Ive never had a good experience with h&r block. First time around I was audited by the irs and my tax professional was no help. The following year I discovered I was audited due to a mistake on their part and they denied reimbursement to me after I had paid for the peace of mind protection that year. My return was intercepted for 2 years following since they offered no help in fixing their mistake. I decided to give them another chance 10 years later as I thought maybe I might have a different experience with another tax professional. Well this time around, I apparently ended up with a newbie who was nothing short of frustrating and would call me daily to clarify or insist I change little details that were unnecessary and significantly reduced the return I was owed, and this was after I was told it was submitted. Ive since went to someone with 20 yrs experience working independently and since h&r block still has my documents i have not been able to complete and submit my return. Ive called the office and even appeared in person to pick up my documents and always get the run around... needless to say, they not getting any more business out of me

Although I had an abundance of issues with the HR Block technology and customer service, she always was kind, professional, and EXTREMELY helpful.
