A great place to go I swear to it. I went to Tire guys for the first time, after another place told me I needed a battery and alternator. The cost was estimate at over $1000. Plus they were going to charge me $129.98 for and a diagnostic. When they couldn’t get my car done that day. I went to Tire Guy’s. They also did a diagnostic and verified that my alternator was just fine and it was just a battery the price was under 300 total. You tell me... now would you go back. Well I definitely will. Staff was extremely friendly.

If you read the ad the way I do, there is no yes, but. I called to make an appointment for a front end alignment. In the process of making the appointment we got to the part where Im asked for the make and model of the car. I gave it and the response was the coupon wont work because my car is one of three German makes which require $30.00 more for that service. Next message goes to the California Attorney General Consumer Fraud Division. Are you seriously going to even consider going here?????

My friend took my truck to get fixed the first time it was taken they said it was fixed it was the throttle body second time I broke down with the same problem take it in again than they say the dealer has so the dealer could reboot system so my truck was taken to the dealer from the shop 3 rd Time the same thing broke down again this time they said it was a speed control wire that was grounding out in the exhaust ..so in order for them to test it and make sure it was working properly they drove it to Moreno Valley without notifying us to test drive it smh ... we were told this when picking up the truck and no gas was ever put in after they drove it ... I will never take My truck to this shop again a waste of time and money warranty or Not

Long wait 3 hours to change 2 tires. Did not ask if I wanted tire protection or not and automatically added $33.00 for my 2 tires. The only way I found out was asking him if this was optional. My tires were $113 each. Looked up cost at Walmart and was only $70 each. Walked out of there paying $338 for 2 new tires, air filter and cabin filter. Very disappointed.

Manager Ed Ferguson is the Best. I took my Yukon in with a flat tire and Ed took care of it by making it a priority and a quick fix. Great place to get an oil change or tune up. I also like they they offer/suggest you bring your car in for a checkup before you take your car on a trip. Plus, very reasonable prices.

Best mechanics that I know of in the area. Honest, friendly, and usually pretty quick turnaround. Open on Sundays! Cheaper than Pep Boys which is across the street...and much better service. I recommend this shop.

I liked the fact that I called to use a coupon an even though I would have needed to sign up for a credit card I chose not to. The guy wasnt trying to force it on me like most places which was great. I needed a simple oil change, etc, an they took care of my car in a timely manner. The coffee was just an add on. Great service.

They put a tire on my new truck after I got a flat. No problem there. Problem is that they didnt put the spare back where it goes, under the truck. They just put it in the bed so I had to do it later. Luckily I realised and did it before I needed to use the bed for something. Also, luckily I realized and locked my tailgate so it wasnt stolen. Incomplete job gets 3 stars from me.

My entire experience at this Good Year location was TERRIBLE! The first man I spoke with dismissed me at first glance, even though there were no other customers in the location he did not acknowledge me. When I did finally get service he had a attitude, and proceeded to give me incorrect information for a simple oil change. I later called back to make an appointment and he was just as rude over the phone. When I asked to speak to the manager he seemed not to be concerned with the questions I was asking but was only speaking with me to be on the side of his employee. I will never do business at this establishment!

Ed and the other guys at tire guys have always treated me well and have done great work on both of my cars. I definitely recommend this shop. They are honest and fair and I really appreciate that.

UNLESS ITS FOR TIRES PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THEM. Will be calling the owner on his cell phone after I get my care back from the dealership. Ok so the owner owns multiple locations, it started in his Victorville store and ended in his Redlands store. Sorry this is long longest 29 hours of probably my life. Going to dealership from now on will not ruin my car because of their errors. I have been going to this company for a while, they had issues with doing math on my change oil sticker. NOT THE BIG ISSUE. So I work in Redlands, my car started putting around and check engine light came on so I got it to this location. I dropped off my car at 11:30 after calling them at 9:30 to make an appointment. They asked if the could hold it for a few, I had to get back to work so I agreed. I told them that if they cannot do the work to let me know and I would have the car towed up to the high Desert to get the work done (I told them this several times throughout the day) They told me they would call me after lunch. No call and it was 3:30pm so I called them, they said they would put it under the diagnostic tool within 15 minutes and call me back. 30 minutes later I got a call, they gave me the spiel and so I agreed. I asked them in the car would be done they told me 5pm, after work I had a coworker drive me there so I was there about 5:05. At 5:30 they told me that that the check engine light came back on. After getting a rental car I drove home, I waited till the next day or two hours after they opened and I called them. They told me they had only been open for 2 hours, I explained that they should know something by now if they actually worked on it. At 11 they called me and told me that they cannot figure out the problem and suggested I take it to the dealership. I called around the dealerships and because of the holiday’s The only office that was not seeing a 2 to 3 week wait time was Barstow. Thankful for AAA roadside assistance and my 100 mile tow, I had my vehicle towed to Barstow. (When I dropped off the car the check engine was a solid light, when I picked up my car the check engine was blinking. Now I’m not completely dumb I know that is a big issue and not to drive it.) By the time we got to Barstow it was 3:30 PM, at 4:30 PM I got a call from the dealership telling me what was exactly wrong with my car. (By the way I had to clock out at 12 so I lost 4 hours of work) Apparently the last person to put in my spark plugs (Victorville store) had bent them wrong. (So all the work this office supposedly did was not necessary) It caused an issue with my coils (I am not a mechanic so I don’t know exactly what happened other than it could’ve ruined my car worse) and tire guys couldn’t figure out what was wrong. The dealership is also going to check all the work they’ve done to make sure it looks good and done right, Because of their mistake I could have destroyed my car. When I called, the guy didn’t care, he didn’t care they almost destroyed a car I work hard to maintain and buy. I will find out more on Monday and Wednesday because Tuesday is New Year’s Eve and dealership closed. I will most likely update already their mistake causing over a $1000 worth of work.

Contacting them with a problem is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any repair center in more than 40 years of driving. I dropped my truck off with a running problem that began when I picked up my truck for tires at another one of their stores. The problem began when I picked up my truck after paying, I had all of the same problem I had when I brought it in (stated on the initial work order). They had my truck for 3 days calling me only to increase the charges. When I finally was dropped off to pick up my truck the mechanic had the engine apart to show and state what they had done and asked me to go inside to pay while they drove my truck to the front door. After paying I started my truck and had all of the exact problems, it barely ran, and I turned it off and walked back in the store to tell the mechanic who worked on it, drove it out, and billed me of my initial findings. He said that he told the manager, but was told that I wanted my truck that way! He said that the manager would call me first thing in the morning on what could be done from there. He knew I was greatly upset and dissatisfied. The mechanic said that if I hear a metal sound I should stop on the way home because it would mean that one of their parts that they replaced has fallen off! I have never heard another word from the manager, mechanic, or the owners without me requesting other agencies (BBB and Goodyear Corporate) to intercede on my behalf involved! I took my truck to my regular mechanic and he said in less than an hour what was wrong and that none of the things that they did would have corrected my problems because I needed to replace my engine and that a replacement engine would not need any of the things that I had paid for. I asked them if they will state the same things to the Tire Guys and allow them to come over and review their findings. They said that they would and I called them immediately and provided them the number, address, and other information to the other facility. They called and told the owner that they would contact me directly with what they would do and I have not received any contact, return phone calls since picking up my truck on 3-31 (over 2 months ago). They stated to BBB that the other shop was like a Monday Morning Quarterback Syndrome” that hindsight is 20/20 vision that was only second guessing their work, when in fact the only reason to take it somewhere else is that they were unable to properly diagnosis and repair my truck to begin with. I did expect or pay them to diagnosis the intentions of the other shops personnel when they had my truck for 3 days and now have full access to go there to see for themselves, at that point the truck was exactly how it was when I picked it up the evening before. I contacted both owners, who said that they were too busy when I called and would return my calls and only responded to the BBB at the very last moment that they had to do so. The BBBs paper trail shows that they contacted them, but had not received any feedback at least 3 times during all of April and into May. My truck was down for more than 2 weeks in the other repair shop for the engine replacement. I wrote them on their website demanding to discontinue all business dealings with their company because they are not responding to my calls and allow me to return the tires as well because I do not want to do business with anyone that refuses to respond to their customers. I had only the miles from one of their stores to the next, and finally to where it will be for a couple weeks (less than 50 miles) and could accept 4 used tires in my size so that I can buy from a place that I could use the warranties implied or paid for and not feel terrorized each time I had to walk into one of their outlets. The salesman that I bought the tire from was no longer in the store and was one of the main reasons I purchased tires from them, he remembered me from the time I had worked for the Company more than 13 years before.

Tire Guys Redlands total rip OFF! Went in to get smog repairs for 4-cylinder Saturn; replaced 4 spark plugs and wires for $300 parts and labor! Most other places charge HALF that---I asked! Needed the catalytic converter replaced also---I went elsewhere! I will never get ANYTHING there again! If they charge for their tires like they charge for their repairs: BEWARE!

I had a Dunlop tire that was a SPARE that EXPLODED! Though it was 13 months old, it had never been on the ground. I had it checked about 6 months ago by a professional and it was ok then. Today I had an occasion to look at it (thank goodness it wasnt an emergency) and couldnt believe my eyes. There are two 6 pie wedge shaped chunks of tread, with cords attached, that are sticking up. Wish I could post a picture.Anyway, I called this Tire Guys (Goodyear/Dunlop reps) and explaned the situation to him. The man who answered the phone refused to believe that the tire hadnt been hit or something. I asked him how a protected spare could have been hit, and he said he didnt know because he didnt know the car or anything. He told me three times that he didnt believe a tire would do that. I tried to calmly explain that I didnt know how it happened but that I was looking at an exploded tire.He asked me how many miles were on the tire and I told him again that it had never touched the gorund. The tire is shiny black with no scuff marks and it still has the mfrs red stripe around its circumference. He asked me what I wanted, and I told him I wanted it replaced. For free?, he asked, incredulous. Yes, I replied. Why would I want to pay for a tire that failed before it ever touched the ground? Isnt it covered under warranty? And here it comes...No, the warranty is only for miles, so if your tire has gone no miles, its not covered under the warranty.Unbelievable. I thanked him for his time and hung up.I will see if I can get a more reasonable response at a different Dunlop dealer.PLEASE BE KIND TO YOURSELF - DONT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE!

Im very disappointed that they charged me for diagnostic service when I had them do a very expensive repair and I even told them it was the radiator. Like the leaking coolant under the truck and on the core wasnt a clue. And labor rates are outrageous at $98 bucks an hour. I think Ill shop around next time. I doubt they are paying the techs $50 an hour or even a third of the labor rate. Not happy with them. Taking my business elsewhere.
