All of the employees became so aggressive when I asked the man doing my nails to file my NAIL (yes, one nail) down some more because it was longer on one side. The issue continued and too long to post but I was truly disrespected for no reason. I wouldn’t even send my worst enemy here.

Worst experience ever!!!! my regret is not looking at the reviews obviously I should not have come here had I read the reviews!!!! I wanted a new set so they can put on my new nails which I ask for curve nails, While taking off my nails he took off part of my own nail which blood did not even apologise for hurting me and making me bleed that was the 1st issue... Then he finished removing my nails And then told me he does not have no curve nails So another girl took over the mans job, she said shed try to make my regular nails curve I said I had no choice cant leave you without no nails I was so mad and disappointed cause I didnt get what I came for Now my nails are all messed up some are curved and some are un balance curve it looks bad And they had the NerveTo charge me full price... Read the reviews they dont know what theyre doing!!!! I do not know why they are still in business they are terrible in every way shape and form!!!!!!!

Nice place but horrible. The guy was talking to his coworkers the whole time. All my nails were uneven, he didnt do the nail polish right, the detailing looks like it was drawn by a child, theres a straight up bubble under one of my nails and the 3 times he spoke to me he was very rude. When he was done he literally threw a towel on my hands and walked away.

A little pricey but I seem to love the atmosphere and the employees there I love the work they do everytime I always leave a tip and leave happy my whole family of 3 gos here

The girl was very nice who did my nails. The only thing is that the middle (white finger) appeared crooked. I went back and had it fixed after I took this picture and didnt think to take another one. She copied the inspirational photo spot on. And she gave me the pros and cons of gel nails. The price for the service was decent. It was pretty loud when I went which is reasonable for a big shop.

I got gel and there were so many dents and bubbles in the polish. They didnt apply it up to the cuticle so just after getting my nails done it looks like I need a fill already. Idk if they didnt understand or what. Also they didnt even get the dry skin from around my nails either.Im not writing this to be mean I just really hope they improve on that. Cus they seemed nice. But maybe lack of communication.

I got a fill and they cut 3 of my fingers really bad. When my thumb messed up I asked if he can fix it and all he does is put another layer of polish and say it’s 5 dollar to fix when I still seen the damage. DONT GO SAVE YOUR MONEY!

HORRIBLE customer service and work.My daughter had nails done and looked good so I got decided to get a new set. I asked for same person but was told he was busy, the person who helped me seemed offended and was really rude. I decided to give another chance so went for fill the same man did my fill, nails came out uneven and rough. When I mentioned it he was rude and said hed fix it with gel. I told him I didnt ask for gel. He did it anyway than wanted me to pay $22 for a fill on short nails with no color! My nails look worse than before I went. Dont waste your time or money. Half of my nails look and feel like I started to file them and never finished, they have bumps all through the acrilic and are uneven.

I loved this place compared to others Ive been to. The only reason its 4 instead of 5 is because the guy obviously didnt want to paint my nails with the cat eye gel polish. He seemed agitated doing it, but before and after that he was quick and efficient.

All of my acrylic nails were not straight. It was so dead quite I felt like talking was a sin. When it came to my pedicure I sat for 30 minutes in the chair with no water and the massage chair wasnt working. Horrible horrible horrible. Do not waste your money here.

The employees are always friendly. They get you taken care of quickly but with good work. Im always satisfied when I leave there.

Im usually very satisfied with my nails..no complaints there. I decided to try lashes this time... big mistake!!!...she glued my eye shut, and then put 5000 lashes on me, I told her I didnt like them so she said she could take them off, that was a fail... So they tried really hard to appease me and and quietly in the backroom told me I didnt have to pay and to come back in a couple of days to remove them . I go back 2 days later and they were rude told me the wait would be 2 hours and to come back another day, meanwhile my eyelids are sore and swollen and they got very aggressive with me.... I am very displeased with the customer service...they should have had the same energy with me that they had when they glued my eye shut and wanted to keep me calm in front of their other customers!!!!.....the rudeness was unbelievable.!!!!!

My daughter and I went there today. Its hard to find a great nail salon. Well this place was prefect. Tina did the pedicure which was great and Anthony did our nails. Everything was wonderful. We will only go here from now on.

Everyone here is sweet and friendly. They do a great job, prices are reasonable. They have a large variety of nail options and designs. I highly recommend coming here.

I’ve been here before and it’s a bit pricey but the people that I go to are good and very friendly their names are Ryan and Rose. Now The owner and wife seem to always get into a disagreement yelling at each other in their language. The other employees faces look aggravated but what can they do. Some of the comments I have read about the rude guy well that is the owner or he’s the one who runs the shop. Sad. I had my lashes done there and it was painful plus not applied right. I took them off within a few days. I won’t do that again. If you do go there. Ask for Ryan or Rose they are really good.

Worst nails ever. I have been here FIVE times.The first time I came here my nails were okay. Just a normal set of acrylics with gel polish. They were fine.The second time I went, I asked for a matte coat, they made a big deal and filed my nails cooked. I asked her to fix them and she kept filing them shorter.I went back for a third time and had my nails done by yet another person, she would not listen to me about the matte coat. She had no idea how it worked and she put on literally 6 layers of it on top of the gel. My nails dried clumpy and the following day chipped and after a couple days, one nails broke off.So I went back to get a fill on the broken nails and since it was yet another manicurist, different than all the other ones, i just let her fill all of them. She put the wrong color on me. The following day two of my nails literally just came right off. The whole things. She didnt glue them properly.My girlfriend got two pedicures from them during two of my appointments and she said that they didnt do a good job. They over charge.This place is terrible. Dont go here.

The place it self was pretty dirty with employees kids running around customers service was the poorest it can possibly get, my daughter was yelled at by her nail technician because she ask him to fix the color on one of her nails due to be lumpy and he had a fit I was shock, on top of that he cut three of her fingers one of the cuts was pretty deep, when I show him what he did he shined us off with no care this truly was a horrible experience it was worse than I even describe

I have tried to be faithful to this place for almost two months now but, I feel like every time I go they are bothered by me. I am quite indecisive at times, which I k it is annoying but, that shouldnt be a reason to get annoyed when a customer keeps coming back and tips well! They never clean underneath my nails, most places will give you a nice little massage, put oil and lotion. They never do! For what they charge the work should be clean and neat and it is sloppy and uneven. I also never know what Im being charged for, they just give you a total and thats it. I am not going back, Im sad because Ive recommended this place to my family but, its not worth it. You are suppose to feel pampered and relaxed but, I dont feel that when Im here.

My mom and I came here with a great mood, ready to get our nails done together, happily. The dude(don’t know his name) ruined our whole day. He was SO IRRITATED and my mom has came here before and she said he was exactly the same. He didn’t even greet us he just said “what do you want”. When I asked where I go to pick out my color he just pointed to the back. We picked a color out and we went and he very rudely told us it’s the wrong type. We then calmly asked for help and he gave us the eyes and told us he has customers and we can figure it out or leave. And we left and he was like “ya go leave”. You guys need to fix ur customer service because you are losing clients because of him.

I had the worst experience here ever in my life I will never go back to only way Im going back is to try to receive my money back that I pay for my nails to get done they didnt do them how I wanted them done they sent me to a girl named Vivian and she messed my nails up Not only does she keep burning me on the top of my nails she made my pinky bleed I will never go back there to day is April 14 2018 Had to receive a whole new set of nails and they were not done correctly they looked nice To where I was still able to wear them but when I got home went to sleep and woke backup all within 4 hours of leaving the shop ..all of the paint was peeling off and from around the design not only did they charge me $72 from my hands and feet the job was not done correctly I want my money back And not only did that manager lady lie in tell me that they can do the design that I came in in the 1st place to get she lied about that I would not recommend this place to nobody not even a child my daughter loves to go here as she will no longer nomore ever☠☠☠☠ ass

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER...overpriced,Yes. Fast service for nails, although they changed my shape which i didnt like but it was already done Eyelashes, DO NOT GO HERE. i spent total of 2 1/2 hours with a very painful experience and ive had lashes numerous times. I left here with skin raw around my eyes, eyeballs burned, i finally had to ask to just stop and remove the 3/4 of one eyeball that was done. 2hrs..? And when unable to remove the last section, i left..to work. 10 hrs later and my eyeballs are still red and hurting. I cant believe this $#!+

I really liked this place but the products theyre using on their customers nails are not of very good quality. My dip nail manicure began deteriorating only two days after visiting this location. I paid $34 for my dip nail manicure and gel nail removal. My nails looked great only the first day, by day 2, it became more apparent to me that my dip nail manicure would NOT last the 3-4 weeks I was promised. Im disappointed and I wont be back here. Not good quality. Ive been getting dip/gel nail manicures for years and have never had any issues with chipping even after weeks when returning for my redo, Ive never had a chip. Ill stick to another shop from now on.

I had the worst experience at this place. First time ever going was the Saturday before Easter Sunday. I shouldve read the reviews before even wasting my time and money here. To start it off, as soon as I sat down to get my pedicure the man who was doing it completely soaked me with the water. I mean drenched! My pants and shirt, luckily I moved my phone in time. The employee next to his smiled as if it were funny and me being 9 months pregnant didnt think it was funny at all. I sat there wet as he gave me a mediocre pedicure and didnt even fully Polish each toenail. Then all I needed was a fill which came out to 30$. Ended up paying 50$ for a weak pedicure while soaked and an over priced fill. Beware ladies.

I would always go to different nail salons because I would not like the way they would leave my nails or they would fall fast and I have been coming here for 6 months now and I would say best nail salon and the workers very nice and polite

This is one of the worst experiences of my life. The people were nice enough, but I got duped. I went in and asked for dipped nails they said 30 dollars. As they did it I noticed no manicure was happening so I asked what about the cuticles? The woman said the 30 was just for color and it was 5 more dollars for manicure. So I said ok fine. She started doing my cuticles then back to dipping my nails. When she finished, I got no massage. I asked when paying if they didnt do massages. At first she said she forgot and then it changed to thats extra. There were clearly no set prices and it was the worst backwards manicure of my life. To be fair, the nail dip job she did looks good. However it was not the relaxing salon experience I was looking for. I left feeling robbed, unsatisfied, and overall not taken care of for the money I paid. I left no tip. Good luck guys if you go here.

The young lady that did my nails was very curtious and did a good job. My only complaint is the older man (I think he is an owner) was pushing a more expensive service on me. I had to tell him NO three times.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. I went in for eyelashe extensions and they were awful, they kept getting glue in my eyes, the eyelashes were all glued on top of each other and later that evening part of the eyelashes just fell off ripping my own eyelashes out. Worst experience ever. I am less that satisfied with their service. I made an appointment only to wait a hour to actually be seen. Never again. Strongly advise to never go here!! EVER! Very displeased. :/

Very unprepared for a large crowd.. couldnt get it under control when many customers began coming in at the same time. A lady came in because her lashes were coming undone and she mentioned she just had them done the day prior. I was getting a mani and sadly, the manicurist did not have too much pride in her work because the nails were poorly done and made it seem like I should be happy with them. Too bad. They are in a great location and should be taking advantage of this opportunity to create revenue for their company.

I will never go to that spot again they are liars they like to chip up people they do what they want and they dont do what you want they were going to try jip you off they were charging me $3 for each of my daughters and they and the charging me$18 for the three girl

So I decided to change my review a little bit. My nails are starting to slightly grow on me. Was there for about 2 hrs. Had gel soaked off and got dipping powder full set. I posted a pic of them on here too. I will have to agree with previous reviews about them needing to manage larger groups better. When i was there more and more people were coming in not expecting a wait time (per owner saying so) but there was backage due to not enough employees. Which in turn we’re making the walk in clients irritable.

This is a good place to get a manicure. I was really surprised with how good the service is because the lady working on me did a fantastic job!

They asked me to upgrade to gel and I did. My nails supposed to last me a longer time. I got my nails done Saturday 04/18/15 by Wednesday 04/22/15 they look like they were done 3 weeks ago. . She was in a hurry to go home because it was almost closing time and then left me waiting for another customer. 😠😠😠..

Ive loved this spot for many years....until today. Nails and waxing service is fantastic, DONT EVER GET THE EYELASH EXTENSIONS!!! By far the WORST experience in 8 years Ive ever had getting this process done. The girl was as slow as a turtle and moved my face via the nuckles in her hand with force as if I was a Mr. Potato head. I said i wanted them full and long....they are neither and look as if i put cheap mascara on. I will continue to drive to Long Beach for Vickies nails from now on

DO NOT GET YOUR LASHES DONE HERE...... I drove by and the eye lash extensions sign caught my eye. I really wish I had never seen that banner. I was a walk in, it took the tech a little over an hour to complete her work. Through out the process glue was dropped in my eyes several times. The pain was awful. After having endured such pain I sat up and looked in the mirror, my eyes were blood shot red! One of my eyes eye lashes was glued in a way that it pulled my eye lid up. The other eyes eye lash was all clumped together like a mountain of lashes and super glue on top of each other.Even though I was unhappy with the job done I thought maybe I was over analyzing things so I left, went home looked in the mirror and cried! My eyes kept watering, they were puffy and swollen. I finally built up the courage and went back to the salon (the same day! Literally like two hours after leaving the place) as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the owner NO REFUNDS was all she had to say. I argued with her for about 10minutes before I agreed to just let her keep the $85.50 I told her my only request was that she take the lashes off. Through out the removal of the lashes she proceeded to tell me how this is all my fault, she said Im too sensitive and its my own fault that my eyes were swollen and watering non stop. Your not a professional, so you dont know how lashes are suppose to look she kept saying rude comments like that. The eye lash removal process was very painful! The glue is meant to last 4-6weeks and I had her remove them the same day.I THINK she finally felt a little bit bad because she offered to refund me $40. I said ok and handed her my card and watched the transaction. I checked my BANK statement the next morning and it turns out she charade me ANOTHeR $40 instead of refunding me so in total she charged me a total of $125.50. I decided to not contact the salon because they were so rude the previous day. I contacted my bank and filed a DISPUTE that is in process.Save yourself your time and money! Oh and by the way... my right eye has been completely stripped of its natural lashes entirely.

I used to come here and used to like this place but today I didnt recognize anyone here and should have walked back out but figured I should just try it since I used to like it...... WORST PEDICURE/ manicure Ive literally ever had!!! She hurt me several times both nails and toe nails are crooked she didnt even make my toe nails even they look so sloppy Im so sad I thought I was paying the 25$ that the sign said but nope they charged me 28$ and kept telling me my nails look so much better and kept asking if I wanted eyebrows waxed and did I want face waxed did I want this did I want that no I just want mani pedi to feel better about myself...... not to feel like I have so many things wrong with me .... Just moved to the town. Me and my niece decided to give it a try and walked out very unhappy with our nails...my niece and I ended up having to file our nails down in the car. The polish wasnt even all over the nail where it shouldve been and the polish that was there didnt even start where it should. So now it looks like we already need a fill. They said they gave us a 10% discount like the sign says but really it was average price any salon charges....and actually more because my nails were shorter then my nieces yet charged us the same. Smh. Oh well guess thats why u dont go to new salons u dont know are good. Money wasted. Glad they only last a few weeks 🙌

I came in for eyebrows and eyelashes she messed up my eyebrows and glued my eyes together and I still paid never get eyelashes done or yr eyebrows I feel stupid for paying and my lashes were uneven

!!TERRIBLE PLACE LADIES BEWARE!!9/10/2017I went in today on my hour lunch break, since my original nail salon place was closed I decided to go somewhere else for a necessary fill. Came in & asked for a fill and the gentleman told me to pick a color. They had the lowest variety of gel Polish & he kept wanting me to do a style i didnt want, so I finally found the color sat down and waited. When I sat down with the nail technician she was super rude off the bat (lady with super short hair) when she started using the drill file to remove the gel she kept digging into my nail bed burning me & I told her it was hurting she didnt apologize at all, she cut my cuticle with the drill as she kept trying to remove the gel Polish. When she asked me about the color i decided on, she said oh no that is dip powder color. I told her thats was fine, she kept saying the price was higher as if that was an issue. She started asking the staff about the color I picked and told me to pick something else, because it was up to the gentleman if he wanted to do it or not. I was in shock!! I was going to pay for the service!!! When I insisted about the color she started getting really sloppy,, kept burning my finger and cut & burned the side of my fingers. Till I finally had enough, I told her to stop & that I was leaving!! She didnt apologize instead she got up as if she didnt care about the job being done right.Worst experience ever, the only reason i tried this place was because my original nail salon (Angels Nails) was closed or else i would of never had this problem I am always satisfied.I would never recommend this place to any one!!!!

Staff was very rude!The lady who did my nails came to me with an attitude, was very rough and when I asked if she could file my nails down she said she already did. After I finally got her to file them she never buffed my nails which Left them feeling rough and would have made my polish go on uneven. When I asked her to please buff my nails she said something in her language to her coworkers slammed her things in her case and said she wasn’t doing it

Bad experience. Waited almost 45 minutes with my feet soaking in a cold tub while they took a walk I who came in 15 minutes after me. My polish was not evenly applied. I put shoes and socks on 24 hours later and that polish wasnt dry and I had to redo them.

I was un srastified! Got diamonds put on and they fell off next day. Horrible! They looked sloppy! :/
