Unbelievable....I tried this place, paid a lot to help with a few years back taxes. They filed my paper work and was going to have them help with some other things. I recently had unfortunate family complications and have been out of touch for about a month. These people straight sent me a letter saying that they were terminating services. I called and told them about my family issues and stated I would still like to move forward with everything,i didnt even owe any money. I was requesting service. Even after askingare you basically telling me to go somewhere else for tax representation? the lady responded yes, absolutely. I could not believe the blatent disrespect and lack of customers service. David should really consider his staff a hindrance to his business. I wouldnt refer anyone here.
