I have used ServiceMaster for carpet cleanings when I need a clients house prepared for listing. The CS agents are very responsive on the phone, and will do everything they can to accommodate your window of time. Its challenging to coordinate all the last minutes needs of home preparation and they worked with my tight timeline. At the site, the technicians are so professional and do a great job. And there is a very high price/value for the services. I would definitely recommend them for carpet cleaning.

ServiceMaster was very responsive to my questions/concerns and the workers and subcontractors sent out to help with my situation were very capable. Having them handle the project made the process as stress-free as possible given the circumstances. I will likely recommend their services to friends if they end up needing similar services.

Our basement flooded after the heavy rains and ServiceMaster sent out a tech immediately, even though I know they were super slammed. Their service was excellent, too - professional and high-quality. What else could you ask for? I recommend them highly, and special shout-out to tech Greg, who was as friendly as he was professional..

Our water heater at work burst and flooded a few offices in our building. ServiceMaster came highly recommended by a friend of mine. I called and they responded so quickly! They had a tech out to our office within a couple hours. He was professional, knowledgeable and worked fast to get us back to normal. Between talking to him and the coordinators, the whole experience was much easier than I expected it to be. Thank you ServiceMaster!

The restoration for removing water was good . Then Amber dropped the ball and never scheduled anyone to fix our floors. She told me everything was good. And blamed state farm .It was her not following thruShe should lose her job

Professional and good qaulity

My roommates and I had a minor flood in the basement of our home a few months ago. We immediately called ServiceMaster and they proved beyond expectations with the results and customer service. They were completely accommodating with our crazy schedules and took care of everything professionally. They educated us along the way and let us know as soon they were done with the work. They also communicated perfectly with our landlord so that everyone was on the same page! Would definitely recommend to my neighbors and use them again!

I read the last review that was posted 2 years ago and I had to really write a response being the new carpet cleaning technician for Service Master of Redmond. Our restoration side has always been amazing and now our carpet cleaning service is really taking leaps and bounds getting excellent reviews of customers service and quality of the cleaning. Our hoses are never used for sewage clean up and our tools and products are top of the line. I recommend us to friends, family, and anyone I see that might benefit from our service. So I really dare you to give us a try, you will get a very personal service that is always done above and beyond while being done correctly the first time.

OK, I didnt love the experience of coming home to a flood that destroyed 90% of my home, caused me to move out immediately, and took many months to repair...but when ServiceMaster of Redmond took over from the service my insurance sent first, I felt I was in good hands for the first time since I stepped into my soaked house. They packed me up and moved me out and into an apartment quickly and efficiently...all while I was out of town on a previously booked trip. They were very careful with my antique furniture, noting each item that needed special handling. They coordinated seamlessly with the specialized services that were called in to repair wood furniture, electronics, artwork, etc. In the one case where leather furniture was so badly damaged that it couldnt be fully repaired, they accommodated my desire to see the furniture in order to determine whether I would keep or replace it...taking it out of storage and having it ready for me to look at when I arrived at their office. In every case the staff was helpful, knowledgeable, professional and supportive. No one plans for the type of event I experienced, but if you find yourself in this situation you will be in good hands with ServiceMaster of Redmond.

In August of 2013 my family experienced a house fire that caused us to be displaced for 6 months. Not knowing where to turn, we called ServiceMaster and they responded fast. Their water damage and fire damage teams cleaned our house and got it ready for repairs. They were also incredibly helpful with all our questions and they were able to give us invaluable guidance and advice because they handle our type of situation every day.
