, AND as an added bonus even cleaned up my broken glass that was all over my carpet floor. So basically to wrap this review up, Bret was a pleasure to do business with!!!

I called Board up boys when 2 off my glass windows smashed out because it was so windy. It was 1230 AM and they were at my house by 1. Not only did they clean up all the glass up there boarded the Windows great they where able to refer me to a great glass company to fix the custom Windows. I would recommend Board up boys to anyone who wants a job well done and fast.

10/10 for Bret and his board up boys!!!!! While having my magnolia cut back a branch crashed through my sliding glass door. My arborist, very apologetic mentioned he knew of service. He called his friend Bret who owns Board Up Boys and he and his worker arrived right away. 30 minuets before they the time he he said he would in fact. Expecting only to have my sliding door boarded up after meeting them I decided to have them replace the entire door after meeting them. They had the whole job done with cleaning within 2 and a half hours. I can’t thank them enough for there proficiency and excellent customer service. They arrived with the place in shambles and left with it in pristine condition.Thank you so much,Board Up Boys

Absolutely terrible. There should be a negative star section for these guys. I called on a Friday night trying to get service for a broken window which gave direct access into my house. The guys that answered was complaining because it was just after 5pm and he was going home. On one hand I was thinking aren’t you 24/7? But I felt bad and said ok how about In the morning. He said he would be at my house between 9-10am called after 9 for an ETA, he told me they would call me within the next 20 minutes with an accurate ETA. Obviously I got no call and all other glass companies I called were closed for the weekend. So I called again after 1pm following up, and I get a text back asking if I’m looking for a bird up... after explaining the situation through a text, they just stopped answering me completely. These guys are a joke. I waiting until Monday morning to call and speak to a manager because obviously a company that says they are 24/7, and trying to get out of working when peoples homes are just open for anyone to walk into, should’ve willing and ready to work since they are being compensated for it. I will definitely never recommend these guys to anyone ever.

My wife called this company after my husbands business was broken into, they came out to board up the front door. When they came they showed up under a hour, price was very reasonable and they had cleaned up the glass for us. I was very scared about the. Situation and they made me feel safe and walked us through the whole process. Overall I couldn’t have been happier!

Just got off the phone with Brett (owner) was very respectful and to the point, exactly how i wouldve liked it to be. So it definately was a pleasure to to do business with him. Solid estimates, was right on time both days, professional, and obviously took pride in his work. 2 thumbs up!!!

I called to get board up service due to an attempted burglary. They came when they said they would did what they said they could and on time.

Not only did Brett and his crew help me when I was in a very vulnerable state after being shook up a bit from my house just being broken into . They came out and drove 25 miles from a job they had just. Got done. Finishing up. They made my safety and my budget their priority. And. Too me thats what every business should be ran like. They worked quickly but quietly and had my whole sliding glass door boarded up within 45 mins they took the door with them to repair it and. I got. And they came back in 3 days took down the board up and replaced my door which seemed like only 15 mins. Ive never had such a horrible experience end in such a wonderful business contact. If you or you know anyone in the Los. Angeles county area who needs a emergency board up and. Glass replacement they are definitely the company I would recommend... Thanks again Brett! My business was broken into this morning....Thanksgiving off to a fantastic start. Luckily these guys were able to get to me within the hour and took care of the glass door that was shattered and gave me all the measurements Id need to know for the glass company to come replace it for me. Thank you again Brett. Hopefully you get some family time becuase thanks to you Ill be able to.

My glass to my business was shattered. They were very responsive and even helped with finding glass repair quotes. Great communication! Very professional and helped relieve my worry.

I was very disappointed with this company. They did arrive the day I called, but when removing glass they took a piece of wood & threw it at door there was glass all over. On top of that they threw way mail slot when I call they said that was not their problem. Now I have to send $50.00 to replace it. Poor Customer Service.

These guys showed up few hours after the call. They did board up and took my sliding door frame so they can replace glass which was supposed to be done in 5 days. Paid them $300 and $300 deposit for the glass. It has been over 2 weeks they are not returning any texts or calls. Basically if the frame is not returned it will become property theft.

First of all let me start off by saying how thankful I was to find a board up company that was actually open 24/7 like they claim. I had called 2 other companies before hand, who also listed similar hours, but was not able to get a hold of anyone. I was told by an answering machine to leave a message and to my surprise these 24/7 businesses did not return my call until Monday morning- which would have done me zero good as I needed help right when I was calling. I would like to give a special thanks to The Board Up Boys who actually answered my call when I was calling them at 2am on a Saturday night. A worker was at my house within an hour ( they even drove the 40 miles to the house I was house sitting from their location) with all the needed tools and wood to board up my 2 broken windows. They took care of everything for me- from cleaning up the broken glass to boarding up the window (so I could actually sleep soundly) and even provided me with a reliable glass company that was at the house the very next day. I am honestly impressed with the service I received. Ill admit I was skeptical at first when they only had 2 reviews on google, but I am glad they answered the phone because they took care of everything for me in a time when I was stressed and truly in need.*P.S. I totally saw the worker who boarded up my windows on E! news tonight haha! I guess he was interviewed by Channel 2 news when he was boarding up The Kardashians store DASH in West Hollywood after they experienced vandalism recently.*

I called Board Up Boys after I came home to find my house was broken into. I spoke with Bret and he was very friendly and easy to work with. He arrived at my home within 30 minutes and was able to secure my front door with a board until I could arrange for something more secure.

Call this local board up company they were very fast, cleaned up my glass gave me a great price....even dealt with my insurance company and they are so much better than expected. thank you!

Just recently called for there service and we couldnt be more satisfied. Brett was courteous and on time when we called after someone broke the front window of our business. When receiving a phone call at 1 am in the morning from local police and calling two other businesses who were supposed to be able to help 24 hours we were glad someone was actually real. Thank you Brett and staff from helping us move on from this whole incident.

The Board Up Boys helped ease the pain of going through the experience of having my sliding glass door broken. They showed up when they said they were. Bret and Michael were courteous, professional and sympathetic. Bret explained what they were going to do and they got right to work including vacuuming up all that glass.
