Art and his team just finished remodeling my show. This was a custom tile job. He was there every step of the way, one time, one budget and did an excellent job. Been in the South Bay a long time and can get your job done one time. Highly recommend.

The things that stood out working with Art were: 1) communications and responsiveness-Art always communicated his plans and schedules promptly. The same went for any questions we had-prompt and responsive; 2) ideas-Art gave us some really good ideas and remained flexible throughout the project to incorporate changes or address concerns; 3) having his own tile shop was a big plus--we had looked at dozens of other ideas and places. But Arts tile store, although small, was exceptionally well stocked and gave us the final ideas we needed. They are the epitome of professionalism and quality. Art Dotson (Artwork Remodeling) just completed a shower remodel in my condominium. His professionalism impressed me from our first meeting/discussion of the project. By the end of that day he had emailed me a detailed proposal. I was sold. His crew were excellent, though they had to work under very difficult circumstances: construction on the Esplanade prohibited any nearby parking; 3 flights of stairs; very close quarters; and to top it off, Edison shut off the power for an entire day. The new shower is gorgeous. Thank you, Art.
