We hired this company for a complete remodel of our downstairs. After some initial work, and then months of doing virtually nothing on the job, they decided they didn’t want to finish the job without us paying them an extra $30K above our contract price. We refused, and they left our home in a state of disarray, including leaving large holes around the window openings that lead to a break-in. Further, as of the date of contract termination, we had already made $20,488 in payments to them for work which they never completed, which amounts to theft. We ended up having to pay other contractors over $150K to finish the job.

Quality work done by knowledgeable people. I have gotten to know Rich and his crew and I trust them completely. They remodeled our kitchen 2yrs ago and it turned out better than I expected. So when I had some broken pipe issues with the bathroom they fixed the mess I had and redid it with beautiful results. Bottom line......you can TRUST these guys!!

Just completed by kitchen remodel yesterday and I couldnt have done it without Rich and his incredible team. They were responsive, knowledgeable and professional every step of the way, and took the time to address all my questions in an insightful manner. Over the course of our 6-week project, his team was always prompt, efficient, and made sure to keep the project area very clean. Im especially obsessed with the subway tiling they installed in my kitchen. We had to get two showers redone and originally went with a different company. After multiple no-shows and unanswered calls and messages, we switched to Construction Guaranteed and it worked out amazingly well! Rich was extremely responsive, and the guys doing the work were extremely friendly and really produced an amazing product. They were so good I expanded the scope of the work to include redoing two vanities and building up a walk-in closet. Richs pricing is very fair and he will tell you if something is going to cost more, and why.Additionally, Rich was extremely helpful with recommendations of what places to go to select materials, and with general layout and aesthetic tips. Rich has helping me navigate a structural and noise issue within my condo by providing insight, advice and solutions . I cannot begin to say how much I appreciate it thus far. Rich had completed two projects at my house, a sun room and sound proof sound design room. Tonight, I was in trouble on a project and called Rich at 8pm on Friday night to see if he could help me out. He showed up a half hour later and worked four hours to save my project. Two Locksmiths had badly bungled a studio door and locks. Rich had to re-engineer the seal and locks while navigating the prior locksmith poor workmanship. It was impressive. Great guy. Your in good hands if you give him a call.
