Jeremy Borg is a natural leader with integrity, honesty, attention to detail and time management. He is a brilliant negotiator in bringing about the best results for not only the property owner but the tenant as well. He hired Premium Plumbing which performed a stellar job along with repairing a sink clog that was not part of their contract. An extra gift for the tenant. Lonnie performed the laminate and baseboard repairs with excellence in addition to stabilizing the clothes dryer imbalance. A simple act of kindness for a non mechanically gifted person. Summit is a company I would highly recommend for any restoration, repair, reconstruction or remodel. They bring the atmosphere of long time friends in a professional setting.

When Morgan came out to look at the flood (that an incompetent plumber caused) at my house, she knew her stuff. The plumber was saying to just replace the ruined carpet and let things dry out on their own.Well, Morgan explained everything to me and sure enough, when she tore the drywall out during demolition, room after room had black mold growing in the walls. Summit was fantastic from start to finish during a very stressful water leak. Ben showed up only 30 minutes after I called late on a Thursday night, set up his equipment, and worked in an efficient, calm manner. Tank checked on us throughout the week, and Justin was amazing at replacing our floors, painting affected areas, and taking his time to match everything precisely to our existing colors and baseboards. Jeremy headed the restoration team and has always been kind, responsive, and just simply amazing. We can’t recommend this company more highly for any of your house needs!

Bryan, who did the estimate and oversight during the various stages of the reconstruction was very responsive to my calls and texts, specific requests and concerns, timing and follow through. We have had the very best experience with Summit Cleaning and Restoration! We didn’t know what to expect at first, since we are a family with 2 young children and a big hyper dog, and we had to continue living here while the restoration took place. Hey JoeyI had a small leak in an upstairs bathroom which, over a period of approximately 6 weeks, saturated the adjacent master bedroom carpet and tile in that bathroom. It then drained down the wall into the underlying bathroom and saturated the subfloor beneath the tile floor and extended into an adjacent bedroom wall and carpet.My experience with Summit Cleaning and Restoration was very positive. The mitigation went quite quickly and professionally. Ben handled the work with a couple helpers and did a thorough evaluation using state-of-the-art equipment to identify exactly where the water went.I then worked with Jeremy who went over the repairs needed and helped me identify sources for carpet and tile replacement. The carpet and tile were replaced by very competent personnel and in a timely fashion. I had an aggressive completion date due to previous commitments and the work was completed to meet my commitment, ultimately, by working (final cleaning) into the early evening on a Friday.As a bonus, Morgan did an excellent job cleaning up my place even better than before the damage occurred. Im quite pleased with the response time, the full team of people involved, and their professionalism, work quality, and the cleanup was stellar. Couldnt have asked for a better overall job.Well done!!

A small part of my house flooded and my home owners insurance sent Summit Cleaning out to do the repairs estimate. They were very responsive and made the process very smooth for me. I got to pick out the materials that I wanted in my home and made a deposit so that they could get started. When the materials were available after ordering the flooring, all the repairs were completed within a week! I paid some out of pocket to do a little bit of remodeling along with the repairs. The original out of pocket that Jeremy quoted me remained the same all the way through to the end! They also had a company shampoo the carpets once the work was done so that it was clean after having all the contractors go in and out! I highly recommend!

We had a garage fire in July of 2019 and the summit crew was there the same day. They had to take the garage down to the studs, re-shellac, re-drywall and re-texture. They did an amazing job an excellent quality. I would highly them for any kind of restoration work.
