Needing a retouch but they lasted nice for 2 weeks and a half

My go to spot for pedicures. Staff is nice and do a great job. They are very clean - I have been going here for over a year with no issues. I always look forward to me time here. Love the massage chairs and relaxing environment.

I have been getting my nails done there for about 8 years. Yeda does a great job with my acrylics and I very rarley have racks or broken nails. I am not a pedicure kind of person, so I cannot write a review on that.***Make an appointment otherwise you could possibly be declined service as Yeda and her husband own and run the salon and they have a hard time keeping good workers that do good work.They spend 7 days a week there so you will NOT get a hotel spa greeting BUT they are very nice people, they do great work and take their work seriously.

Staff is rude! Not welcoming at. My daughter and myself where very uncomfortable.

Literally was rushed the whole time. The man started doing my nails and kept burning me with the tool. I told him and became frustrated because he was working so fast. Then the lady came over bc she finished her client and she burned me several times with the tool. I told her and she threw the tool down. My nails came out super uneven and the color was put on super bad. I told them very politely to fix it. The lady said you take too much time! And yelled at me. I am 31 years old and a polic officer. I told her she should not have booked so many appointments at the same time. I am so upset I was treated that way. It was $18.00 and Ill have to go to another salon to get the job fixed because it looks so terrible. I cant believe I was treated so badly. Please dont go there.

There are plenty of nail salons in Redlands--avoid this one! Its dirty, the staff are rude, and the quality of a basic manicure is lacking. Do your hands a feet a favor and go elsewhere!!
