Came in to the store in Redlands to buy some Party supplies for an event. I gathered everything I need but when I got in line I forgot to grab a table cloth. I just left the cart at aisle near the checkout because the carts are not in good condition and also needs some cleaning, So I don’t want to drag it around the store. I went back to grabbed 2 table cloth but when I went back my cart was missing. I checked some of the carts and STEFANIE rudely said “don’t touch it” so I told her those were my stuff that she mixed with the other stuff. Instead of apologizing, she told me that I left the cart in the middle of the aisle. I left it in the corner of the checkout line. In my opinion, Stefanie has no clue what a good customer service is. She can’t do her job correctly. If a customer is trying to purchase almost $200 worth in the cart, try to help instead of arguing. We’re already stress out to make sure we have everything for the event and you’re suppose to help the customer, not argue. Maybe Crystal can teach her how to treat a customer right. Crystal was awesome. She knows what she’s doin. I hope they will get proper training for improvement with customer service as I would love to continue to support local businesses... I wanted to stay in the store it was so bright an it felt comfortable, my only problem was their was not enough help. Prices are great for the times we are in.

I came to the store (Redlands, Citrus Plaza) yesterday to buy things for the Baby Shower. I was third in line at the cashier, and only one cash register was open. A customer at the checkout tried to pay using a Gift Card, but there was a problem, and the payment did not go through. It lasted 10-15 minutes. The cashier stood and waited patiently. Another cashier came up and together they stood and waited. I dont understand why it was impossible to serve customers at other checkouts. Very bad service in this store.

Disappointed in the balloons I picked up. The excuse I got was the heat most likely deflated them. Then why is there such a markup if you can’t do anything to help? We go to these stores because most people don’t have the means to do this on their own. Would’ve liked more assistance from the manager/supervisor I spoke to but now I know for future reference.

Went here to purchase some decorations for a gender reveal party. Was able to find most of the items needed. Good customer service.

Its always a great experience at this store.

For how long this store has been around- they really need to update their outdated system… so many stores are able to look up their purchases within their system. Unopened, unused purchases can not be returned or given a store credit Without a receipt. My suggestion order from Amazon!!!!!!!

Had an interview here. The woman who interviewed me (someone in management) told me the days I could expect a call whether I got the position or not. Never got a call! Very unprofessional👎 Not to mention she was also rude.

Dont ever go last minute shopping on Halloween... They didnt have alot of costumes. When you order a costume while your standing there they dont inform you that you have 5 minutes to get your costume if your not picking up your costume right after you tell them anyone can take your costume. Its better if you order online and just pick it up at the store.

My Grandson is completing 100 days of virtual studies. The class is dressing up for the occasion this place is fully equipped to help.

Didn’t mind the wait time. One cashier, didn’t catch the name rang me and her attitude was horrible. She had cow print nails on and when I kindly asked her for return policies for future reference she seemed like she did not want to answer the question. Poor service unlike other worker I met while shopping.

I drove from Hemet to Redlands for a costume that my daughter really wanted. I did find it at this location. The young lady on the costume section was excellent in assisting me in what I was looking. My experience at this place was RUINED when it was time to checkout. I used my debit card to pay like I normally do, and it got declined. (To be in the clear my debit card was fine and with funds available). Now this is not what upsets me about the situation, but by the manner in which it was handled. The cashier simply said to me your card got declined. So I said to her that I wanted to try again, so did. Card got declined again, by this time she proceeded to call the supervisor or manager not sure what he was. He too simply said your card is the declined and the machine has been working well all day. I would of greatly appreciated if they would of even attempted to help me by simply trying a different register to see if indeed it was my card or their machine, but they failed to do so. I did purchase the item anyway but on any other occasion I would of just left it. Very dissappointed on how this was handled.By the way I went to try my card at different location after leaving Party City and it WORKED without a hitch.

Someone should go over the Halloween store policy with the managers at this location especially one with red hair or blonde I don’t remember but she was short, she refused to give me store credit on my costume purchase even tho it says I could’ve gotten store credit on the website if I was returning after the 24th of this month. I went to the Rialto location and they did give me store credit and were so nice and kind. 0/5 stars

Everything that I needed was right in aisle #2. The store associates were very helpful.I love the store in Redlands.

It has a community center with a pool, but the office isnt open on the weekends. So you would have to call on a weekday for info on whether you can rent and how much it cost daily. It doesnt accept bounce houses, but other than this it has 3 shelters with not many tables. It also has a small dog park, a playground, basketball courts (6), as well as a skate/bmx park. If you want open grass space they have plenty available and there are many trees, so shade is available

Our family had a great experience with this Party City. The manager and employees that assisted us were very helpful and kind. The only gripe I have about it is that its not stroller friendly and the the aisles (for example the check out line) are very slim and difficult to maneuver with a stroller.

The place was nice and organized, so it was easy to find things. The only thing I recommend Party City doing is accualy getting changing rooms. The rooms are so small, and mess they are made out of like sheets, so people can just walk right in I think they should make and accult room witb doors that lock, especially since someone walked in on me.

Bought a ton of different candies for a candy bar and different beach decorations for my granddaughters sixteenth birthday.

They didnt have what I was looking for but Im assuming it was seasonal. Their prices were decent, a few things were the same price at the 5 and Below next door but others were more expensive.

Went to order custum invitations but sales girl seemed as if we were bothering her with our questions. Wasnt helpful or very customer service oriented. She walked away as my daughter and I were discussing options. So we left and will look for somewhere else to order. Unprofessional

Always like going to this store, looking at all the wide variety of costumes and assortment of other party decor they have. Usually everytime I go they have what I need, except one time I can remember going and they didnt have something I was looking for. Which is ok. The staff there are friendly and will try and help you out with whatever you may need.

Too many times Ive experienced poor customer service there...today an employee popped a Pusheen balloon ( cant buy them in stores, so they are hard to find )that we brought in and didnt apologize, just said, well, thats the risk you took. Which I understand, but at least fake that you care for the customers sake. She also had to be reminded to add hi float to the balloons which we paid extra to have added. Saw her start to blow some up withoit adding that stuff first.I dont think it was added to all the balloons since they didnt last as long as they have before. I asked to talk to a manager and it was the girl standing next to her..she had the same attitude. So, done spending my money there.

Roy is very RUDE, ignorant and very uneducated. This store is a joke. Management is horrible. Customer service is non-existent. Corporate is no better. I will never shop here... ever again. When you call their store be prepared to be answered by hello and no proper greeting for their name party city by Roy. When you call corporate, be prepared to be lectured on how they dont understand why youre upset about the horrible store experience. Im filing complaints everywhere on this store. I hope this store gets assigned a new staff. Also, when prompted to place an order online in their store with free shipping, dont!!! Its a hassle to get through it on their horrible online system and the promised free shipping is not true. Youll be advised to call their 1800 number for a refund and they give you the run around with no answer or option to speak to someone live on their automated system. Run!!! Far!!! Away!!! Terrible.

I had suchh a bad experience did not think part city was soo horrible..irresponsible and unprofessional with their service...i am havi g my first grandbaby order 6 dozens of ballons and two big Minnie .went to get my order and was not ready said receipt was misplaced ..soo i show them my order my copy of my atm shiwing what i brought and order ..and still was Denied my order...never again will we goo bak....!!
