Scheduling is appalling: one day I called twice, hung up on me after ive been waiting for 45~50 minutes EACH TIME. no effective way of communicating with the doctors office for referral questions when they didnt send in correct referral. You are left trying to hopelessly get through to the front desk.In terms of care provided: they ask you to do a POINTLESS phone appointment first and tell you they cant diagnose you to waste your time so you have to come in for an in-person so they can maximize insurance payout. (They also tell you the front desk will call you to make that in-person appointment which they never will so you once again have to wait 45-minutes on the phone to schedule one).

Very small location, front desk staff needs some work. Overall a decent place, most of the doctors are great here. They do have a pharmacy here. Dental and psych are available here as well.New location

VERY Disappointed! Why in the world you never mentioned, that you moved to a different location? I was driving, walking around, on hold on the phone… for an hour! My son was late for an appointment that he was waiting for two months! PLEASE, tell your patients, that you moved to a new location: Redmond Medical Center!

The front desk staff is very unprofessional and scheduling an appointment is practically impossible. I was on hold for 2 hours before being beyond frustrated. I even pressed the call back button and never got a call back. The front desk staff is not helpful and this scheduling system and the way they run the office is very inefficient. I highly suggest people finding a different doctors office.

Scheduling an appointment here is awful. Two month wait times, they scheduled me with the wrong doctor, and didnt communicate with the staff that my appointment was telephone and not in person.

Terrible scheduling system. Ive been trying to get an appointment for 2 weeks, been calling the scheduling phone number and waiting for hours to get a hold of someone to get an appointment, but they simply dont answer. They didnt even call back. Despite being a client for 8 years, I have to go to another clinic for my primary care.

A really good place to have a good cup of coffee, I love how they turn an old house to wonderful peaceful place.I wish they open later in the afternoon or Sunday.

We were here for a blood test. The saff were good and proffecional and responsible. Drug store helped us to find what we needed.

I went in for a deep cleaning and was a bit cautious. But it was super easy! Dr English and Angelica worked well as a team and were very respectful. We actually had fun! (You dont hear that every day about a dental visit.)

The dental staff was nice and very accommodating and very gentle on the tooth examination.Two points off for Ryan at the front desk for being mean. And by mean, I mean gossiping about me with his cohort, Lisa at Swedish Dental in front of the entire office. When I let him know I could hear him, he was quick to scold me and put me in my place. Ryan was actually nice the first time I came in. I’m wondering what happened to him over the last week to turn his countenance so ugly. Maybe his dog died and he needs a hug... maybe he just enjoys being a member of the mean girls club.The clinic manager (I forgot his name) was super nice when I popped in his office to voice my concerns.This office is really nice... it would be nicer if we didn’t have to deal with reception to get to the nice folks in back.

This office is terrible. I have been trying to make an appointment. Waited of 40 min and then the line got disconnect. Tried the next few times. Same thing. Im very upset.

They typically dont answer the phone or you have to wait for long time till they picked up the phone, but when visiting everyone is nice, the place is clean and the waiting time is short.

I have called all day and no answer!!! I also requested a call back and no one has returned my call. They are bad on answering calls, I have been going there for years but I think its time to go to a different clinic.

The worst customer care service I ever talk to . I called today trying to make appointment for my three kids she was very rude she told me several times to call back later because of the kids they were around me .. it took me 30 min waiting to talk to her i dont have the whole day to make sample appointment i have kids and im staying home with them i cant leave them alone and go out talk to her she could be patient for couple minutes to do my appointment.this is not the first time happen to me the other day i have to call three times for referral and they could not find it and the ask me to wait then they hang up the phone i had to drive all the way to the office to do it and they help me there .. that is why im writing this review

I have been there for annual preventive and they asked but no even did it because my doctor looked to me and had think that all of that was enough to see if i was okay..Hey real doctors check the blood, secretion to know those stuffs and not just looking to the patient! Be more professional guys! And more faster too, if i do an appointment to be there at 1pm they just put me with the doctor at 3pm and sucks, because me and a lot of people have stuffs to do and are not so available.

These people are amazing! Had a kidney stone and couldnt get an appointment anywhere. They fit me in, even though my Doctor called in sick.Thank you again for accommodating me!

Very bad service

This is about the heath point Redmond dental. Horrible service, they do decent dental work, but the customer service is horrible. The place is so over booked, that you usually have to wait a really long time for the actual dentist to come work on you, while they bounce back from patient to patient. This place doesnt care about ethics, they only care about making as much money as possible, I accidentally missed an appointment, if you do miss a appointment, they wont schedule another one, because they dont want to possibly miss out on that money if you dont show again. You have to come in there and just sit there on stand by. And there so over booked that its nearly impossible to get squeezed in, the only way you dont get seen is if somebody else doesnt show to there appointment. Ive waited on stand by before, I was there for over 5 hours, not even joking. Who can take the time out of there day to just all day at the office and possibly not even get seen???Horrible experience. I used to consider this my dentist, and have been coming here since I was a child, but not anymore!I suggest the same for anybody reading this

I LOVE Healthpoint Redmond Medical Center. I have been a patient there for over 15 years and have chosen to go there even when I could have chosen a higher priced doctor and dental facility. The customer service, on the phone as well as in the facility is awesome, and the doctors are first-rate and treat you as if youre their only patient. Dr. Chris Krumm and Dr. Sara Nelson are outstanding medical professionals. I recommend this clinic highly.

AWESOME customer service from Danielle (medical assistant) when I came in a few days ago- I would have been $300 in the hole (insurance billing) if she had not gone above and beyond to figure out what some tests were going to cost out of pocket. She was friendly, experienced and I left feeling relieved and assured. Thanks Danielle!!

Doctors seem very friendly. Dr. Stephanie Benson is a down to earth klowledgable Dr. Has been great seeing her! However the Hispanic lady at the check out desk... NOT friendly AT ALL! Has anyone else had this problem??

Very disappointed! The dental clinic is absurd. Went in with my toddlers in their stroller; very quiet well behaved kids. And they almost canceled my appointment. Apparently your NOT allowed to bring children here. Iv been to this place years ago when I didn’t have insurance and brought my older kids when they were little. Now all a sudden no kids! Had to switch back to this place when my insurance charged when we became low income. It’s crazy! We are a one income home and NO WAY could I afford a one day or even find childcare for twins. Not coming back. Trying to find another clinic that accepts state insurance which is hard! My old dentist when I had regular insurance was fine with me bringing kids!

I waited in line for over 20 minutes and it made me 10 minutes late for my appointment. So the very very rude front desk person tells me I have to reschedule and I said really thats not right I was waiting in line. But then Im told I can either leave or reschedule cuz they wont see me for this appointment. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! The front desk person was beyond stuck up and on a power trip and extremely rude and refused to let me talk to anyone else.

After 7 years, I will search for a new clinic. The Dr.s Ive had at Healthpoint were fine, but the way the clinic is run, is not. In particular the referrals. It should never, never take 3 weeks to get a referral. Every time I have needed to see a specialist, I have had to wait, and wait, and wait. Sometimes, depending on what my condition was, meant that I suffered terribly while waiting for my referral.

They are GREAT Medical facility...THE Faculty & Staff are amazingly professionals & & very proactive in assisting to make sure all needs are met & questions answered & clients understand THANK YOU!!!! YOU ROCK!!!😀

Id give a 0 star if I could. Im not that type that just came to this place once then write a complaint. Ive been with them for several years now. They were okay at first, very nice and talkative staff and then one of my filling that I had for 2 years from my previous dentist fell off, so I got them fix with Health point. The filling only lasted 1 year and then it fell off again and after that its just downhill from there. Today is 09/05/2017 and it is my 4th or 5th time getting the same filling done under 2 year period. And theyre not very nice about it either! I just got out of the dentist office and writing this review because I am so mad and disappointed. I asked the dentist did you do something different this time, so it can lasts? He just said he doesnt know. Not coming here ever again! Seriously let me save you some time dont come to this place! Go somewhere where you can trust your dentist to do a good job on you and where youll be stress free.

Ive been going to this health clinic for about 4 months now and everytime I do, Im given the same amount of care, kindness, understanding and the staff is so helpful to my and everyones needs. My Dr is really sweet, caring, well attentive to me and shes taken great care of me as well as my other Dr with behavioral health. Shes wonderful and is also extremely caring and helping me to realize I need to give myself credit and be good to myself, Ive learned a lot from her, she is so awesome.

I was going broke this year talking to regular doctors and getting someone to treat my spouse with care and respect. We dont have insurance and hes been riddled with many illnesses this year and have seen upwards of 10 doctors in the past several months.The people at the front desk were great, the doctor I saw was FANTASTIC, and overall Im glad to have my spouse looked at here. Even though we make an OK salary, we were provided a discount of 20% (lowering the visit to $50, which is about a third of the cost we usually pay). Its one thing to have to deal with illness, its another to have to deal with the anxiety doctors bills cause. The cost of the bill caused me no worry.There was a bit of the hectic-kids-running-around-crazy atmosphere going on when we were there, but the interior was clean and bright and staff were very kind and easy to work with. Definitely going there again. Wish I had known about it sooner.

Stephanie Benson was seeing my girlfriend for 3 and half years for diabetes. Unfortunately my GF didnt know anything about the way she should have been treated and as sickening as it is this woman isnt even a doctor and for 3and a half years my GF has been sick with blood glucose readings of 300-600 for the whole time, and we just learned of a test u are supposed to be given determining what type of diabetes someone has, and it took this long for Benson to even send her to a specialist who is next on our list because for no reason that any credible doctor would do she took her off of everything but 10mg of long acting insulin and 2 weeks later she was in the er .she could have gone into a coma. Benson has never given her any education on her disease, just now we had to Google to see what the peak of insulin kicking in would be as were trying to monitor her levels now that we just found a meter that works with our strips. In 3 years shes only drawn blood one time in Bensons office . Shes not ever discussed any information such as ketone levels or types of differences of diet plans between type 1 and type 2 diabetes. Youre supposed to have a team if youre diabetic to help with the treatment and my girl doesnt even have a team. I cant believe how this benson woman has pretended to be a competent health care provider when she clearly has just been collecting a check without doing what should have been done this isnt ethical nor right. After talking with a real doctor finally we learned about what has been lacking with Benson. She needs to never practice again. 3 and a half years with insane blood sugar reAdings I dont want to imagine what kind of damage is done . My GF is 34 and not even overweight. 3+ .Years with a severely diminished quality of life as she is always sick and always so fatigued. Do yourself a favor And do not put your health in this ladys hands.

Their staff is rude, I have been literally stood up for an appointment with no notification, and their records department is a joke. My insurance carrier has denied me twice simply on the grounds that Healthpoint ignored their multiple requests for my medical records to assess any work to be billed against. DO NOT GO HERE.

The doctor that I had didnt know what the problem was & gave me meds that didnt work. Call to let them know no improvement & told will get back to me in 48 hours. Dont recommend this place. Still waiting for a call back.

Last Summer I went to HealthPoint with whooping caugh and they billed me $75 due to the fact that I had no health insurance and my husband was unemployed at the time. Three months later I came down with Shingles and visited them again and was charged $ 240 for a five minute doctors consult. Nothing had changed income wise on my second visit, my husband was still unemployed and my part time work brings in about $ 250 per month. I brought in an income statement from my employer which clearly stated my earnings and they multiplied it by a factor of ten and charged me accordingly. Do not patronize this clinic, it is a total rip off! Their business ethics are about the same as Alibaba and his forty thieves. READ the fine print of their intake form. It basically gives them the right to charge you whatever they want to for services rendered. This outfit is nothing but a cover for cheats and liars.

The medical side of Healthpoint is Great!!The dental on the other hand was Terrible!!A month ago I went in for a broken tooth that the dentist was aware of. I explained that the place they referred me to had not contacted me for approval on my wisdom teeth and I need this other tooth pulled seperatly as I am in pain. The dentist prescribed antibiotics and said to reapply to other place again so they can pull my wisdom tooth and this other tooth at the same time. Another month went by I had not heard anything and at this point Im in excoriating pain. I went in for a emergency apt waiting a few hours. I explained that at this point i need this tooth pulled now. I cant eat, i cant sleep and theyve had me wait long enough. The dentist takes more x rays and ask to consult with my dentist I seen previously, she comes back and tells me They are not pulling the tooth. (Mind you they just pulled a patients tooth next to me and scheduled a man to come for an extraction as well) They said they will write me a referral to UW but I need to go in UW as an emergency then go back and make an apt with them . The dentist at healtpoint again prescribed me antibiotics. I reconfirmed that I did not have an infection and according to my x rays the nerve is completely exposed now and that is the cause of the pain. They agreed and yet told me to take antibiotics. When I was leaving the dental assistant said well we could pull your tooth but want you to go to another place.I am appalled at how this dentist office doesnt listen to what the patient is needing. State insurance or not as a patient I am telling you what I need and have to have done . How do you allow a patient to leave In that much pain ? How do you have no heart or empathy for someone you know has been in pain because you keep referring them out waiting for approval and allowing the tooth to get this bad and you wont take action to fix it. This is an awful place with rude employees. I have not had one good experience yet with this office.I called another place ICHS and asked for an emergency apt they got me in within a hour of calling and actually making an apt, took me back right away, asked me how I felt, what I wanted done and agreed to pull it. They did an excellent job and got my tooth numbed and pulled within 15 minutes . The dentist said he would have worked through his lunch to make sure I got this tooth pulled. Now that right there is a great dentist who cares about his patients.

I am terriefied of the dentist from previous surgery needed. It was ok at first getting an exam and a couple fillings. However this last filling today was very scary. I went to the chair and had a student work on one tooth for over an hour. She talked at me as I began crying. When she put the needle in to numb she got a nerve and I could feel it painfully enter my nerve. She then proceded to contort my jaw and stopped twice to get the doctor to show her work. So not get the females to work on you. Terrible bed side manner. I left with over half my face numb and in years.
