I cannot say enough great things about this business. When I plan anything, it has to be perfect and Nenas Party is perfect. Entrusting someone with any part of my childrens birthdays speaks volumes. Ive used them at least six times and in March it will be the 7th time. I dont and I wont use anyone else. They are close to my house, and Im so happy with their service. Not only do they have tables and chairs but they have jumpers and they design their own decorations for parties. Their prices are fair, and the customer service they provide is 5+++. They respond quickly, they arrive on time, and they are very polite. I really like this business and I will continue using their services for my childrens parties. Bounce house was great. The kids loved it. Very reasonable pricing. AND it was ready and available last minute. Employee who picked it up was very nice.

Nenas party supply is one of the most unprofessional and rudest party supplier I have ever worked with. After delivering a day before and having to make room for the tables and chairs, the white linen was horribly dirty. After calling them for several hours on Saturday morning with no answer. I physically went back to the shop and asked if their business phone was working. Some young lady was sitting there on her cell phone she told me yes. I told her I have been calling all morning. Finally somebody came to deliver more linen for replacement and some of that linen was Staind and dirty. I also told her one of the table cloths had a hole, she said thats for the umbrella. I said well I didnt order that.Finally getting yet small Staind linen, having no choice but to use it because guest were arriving, I told the lady I was not going to pay for the linens, she said, well If ur not going to pay for then im taking them all now....I told her no she wasnt because I had already paid for everything on Fri when they delivered.I told her maybe its time for the company to buy new table cloths. She just looked at me. She had a lot of nerve delivering white dirty linen and making me feel like I was being picky.When the owner who I have met and talked with before came to pick up the rentals in Sunday morning. I asked him if I could have a receipt because I had ordered over the phone, he said I could go to the store now and get it.I like to give small businesses my business. But never again will I use them and I dont suggest anyone use them either.

I love this place! Friendly and very accommodating!!! They have everything and can work with you in difficult situations! Try their cheesecake!

Sooooo unprofessional. Called during the week and was told that my rental would be ready by 915 am. Got to the place at 920 and it was closed. Called the business number to see what was going on and a young lady said they were out doing deliveries and didn’t know who was supposed to be at the shop. She said she would find out and call me right back. Was called back in 10 min and told that someone would be there in 20 min and that I would just have to wait. I explained that I couldn’t wait because the party started early and had to be back. She replied that there was no guarantee that that my order would be available because I didn’t pay in advance. I tried to explain that I was never told that I had to pay in advance, but she didn’t want to hear it and just kept rambling on. What a waist of time. Sorry to say, they lost my business for good due to unprofessionalism.

Very unprofessional, the young girl at the register with glasses is very rude . They shouldnt have her working there.
